Vermieter/in: Kommunikation vor Übergabe - Fehlanzeige, keine Antworten (3x Anrufbeantworter, 3x Mail unbeantwortet), TV und Radio nicht nutzbar, da Anleitungen fehlten, dito Wäschetrockner (wurde uns auf "Störung" übergeben bzw. hinterlassen, vollgestopft mit feuchter Wäsche des vorherigen Mieters), im Kühlschrank angebrochene Lebensmittel des vorherigen Mieters, keine Geschirrtücher zu finden, Kinderzimmer = Rumpelkammer, total vollgestellt, Balkontür und Türöffner für Haustür defekt, nur 1 Satz Schlüssel, keine Mikrowelle, nur Backofen. Kein Ansprechpartner während der Mietzeit, weder vor Ort noch remote (keine Rückmeldungen).

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht ist unglaublich, direkt am Strand und aufs Meer. Für alles ist gesorgt, es gab gar nichts zu beanstanden, der Check In und Abreise sehr gut organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich zurück. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, ordentliche Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Une boite à clé est disponible mais l'hôte tient à venir faire l'accueil en personne et présenter tout ce qu'il y a dans l'appartement. Fatiguant après une longue route. Isolation de l'immeuble

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The apartment is overall very nice, good size, generally clean. The balcony is perfect, the location is very good as well. The possibility of booking a parking space is good, although not very cheap. We would come back.
Kitchen utensils and children's room could use a bit of a more detailed cleaning, the other rooms were perfectly clean though. Cannot darken the sleep rooms completely, which can be annoying if you are used to sleep in the dark (especially for children). Unfortunately the days we were there, there was a lot of noise in the morning in the backyard as there was a renovation of another building going on, but i guess this is something you can't influence.

Reviewed May 25, 2026L'appartement est parfait, très propre et confortable. La vue directe sur la mer est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Le logement est idéalement situé en plein centre, à proximité de bons restaurants et de bars animés. C'est un endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille ou en amoureux. De plus, ma chienne a été accueillie comme une véritable princesse. J'ai adoré notre séjour malgré le froid à Knokke. Un grand merci à la propriétaire fantastique, très disponible et super sympa. MERCI !
