Agua de la alberca muy caliente a mi gusto, pero creo que para otras personas agradecen que este climatizada

Toallas sucias 😡tenían cámara en la recámara. Al día de desalojar no hubo agua para nada toda la mañana. No entregaron bien llaves. Cuando llegamos. Faltaron bolsas para basura. Lo más incómodo esq me di cuenta q tienen cámara. Recámara principal la desconecté. Ya q me dy cuenta. Eso no está bien

Nicely appointed, clean condo with RO drinking water, induction stove, full size refrigerator, ample dishes, etc. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and Carlos and David went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The pool and pool area are very pleasant and the assigned parking spots are close to the stairs to the condo. 24 hr security makes the whole complex feel very safe.

Not really a negative - just something to be aware of: The buildings do not have an elevator and there is no heater for cool nights. Extra blankets are available upon request. AC in living room and bedroom work great. Bug repellent is essential, as the balcony door and bathroom window do not have screens. The road leading to the condo complex still has many potholes - extra care at night is advisable.

Esta fue la 2da ocasión que visitamos Evamar y la verdad desde la primera vez que nos hospedamos quedamos muuuy complacidos y contentos con nuestra visita, es por eso que en esta ocasión escogimos de nuevo pasar estos días de festejo de mi cumpleaños en Evamar. Mi familia y yo preferimos la tranquilidad y la seguridad por encima de todo, esto y más nos ofrece Evamar en sus instalaciones, la tranquilidad de áreas silenciosas y sin ruidos que perturben nuestro sueño y la seguridad de saber que estamos en buenas manos nosotros y nuestras pertenencias bien resguardadas, teniendo 1 solo acceso de entrada y de salida hay más control de todo. Los apartamentos están muy bien habilitados con todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia sin sobresaltos, todo que necesitamos para no extrañar tu hogar. Las amenidades como albercas, asideros, gimnasio y restaurante son el complemento que hicieron de nuestra estancia la mejor en San Carlos.

Nada más lo que les recomendaría es poner un espejo de cuerpo completo como un plus 👌🏼

We were there for 9 days while we were working on our boat in the boat yard. The condo had everything we needed to fix our own meals. There was a full size refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable. There was ample space for storing our things. The pool facilities were nice although we didn’t have time to use them. We also saw a family getting served drinks and food by the pool. Carlos in the office spoke English and was extremely helpful. The facility had a guard at the entrance that was really nice and helpful.

The only thing that we disliked had nothing to do with the property. The road leading to the facility was in great need of fixing. It was full of big pot holes.

The apartment was large and clean. The location was good.

The refrigerator didn't work at first. A toilet was clogged. Parking was tight, with small spaces. No hot water.

The location was great: Right by downtown San Carlos and within 4 minutes of San Francisco Beach!

Everything was great!

Really loved the spacious kitchen and bedrooms, my family also enjoyed the pool and balcony.

Everything about the pñace was perfect we enjoy every moment it has a pool for kids with safely slides and the rooms got all the things ypu need for cooking just the perfect condo.

I think you need elevators just a suggestion.

The rooms were spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

It was nosiy at night. The rooms towards the parking lot are not soundproof. I woke up every night due to cars driving in and out and people's voices.

The room and the swimming pool are great, also the children’s pool was very nice

I got a room on the 3rd floor and it’s a hassle because there’s a huge stairway to get to it, there is no other way

The place was spacious, pretty, and had what we needed. It exceeded my expectations.

You have to reserve some amenities like the kayaks, even when there are no other guests using nor requesting them.

The apt was lovely and clean. Nice view of the water. The employees were all friendly friendly.

The facility was excellent and the people are amazing.

The addvert says walking distance and that would be difficult with kids. Having a taxi service on call would help.

Excellent, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and towels new. What a great apartment!

There is no elevator so if you are at the top you have to take all your luggage

The property is beyond comfortable, the unit had everything you needed for our stay and it was clean. Although the community areas were not finished during our visit, we could still enjoy out time at the pool. The location was also easy to find and safe, they have 24-7 security.

Nothing, when the rest of the property is complete it will be espectacular.
