The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are very clean and spacious, and the location is excellent. The beach is directly in front.

Nice location. Long beach is in front of the resort. Large rooms. Big balcony. You can rent scooter, buy island activities and arrange transportation from the reception.

Great location very close to the beach. Loved the early morning swims and the stunning sunsets! It was peaceful and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Reception staff were not the best and responsive at dealing with issues. The room wasn't cleaned unless you asked. The attitude of reception staff was much to be desired. The price was different from what booking.com stated.

Not far from the beach. Walking distance to the rocks where it's possible to see something interesting while snorkeling, at least small fish and seashells.

Hotel room electricity was not working when we arrived at night around 10pm. So it was not prepared and checked properly. But they changed it to another room quickly. Room was never cleaned during our 5 nights stay. Garbage on the way to the beach. Koh Lanta was a little boring compared to Koh Chang that we visited some years ago. There is no way to buy durian around, we asked a tuk tuk driver to find a market, but they did not have it anywhere. We had breakfast included, but it was the worst thing, 3 choices of egg dish, coffee or tea and juice out of concentrate. And this is where they grow a lot of fruits, nothing was offered on the table. Every day the same. Bungalow needs to have some maintenance, some stuff was broken.

My first bungalow, P13, has a mould problem that is largely mitigated by running the AC full-time. My second bungalow, A103, did not exhibit this issue. Reception staff are excellent. They taught me a lot of words.

Lite tråkigt bemötande av framförallt från en personalen i receptionen. Trots ett mail från Booking om att vi Inte skulle betala så mycket som hotellet och mannen i receptionen påstod så vara han så gav han sig inte. Efter cirka 1 timme i receptionen gav han sig och vi behövde inte betala de 5000 kr som mannen påstod att vi skulle göra. Kylskåpet var ny min inte installerat. När vi skulle checka ut hade personal i receptionen glömt att hämta våra väskor som de hade lovat.

Very close to the beach and the big bungalows with two bed inside have enough space.

Everything is very old, the area around need a renovation, so much potential in this area. Food in restaurant is not good.

Great location in Koh Lanta and right on the beach. Great to have a beach front restaurant & bar just two steps away. Super friendly staff who helped with laundry service and transfers to Phi Phi, as well as scooter hire. Staff dropped off fresh bottled water every morning which was much appreciated!

Bathroom drains had very unpleasant smells in the day time but it didn’t ruin our stay

Django (orange cat) and Spaghetti (three coloured cat), which stayed with us the whole week. Show them some affection if they stroll around :) The staff was always friendly and everything was clean in the garden all the time.

Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme når vi spurgte efter ting. Desværre var der en stor festival/madmarked som, de godt kunne have informeret om - vi nåede det ikke da vi kørte forbi det på sidste åbningsdag. Så generelt lidt mere info omkring ting der sker på øen havde været fantastisk.

Vandtryk i bungalows var tæt på 0. Svært for min kone og datter at vaske sig. Der var ikke super rent, men tror det så værre ud pga det hele var slidt.

Nice and clean

The location is surely great and the bungalows offer a sense of peace and quiet that is surely appreciated. As other have mentioned, they are grubby and dated and could do a fix, but surely we did not spend that much time in the room so we did not mind this. It gets really quiet in the evenings which is amazing, but the ac units are indeed noisy (i dont mind but will have to agree with other reviews) PROS: location only a few steps from the beach, convenient for island day trips and plenty of beachside spots to eat/drink. The beach bar and restaurant are convenient and not too bad. You can book boat trips etc directly there or next door at pearl beach. Everyday we got fresh TP and two waters which is really appreciated. You can bring your scooters in and park in front which is nice.

CONS: only 1 bath towel per person, as someone with long hair this is not ideal. No room service so the only small bin provided was overflowing by day 4. Beach towels not provided, we had to ask some. Water pressure was so bad barely anything came out the sink and the shower was not even working at busy times. Had to fill up the kettle with the small tap at the feet of the shower and rinse with that a few times during our stay. I don’t mind a bit of a hack, but it surely put me off washing my hair as it was hard to fully saturate and wash off sand/shampoo etc

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen direkt am Long Beach . Aus unserer Sicht schönster strandabschnitt. Die strandbar war super und viele tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten ein riesiges Zimmer ,sehr sauber ,mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht . Alles ist einfach gehalten ,uns hat es aber an nichts gefehlt . Würden immer wieder zurück kommen.

Die ganze Anlage könnte einen Gärtner und etwas liebevolle Pflege gut tun ,leider gibt es auch keine Liegen und Schirme am Strand ,haben uns im Supermarkt einen Schirm gekauft ,wäre sonst am Strand nicht auszuhalten gewesen .

The beds are a bit hard, like everywhere in Thailand. But I am sure if you ask for a softer topper the amazing staff would arrange it

Our bungalow was with great view to the sea. No noisy surroundings.

Une partie du personnel à la réception est détestable. Ils se moquent de vous (sourire narquois, aucune écoute, ordres directifs). Nous avons la très mauvaise expérience de rencontrer la réceptionniste. Cela fait plus de 30 ans que je voyage partout en Asie du Sud-est et jamais je n'ai reçu un accueil assi déplaisant. Il n'y a que l'appat du gain qui les intéresse. Ils demandent de payer en cash ou par carte de crédit (commission de 4%) et comme par magie, les prix augmentent lors du décompte. J'ai dû rester plus d'une heure à la réception pour leur prouver que leurs calculs étaient incorrectes. Les chambres sont sales, les serviettes de bain trouées, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Prix exorbitants pour la qualité et le service rendu Une plainte est déposée chez Booking ------------------ Some of the reception staff are awful. They treat you like dirt (smirks, no listening, bossy orders). We had a terrible experience with the receptionist. I've been traveling all over Southeast Asia for over 30 years and I've never received such an unpleasant welcome. They're only interested in making money. They ask for cash or credit card payment (4% commission), and as if by magic, the prices increase when the bill is presented. I had to stay at reception for over an hour to prove to them that their calculations were incorrect. A complaint has been filed with Booking.

Kan inte komma på något direkt jag inte tyckte om. Vi hade en stuga på raden närmast havet med utsikt. Enda jag kan komma på att det var gott om små myror på altan och att vatten trycket i duschen var lite klent. :)

Es war gut gelegen, jedoch sind die Bungalows sehr veraltet und der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Würden es auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Unser Bungalow war unterirdisch, so daß wir uns beschwert haben das es definitiv kein angemessener Bungalow war für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben. Sie haben uns dann in ein benachbartes Resort für 2 tage untergebracht und danach wieder zurück in die Anlage mit einem etwas besseren Bungalow. Wir würden es nicht weiter empfehlen.

- Bungalow ist mit Blick auf die Rückseite der Rezeption auf eine kleine Straße die zum Strand führt und tagsüber dementsprechend befahren ist - Zimmerservice gab es nur auf Nachfrage, bei dem Preis erwarte ich mir etwas anderes - um den Preis bekommt man hier deutlich schöneres

Location is perfect, on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and overall good stay..

Basic, bed not very comfortable. Building opposite room, starting as soon as it was light and no coffee in room, on any day. Overall very expensive for such a basic bungalow, with no pool.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Det bedste var at se solnedgang på stranden. Restauranten ligger på stranden og der er hyggeligt, personalet er venlig og imødekommende.

Absolut gute Lage

Viel zu teuer. Anfang Februar über 150€ für einen in die Jahre gekommenen Bungalow mit irgendwelchen Tieren die unter der Zimmerdecke nagen u kratzen!

Ligger fint til på stranden i et rolig område.

Rommene er slitt og bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold. Toalettet tettet seg, maur inne på rommet, bråkete aircondition.

Nous avions réservé cette établissement libellé sur le site "bungalow de luxe", pour 10 jours, nous y sommes resté 5 jours. Absolument pas du tout le cas, pour différentes raisons. Déjà l'arrivée dans le parc qui ne semble pas entretenu. Vu de suite d'extérieur des bungalow vieillissant qui ont besoin d'être entretenu. Dans le bungalow, un ameublement vétuste, une armoire sans étagère, donc nos vêtements étaient par terre, 4 cintres à disposition, un frigo rouillé avec des joints sales, télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, rideaux pas occultants, certes une bouilloire, mais jamais de stick café, thé, sucre...etc.... Nous n'avions pas à disposition les petites serviettes de toilettes, ni de plage qu'il a fallu demander. Pas de safety box dans la chambre. Maintenant la salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude et une fuite sur le jet toilette; comme pour la télé, nous avons signalé, certes, quelqu'un est venu mais pas solutionné, distributeur shampoing et gel douche vide fixés au mur vide, donc nous avons signalé, et il nous a été fournis tous les jours des échantillons gel douche et shampoing.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us move to an improved property without any problem the next day

The standard bungalow was poorly maintained with a cracked window, very steep and uneven steps to get into the property without any handrails, a fridge which was barely working and smelt and a very badly maintained bathroom. The beds were hard and damp. We upgraded to a delux bungalow which cost us more money but was reasonable. There was no warning that these bungalows were not suitable for anyone with Mobility issues

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in  bungalow familiare 2 adulti e 2 bambini (4 e 2 anni). Posizione favolosa poiché a 2 passi dal mare, dove trovi tutto ristoranti bar ecc ecc. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile.  Sicuramente i bungalow sono "datati", però sempre puliti.  Consigliato.

При бронировании было написано что снимут за жилье с карты, но до последнего отель не снимал деньги за бронирование, связывалась с объектом, писала чтоб снимали с карты, но в итоге по приезду сказали платить наличкой или +4% к стоимости. Считаю что такое нужно предупреждать.

Location is very good, right next to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Beach is good, suitable for kids.

4% of commition when paying by card - While booking in booking.com it did not even offer to pay fully and when checking in they charge 4% of commission. Super outdated and several things not working - It looks like everything was built 15 years ago and nothing has been done ever since. Everything is outdated - not possible to close toilet door (not even talking about locking, just closing). One window does not have curtains - people can directly look you brushing your teeth or sleeping in your bed. Restorant area is super outdated, tables and chairs look like 20 years old. Lack of essentials - NO hairdryer (got it after asking directly), NO handtowels (we specifically asked and were provided later), very unstable water supply and low water pressure. Very poor shower area in general. Super hard and outdated beds, stayed for 7 nights and got back pains. NO chair nor table in room. NO locker/ safe Breakfast is served at the beach (good location), but service is very poor, servants seem to be sad/ miserable. Food is below average. There are approximately 4 different options for breakfast, lack of variety. Ants There are ants in room and in bed that are biting. In general this is probably one of the worst stays we have ever experienced (travelled in many different countries - Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Cuba, Mauritius, Seychelles, and many other countries). It is not worth the money they are charging. Koh Lanta in general seems more like a muslim country not a friendly and welcoming Thailand that you would imagine. Also worth mentioning is the fact that Koh Lanta seems to be pricey and not in balance of what you get for your money.
