Bardzo spokojna lokalizacja, przestrzeń w obiekcie, winda, ogólne wyposażenie , blisko metro i autobusy, sprawne sprzęty , pralka, mozliwość wczesniejszego zameldowania, dużo miejsc na śniadanie w okolicy , również markety

Gospodarz kompletnie nie odpowiada na zapytania, ciągle przepraszając , niestety bardzo brudna kanapa na której nie przyjemnie siadać a co dopiero spać, prysznic z którego woda wylewa się na przedpokój , brudne okna. Brak miejsca do przechowywania bagażu, bardzo miło by było gdyby czekała butelka wody ( koszt 1 euro ), najważniejszą jednak rzeczą jest kontakt z gospodarzem , który był tragiczny , bardzo ważne ze do obiektu dostaniecie JEDEN klucz co utrudnia pobyt jesli jest kilka osób

Чудова локація і місцерозташування, балкон, кондиціонери, посуд, простора квартира. Біля апартів завжди є місце де припаркувати авто на парковці міста

Ванна кімната, вона була жахлива, двері від душа не зачинялись і від цього на підлозі і стінах були постійно калюжи води. На стіні грибок, і сам душ був не дуже надійний, його потрібно повністю замінити. Подушки були дешеві і незручні, їх багато лежить в шафі, але всі вони старі і запах від них поганий. Матрас теж старий і вже відчуваються всі пружини в ньому. Сон в квартирі був жахливий. Не рекомендувала б залишатись більше чим на 1 добу, ми були 5 днів і це було не дуже комфортне перебування.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Есть все условия для хорошего отдыха. кондиционеры, хорошая кухня, посуда, утюг абсолютно все. Чистота, уют, удобства . Нам очень понравилось.Супер

I have been traveling the world independently for 5 years. This is the first luxurious 5-star accommodation that I liked. For $1000 for 8 nights, this is a great price because other hotels ask for many times more money but there are only 30-37 square meters, and in this accommodation for $1000 I had as much as 110 square meters, I felt like I was in a luxury suite, there were two luxurious balconies in the first and second bedrooms, a 360-degree view of the city. There were also two bathrooms, three toilets, which is absolute comfort, there were as many as 3 air conditioners. Luxurious kitchen, in the kitchen I saw laundry capsules, which is nice. When I arrived in Lisbon, I didn't have to go to the store to buy laundry capsules, because they were already in my apartment. I will definitely stay only in this room, which is 110 square meters! Os espelhos devem ser substituídos e o tempo de troca de roupa de cama é muito longo, no máximo deve ser 3 dias e melhorar as casas de banho.

Dzielnica raczej cicha i spokojna, w pobliżu kilka samoobsługowych marketów dość dobrze zaopatrzonych (my akurat korzystaliśmy z Pingo). Pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy umożliwiający przejazd na drugą stronę rzeki lub dojazd do centrum, nieco dalej (z bardziej ruchliwej ulicy) spacerem przystanek autobusowy umożliwiający dojazd do np. Belem. W pobliżu także stacje metra dwóch różnych linii. Ogólnie apartament raczej w porządku choć wydaje się, że na zdjęciach wygląda dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. PS. w momencie rezerwacji w ofercie brak było informacji o klimatyzacji, jednak apartament taka posiada (przed wyjazdem potwierdzone też mailowo bezpośrednio z administratorem).

Bez wątpienia ogromny minus a tym samym ocena końcowa to stan prysznica. Czytając poprzednie opinie myślałem, że inni goście nieco przesadzali, jednak ostatecznie te opinie okazały się w pełni uzasadnione. Rzeczywiście prysznic się nie domykał na całej długości drzwi, przez co woda wylewała się na zewnątrz i po każdym prysznicu trzeba było ścierać kałużę wody mopem. Może z tego powodu dość spora wilgoć na ścianie. Do tego z miejsca najbardziej zawilgoconego od czasu do czasu wychodziły mrówki. Deska klozetowa nie przykręcona, więc z komfortem miała mało wspólnego. Ogólnie łazienka raczej ciemna - brakowało światła nad lustrem. Pewne wątpliwości budził także stan czystości podłóg - po kilkudniowym pobycie spód granatowych klapków był raczej biały od kurzu. Gdzieniegdzie "koty" kurzu. Wzmianki o problemach z prysznicem pojawiają się w opiniach już w 2024 co znaczy, że przez ponad min. 2 lata administrator nie zadał sobie trudu by problem rozwiązać, dlatego ocena to "6". To powoduje, że jakość co do ceny są jednak niewspółmierne - mając tą wiedzę, w tej samej cenie szukałbym na pewno czegoś ciekawszego może bliżej centrum. Mieliśmy wybranych kilka apartamentów w różnych lokalizacjach i ostatecznie wybór padł na ten. Wybierając się ponownie sprawdziłbym jednak te inne opcje.

Excellent location, bus stop is in front of the building and the metro station is very close, just a few minutes walking. There are few stores open till 11pm or midnight where you can buy groceries. Also, the McDonalds right on the Marques de Pombal square is open 24 hours, if you want a late night snack. The apartment was just like in the pictures, clean, air conditioner in both living room and in bedroom. Our communication with the hosts was a standard check-in/check-out messages, but they were responding almost immediately, so it's a nice thing to know that they were available in case we needed anything. We would come here again next year for another NOS alive. :)

A única coisa que posso apontar como negativa é a cortina de vidro do duche ser muito curta.

Lägenheten var bekväm, duplex två sovrum, två badrum. Högst upp i huset. Utrustad kök, bra luftkonditionering.

Trotts att man inte får ha fester, tyvärr sista natten blev det en vild fest med minst 20 personer anordnad i lägenheten mittemot vår. Så blev vår sista natt förstörd!

Property very tired looking and outdated. Bathroom shower door needs attention as the door doesn't seal and water damage to the floor and wall. Could use a deep clean as the bathroom smells of urine.

Very large apartment that would suit family or group. Apartment was very clean and bedding comfortable. Plenty of transport options nearby and small mini-mart very close by.

Apartment does need some maintenance issues attended to. Main bathroom shower base could easily fill and overflow due to drainage/plug hole being broken.

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo , amplio y con mucha luz natural es un espacio lindisimo... No es ruidoso lo cual es importante tiene buen acceso y esta bastante bien ubicado.

La iluminación es muy mala y poco eficiente en todo el departamento, en los baños no se ve lo suficiente, en los dormitorios, en el living es insuficiente. Hay luces que se prenden con el movimiento pero titilan y es muy molesto. La única que andas e prende sola en cualquier momento, las luces interiores de los placares titilan y no funcionan. Los sillones del living son increiblemente muy incómodos. La mesa de comedor se mueve toda, está super floja. No hay suficientes utensilios y equipamiento en la cocina como para preparar comida y cocinar. Por las noches sube el olor del restaurante de abajo que hace un poco que entra en el piso superior...

Badezimmer renovationsbedürftig, Küche mittelmässig, Geschirr teilweise dreckig, Waschmaschine dreckig Tische und Stühle mangelhaft. Dusche undicht, Türen beider Badezimmer verfault, keine Halter für Toilettenpapier, Glänzer und Salz fehlten in Abwaschmaschine u.v.m.

Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Séchoir cassé. Énormément de prises qui ne marchent pas. Des interrupteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas.

O apartamento é espaçoso e bem localizado. Falta apenas é mais um candeeiro no quarto de cama (a cama de casal só tem um candeeiro numa mesa de cabeceira) e falta ventilação na casa de banho. De resto, tudo ótimo!

Apartment was spacious, light and bright, and very well equipped. Great location. Excellent comms with the host.

The damp in the bathroom off the twin bedroom needs sorting. It gives off a foul smell. Perhaps an electric extractor fan would help. The wash hand basin in this bathroom also continually leaks from the u bend which over time will destroy the floating shelf beneath and floor.

sengene og sofaerne er meget slidte og fjederne mærkes. lys i garderoben kunne åbenbart ikke slukkes, så der har man sat gaffatape over pærerne. der er meget støj fra gaden uagtet er det er fra 5. sal. trænger til en kærlig hånd med maling.

The location is great, the apartment is big enough for a couple. Also, it is equipped with everything you need, including first aid kit.

The property was not deeply cleaned when we arrived. It was dust visible on furniture. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

No instructions to use washer or oven or heat. Bathroom showers leaked if not careful, I bought a shower curtain to avoid this. Light in closets stayed on.

It is a perfect location (metro, buses, hairdresser, massage places, bigger/smaller places to eat, shops (supermarkets) open until late. There are 3 appartements from Travelling To Lisbon that are located on the same floor. If you want to know which appartement you will get, ask the agency. I had a chance to stay in 2 of the appartements and they were great. Comfortable, nicely decorated/furnished, well-equipped and during my longer stay a cleaning service was scheduled on Monday morning! It was a nice surprise. Kitchen is spacious and nicely "separated" from the living. A lot of light. Funny story came was the iron. I couldn't find it anywhere so I asked the agency about it. They have sent a person to deliver it but in the meantime they told me to check a special cupboard in the kitchen. I would have never guessed it is a cupboard as the door had no knob. So I discovered there 3 irons! And you know what? Before I could cancel the delivery guy, he came with the 4th iron and left it with me! I think there were more people in the same situation.

Traffic noise - but

Excellent location. The building is fully renovated. The appartement is very nicely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. There are 3 appartements on the same floor run by Travelling To Lusbon - this one has a bathtub! Shops (food), services (hairdresser, barber, masage), plenty of places to eat - all that is few steps away. Of course easy to reach top tourist attractions too!

Lorsqu’il a plus, l’eau a pénétré ds le logement ns avons averti le propriétaire et il m’a dis que c’était normal! Faux car l’eau s’écoulait sur 2 étage! Il y avait trace de moisissures des joints de salle de bains et armoires brisées ! Nous avons demandé un dédommagement mais le proprio n’a pas donner suite!

nous n'avons vu personne lors de notre arrivée, les clés étaient dans un boite à clés, nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec les hotes autre que lors de la remise des clés

Location was perfect and the size of the rooms

The apartment is so close to several Metro station lines. It was a decent sized apartment with all the facilities you require. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils that a normal kitchen would have. Access to building was straightforward with the instructions sent. Close to some supermarkets also.

Nothing. Had 1 issue which was resolved when highlighted.

Die Unterkunft ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz, vor allem die 2 Bäder und die zusätzliche Toilette sind vorteilhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt für sightseeing, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, dauert es 30 min bis Plaza dem Comercio, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben auch Uber benutzt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es fehlt eine Garderobe! Keine Haken vorhanden, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Der kleine Fahrstuhl ist unzuverlässig und 2x blockiert, so dass wir dann vorsichtshalber lieber nur den linken Fahrstuhl benutzt haben oder in die 5. Etage gelaufen sind.

매우매우 유감이었던 숙소입니다. 현관문 열쇠가 안 열려서 도움을 요청했으나 관리인을 보내준다고 메시지만 할 뿐 두시간 동안 안 와서 다른 이웃 사람에게 개별적으로 부탁해서 겨우 열었습니다. 질문에 답은 즉각 하지만 실제 도움되는 행동은 안합니다. 수건도 5일 동안 묶었는데 일인당 세안수건과 목욕 가운 하나씩만 주고 휴지도 부족했습니다. 첫날부터 더 달라고 요구했으나 알았다고 하우스키퍼에게 전달한다고 답만할 뿐 5일 동안 아무 조치도 없었어요. 3일까지 계속 요청하다 포기했습니다.

Une fois nous avons eu les codes pour rentrer dans l’immeuble et l’appartement tout allait bien . Le jour de notre départ nous avons demandé de laisser nos bagages, on nous a accueilli dans les bureaux, c’était très sympa.

Les codes n’étaient pas livrés après le check-in, nous avons dû attendre dehors.

Tivemos um pequeno contra tempo pois o elevador travou. Mais houve assistencia tanto da empresa quando da manutencao do elevador e tudo foi resolvido rapidamente. Em 20m ja estavamos nos apartamentos e muito bem instalados.

Ruhig und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse (Maisonette-App.)und geräumige Zimmer. Fleckige Handtücher wurden sofort ausgetauscht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein Bad/Dusche.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, ficando perto de duas estações de Metro que servem duas linhas diferentes. A região é ótima, com supermercados, restaurantes e fácil acesso ao transporte público. O apartamento é incrivelmente amplo, 100% equipado com todos os utensílios domésticos novos (geladeira, fogão, forno, máquina de lavar louças e máquina de lavar roupas) e um pé direito alto. Bem decorado e completo.

A ducha da banheiro que faz as vezes de chuveiro estava rachada. Não atrapalhava o banho mas precisa ser trocada. O apartamento fica em cima de um restante e mesmo com o excelente isolamento acústico das janelas, é possível ouvir os sons vindos do restaurante. Contudo, o isolamento acústico em relação ao apartamento vizinho não é bom: VOCÊ VAI OUVIR VIZINHO.
