Reviewed Nov 7, 2025The rooms are big enough and spacious to accomodate our guests very clean ... but all in all the place is well maintained very clean and comfortable.. beds are big enough .. and the price for 12 pax is so affordable.. the host is very responsive as well .. if you just want to spend a night with guest it is very practical.. thank you
.. the only thing that is not good is the garage was said to fit 2 cars. But it cant ...you cant close the gate you can park it diagonally only 1 car can park.. the noise of trycicles, and hens is bothering there sleep...

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025The house was clean and too spacious to accommodate a big group. The host and the caretaker were both nice and very accommodating. The place is also very easy to locate and just a few minutes away from landmarks around san fernando, pampanga. I'll definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a very homey & comfortable place. We'll definitely comeback

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025The house is good. really recommend, especially for family of 10-15 people. the rooms are clean and other cooking equipment's are very helpful. You can also do karaoke till morning in case you like to sing. also internet connection is good. very near to stores or shopping malls. would definitely try to book again incase we have trips in Pampanga. :)

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024We felt comfortable in this house and we had everything we needed. Ate caretaker is easy to reach out to when we requested help.
Some corners had cobb webs. Some of the room smelled like moth bolls, and my kid is not allowed to smell that so we had to open the windows during our first day there.
