Room was neat, spacious and modern.

The surroundings! The greenery, the sound of water. The bed, it feels like home but FABULOUS

It’s a 30 minute drive from the airport. Literally, I’m being picky and annoying😅😅. I honestly love it. I’ll get a jet instead💀💀

The staff was very friendly and respectful. Very effective and good with communication

I felt so safe. Close to the highway. Stunning unit. Friendly and professional staff!!! Really really great

Wish I could have stayed longer 💔

Attention to detail, Working aircon though noisy, electric blankets on both sides of the bed, aesthetically pleasing, good breakfast.

Noisy aircon. Jacuzzi tripped but eventually got working and was a delightful experience. The phones lag abit which can be frustrating but still convenient for communication.

The room was beautiful and clean and big enough. The fact that the WiFi was working. The TV was already connected to netflix etc.

Everything felt like home!! Hotel is very stylish and cozy, staff super helpful and kind! Breakfast delicious!! Rooms great! And everything is secure.

I love this place

Very neat and clean

Parking was a bit small

Everything from the staff to the most delicious food, the gardens are serenity in the heart of Johannesburg, you feel like your in another country it’s peaceful and serine with the beautiful pool , water fountain and the art throughout was amazing, the rooms are all decorated with style and class and with the restaurant area and bar around the pool the ambience was out of this world, we give this place a 5 star rating and 10/10 for the food and beautiful staff.. we will be back for sure … Thankyou for making our stay worth it ❤️🙏

Because we didn’t have a car , the location was a little far for us to walk anywhere but this is what makes it so peaceful

Very exclusive and beautiful place

Our host catered to our needs with a smile and grace. They gave us a phone to contact them if we needed anything, response was promptly. Breakfast was tasty and on time. The whole place was beautiful.

Wish we stayed longer and booked the presidential room from the start.

Such a beautiful clean space. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing.

Struttura carina e curata. Colazione buona e staff molto disponibile e gentile

Poteva essere più pulita

It's peacefull and cozy, the staff was amazing

We had to leave such a wonderful place

WHAT WE LIKED: the bath tub with the view of the garden, the English breakfast, the jacuzzi, the serenity of the setting of the presidential suite (away from any traffic of other guests), the smiley faces of the personnel.

WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: there were bathrobes, but no hotel slippers and the rocky stone courtyard to reach the jacuzzi was eina. I would suggest just a small hotel vanity kit with earbuds in the bathroom / more than one pillow per person / maybe a complimentary hotel shampoo & conditioner & body lotion / maybe a second toilet paper roll for the second night of our stay / maybe complimentary tissues? The safe parking is very limited - fortunately we drove with my smaller SUV and not my hubby's bulky BYD Sharkie, otherwise we would have really struggled.

Delicious food everything blended so well and tasted so good and filling

There’s nothing not to like with the place everything is 100%

Exceptionally styled decor. Wonderful and attentive staff

Excellent decor, service and many exciting features for great pictures.

Loss of network

Everything about this place is excellent, me and my wife a had a wonderful time at the presidential suit. the jacuzzi was awesome.

Clean, quite and very nice breakfast

Beautiful place

This place is beautiful, clean and very serene. The staff is great, very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. I like that the manager came to greet us after breakfast and to thank us for the stay. If I'm ever looking for a staycation, I'm coming here. I also loved the sunflower decor on the spacious bathtub. It was one of my favorite niche touches. They also have a mini bar on the premises so you can have a few drinks by the poolside

Great quit place , rooms are as they look on the pictures. Overall we had a great experience

Staff, the room/suit and cleanliness

Room service was superb. They served breakfast on time.

The water pressure spoiled my holiday. The water literally runs out whilst u still in the shower. The cutlery is worn out they need to change. The bed is so low wasn't expecting it to be like that

The room was super clean and smell incredible. Amazing staff, helpful and friendly.

I loved everything about the place.

The jacuzzi and attentiveness of staff

It was very cold

The staff was friendly

It was very cold

It was cold and we had to have breakfast at the dinning area. Would have really been nice if we had room service and enjoy food in our warm room. Bus aside from that everything was perfect, staff was friendly and everything was really beautiful

The breakfast was nice and they should add a few options and have a variety. The entire establishment is clean, smells good and their hospitality stood out for me as it was exceptional. Keep up the good work.

They need to fix the leak in the hot tub and the sliding door leading outside to the jacuzzi is problematic. The shower head was also nice but the pressure of the water is also too little. Overall the room is perfect and is exactly as seen on the website.

The cleanliness. The aesthetics..!! 10/10.Staff super friendly..love love love!!

What a beautiful property it is, they are very flexible with guest needs and wants. We had fruits from their garden, the staff was friendly and available always. The breakfast was delicious not a lot of variety on drink options though. That may be improved. The restaurant is beautiful with good views, a bit of maintenance of the broken swing and plants that need some watering. Overall the stay was wonderful and i will be going back again, it was a wonderful stay.

More drinks variety and falling off a swing which wasn't marked as out of order.

The room was very comfortable Friendly and helpful staff

Comfortable rooms, new and fresh! Friendly and helpful staff! Amazing nature on the property! Thank you for having us! :)

Endroit au calme. Hyper bien aménagé. Logement très bien équipé. Le personnels super accueillant, gentil et très serviable.

The interior decor is beautiful

The room was untidy which was disappointing because I was there a night before my wedding. Breakfast: I think the host can accommodate guests better with regards to breakfast, it is usually served at 06:00 at most restaurants, 07:30 is too late especially if you have plans for the day.

The rooms are big and very clean, the deco is to die for, not mentioning the comfort of the bed, very comfortable.

We loved everything, we didn’t want to leave

The place is so excellent ,lot of effort was done to make the place so beautiful well done , what i liked most is the quality of their appliance not quantity but real quantity well done once again i will definitely come back

I didn't have any bad i experienced and yes the staff are so friendly and helpful number 1

Nothing

There was no water

Os quartos são excelentes. Maravilhosos.

O café da manhã é bem restrito. Dois ovos, um café com leite e bacon com pão. Mais nada. O chuveiro do meu quarto fica grudado na parede e para tomar banho tem que encostra na parede, desagradável.
