Le logement est globalement bien mais il y a eu plusieurs problèmes : - électricité qui ne fonctionne pas quand on arrive - Pas d’éponge ni de condiment - Lumière de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas - Pas de draps - pas le bon wifi - le système d’eau chaude qui ne fonctionne pas bien

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Location was great and overall space and amenities adequate. Great balcony view, nice spacious lounge, sun room and bedrooms.
Didnt have hot water in the shower throughout our stay, irrespective of the establishment calling plumbers out and maintenance staff to try and fix the issue, it persisted and we just bit the bullet and showered in cold water. It was either related to water pressure or a faulty thermostat device connected to the water system.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Плюсы: хорошая локация, всего в квартале от пляжа, не шумно и спокойно; есть парковка; солнечная квартира на 3 этаже с большим балконом, есть все необходимое для отдыха: кондиционеры, микроволовка, плита, посуда, много туалетной бумаги и мешков для мусора - это скорее редкость, в других местах все покупали сами; дружелюбный и внимательный владелец Shaleel всегда на связи, по нашему запросу купил пляжный зонт и новый утюг, старым уже нельзя было пользоваться; очень удобный заезд и выезд в удобное нам время- ключи в ящике по коду.
К сожалению, квартира очень старая и уже уставшая: древний ремонт и обстановка, разбитая раковина в душевой, текущий кран на кухне, старая посуда для готовки. Второй минус - муравьи на кухне и в душевой, и их там реально много. Третий минус - отсутствие горячей воды. В душевой стоит проточный нагреватель, который греет очень неравномерно, идёт то сильно горячая, то холодная вода. У жены слабые сосуды, которые не выдерживали такие перепады температур. Если нет хорошего напора, то горячей воды нет совсем. Так у нас было дважды, причём второй раз, в день выезда, воды практически не было никакой. Просто жесть. Наконец, уборка крайне поверхностная и не отвечает нашим ожиданиям совсем: посуда в шкафах и на полках жирная, со следами использования от прошлых жильцов, чайник грязный, мы перемывали всю посуду, которые использовали. Жестковатые матрасы и очень неудобные пухлые подушки. Нас спасали декоративные, чёрные, их было как раз две. Постельное белье смесовое с синтетикой, мы брали свое белье.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Rayon Bleu is a beautiful place just a few steps from the beach. The area is calm and relaxing – perfect if you enjoy peaceful places close to the ocean. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I stayed for two months and truly felt at home there. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and always easy to reach. Communication was excellent and everything worked smoothly during my entire stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2025It is spacious (2 bedrooms and some extra “living” room) and it has all that you need for comfortable stay. Beach is really near by and parking is on the spot.
It is 3rd floor so with small baby and a lot of stuff there is quite some stairs to climb every time. Beach nearby is ok, but more secluded and quiet (which can be also ok). Some details at the property could be cleaner.
