If you are visiting Bangkok, you really don't need more than this, as you only use the room for sleeping anyway. For that, it is absolutely perfect, and the price is unbeatable! The highlights of our stay: Life-Saving Staff: We cannot emphasize enough how incredibly nice, helpful, and kind the reception staff was. The airline lost our luggage, leaving us with no clothes for 30 hours! 😁 The team at the guesthouse went completely above and beyond to help us track it down and get it back safely. Clean & Cool Rooms: Although the accommodation is small, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It also features a great, powerful air conditioning system, which is absolutely essential after a long day in the Bangkok heat. Great Location & Transport: Located right in the Old Town, the guesthouse offers great connections to public transport and the taxi boats, making sightseeing super easy. A 7-Eleven is just a short 2-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Food & Nightlife: Two very lively party streets and an amazing street food market are just a 5-minute walk away. You have everything you need right at your doorstep. Conclusion: An unbeatable price, excellent cleanliness, an amazing location, and the most helpful staff you could ever wish for. Мы останавливались в U-need Guesthouse с 30 мая по 3 июня и остались очень довольны своим выбором. Прежде всего хочется отметить невероятную чистоту гостевого дома. Номера очень аккуратные, уютные и комфортные для проживания. Видно, что хозяева внимательно следят за порядком. Воду нам обновляли каждый день, а за всё время проживания нас никто не беспокоил, что создавало ощущение спокойствия и домашнего уюта. Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшене. Все были очень приветливы и доброжелательны, но особенно хочется отметить молодого человека с тёмными волосами. Его искренняя улыбка, отзывчивость и готовность помочь оставили самые тёплые впечатления. После общения с ним действительно становилось теплее на душе. Благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться снова. Мы приехали раньше официального времени заселения и по нашей просьбе нас без проблем разместили до 14:00, при этом не взяли никакой дополнительной платы. Это было очень приятно после дороги. Понравилось и то, что в гостевом доме поддерживается чистота: обувь гости оставляют при входе, благодаря чему внутри всегда аккуратно. Сначала нас немного смутил канал за забором, но на практике никаких запахов на территории гостевого дома не было вообще. Гостевой дом расположен в исторической части Бангкока, что делает его отличной отправной точкой для знакомства со Старым городом. При этом стоимость проживания очень привлекательная и полностью соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием и обязательно остановимся здесь снова во время следующей поездки в Бангкок. Искренне рекомендуем U-need Guesthouse всем, кто ищет чистое, уютное и гостеприимное место для отдыха.

Stayed in the double room with private bathroom, comfy and clean bed and rooms, calm area day and night, well working air conditioned, good electric plugs, fast wi-fi, towels provided and nice staff. Ten minutes walking distance to Khaosan road and a few nice restaurants nearby. Thanks : )

Quite a peaceful place to stay and walking distance to a few tourist spots.

There was no lift and we stayed on the top floor (4th Floor). So it was a mini cardio workout every time we return to our room.

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und alle begeistert. Einfache Unterkunft, aber alles sehr sauber. Die Betten sind super und die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, es war sehr sauber, es wurde immer wieder geputzt. Es war für uns jedoch ungewohnt die Schuhe vor der Rezeption auszuziehen zu müssen, aber akzeptabel. Wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Heiße Wasser für Kaffee und Tee stand auch zur Verfügung. 3 Minuten Weg zu Fuß war der erste 7eleven Supermarkt, wovon es noch einige in der Nähe gab.

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und es gab auch keinen Schrank, nur eine kleine Ablage.

The staff at reception were exceptional, very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the lovely smiles! The property itself is very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the practice of leaving shoes at the main entrance, which helps keep the entire space fresh and tidy.

No bedside lamp, and no power sockets by the bed. The room is a bit on the small side.

Sehr nettes Personal. Ein bisschen ab vom ganzen Trubel (10 min zu Fuss bis zur Khao San Road) was es ruhig, aber auch ein ganz klein wenig gruseliger machte. Riesiger Kühlschrank, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Durften unsere Gepäckstücke noch bis am Abend lagern. Würden definitiv wieder kommen.

The rooms simply have what you need for a modest stay in Bangkok, but the people running it are an absolute gem. So helpful and positive.

We’ve stayed here several times and been more than happy each time. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. There’s a small sitting area outside, where coffee and tea is offered every morning and until the late afternoon. The area is quiet, yet close to restaurants, bars, shops….! I’ll be back for sure!

Byl jsem v tomto ubytování už po druhé a opět jsem byl moc spokojený. Klidné místo kousek od centra všeho dění. Požádal jsem o klidný pokoj, o dvě přikrývky a dva klíče a ve všem mi bylo vyhověno. Mladý usměvavý recepční byl ve všem nápomocen. Rád se sem zase vrátím. Děkuji.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber und absolut ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig u.a. Richtung Rambuttri Road, Khao San Road, Chao Phraya River etc. Absolut zweckmäßig wenn man die Unterkunft lediglich zum Schlafen benötigt.

Nice place in a quiet area. Staff are really nice and they offer you 2 bottles of drinking water every day for free. At first I found it a bit weird that I had to leave my shoes outside, but no one stole anything in the week that I spent there. The Khaosan party area is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Wifi isn't great for working, but half decent.

On avait demandé deux lits jumeaux, ils étaient collés l’un à l’autre de sorte à former un grand lit, ce qui n’était pas le but Ce doit être une erreur sur le site mais il était marqué que la chambre sélectionnée était en rez de chaussée. Elle était au 4e étage sans ascenseur, difficile pour mon père qui a mal au genou

I had a wonderful stay at U-Need Guesthouse in Bangkok. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and within walking distance of Khao San Road, while still being in a quiet area where you can relax and sleep well at night. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere of the guesthouse feels welcoming and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again in the future.

Tuvimos que extender nuestra estancia y nos prepararon enseguida la siguiente habitación (tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por fallo mío al reservar) y ayudaron con todo, son muy atentos.

Very close to the main road, but still in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything vas perfect.

Staff was kind, quiet location but close enough to major attractions like Khao San road. Delicious restaurants nearby as well. I liked the no shoes policy which made the hotel very clean. Air conditioning works well and bathroom/sheets are very clean.

Заказали и оплатили сервис трансфера в аэропорт. В итоге с утра портье спал под стойкой и ничего не знал про трансфер. Только ждите, ждите и нифига не делал. Пришлось срочно искать такси. Чуть не опоздали на самолёт

Well located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable with some storage space and we had a view of the treetops. There is free tea and coffee available until 4pm and we had a fridge in our room.

There were no interesting channels on the television.

Jen bohužel někteří hosté se neumí chovat. Jsou bezohlední vůči svému okolí. Jsou hluční na chodbách i v pokojích třeba i v 5 hodin ráno. Ale to je opět o lidech, hloupých a bezohledných lidech. Bohužel.

Mir hat die ruhige Lage gefallen. Das es sehr ruhig war aber trotzdem zentral. Der Preis war sehr gut und das Zimmer sowie das Bett sehr sauber und bequem.

Die Handtücher könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Extrem freundliche, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte super schlafen! Die Jungs sind überaus sympathisch und die Gegend wirkt schon fast dörflich. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Sehr sauber, großes bequemes Bett, Baum vorm Fenster, Wasser im Kühlschrank, ruhig. Sehr schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Personal war extrem höflich und zuvorkommend! Der gesamte Gebäudekomplex war sehr sauber! Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber sehr ruhig.

The property is tucked away in a quieter area not too far from Kho San Road. It’s well maintained, clean and a good place to rest your head at night.

La proximité et l’accueil souriant du personnel

Guest house situata in una zona strategica, a due passi dal terminal del battello e da Khao San Road. Nonostante ciò, la struttura gode di una relativa tranquillità, trovandosi in una piccola via secondaria. Si presenta con un ingresso a budello, in fondo al quale troviamo la reception. È obbligatorio lasciare le scarpe all’ingresso, in un’apposita scarpiera. La mia camera comprende due letti singoli. È graziosa e ben tenuta, dotata di climatizzatore, televisore, mini frigo. Il bagno, apparentemente nuovo, prevede il solo wc col doccino e la doccia con il mini scaldabagno elettrico. Dotazione di asciugamani e 2 bottigliette d’acqua al dì. Nel complesso l’esperienza non è stata male. Per chi non ha grandi pretese è una valida soluzione.

Sono presenti 4 livelli, senza ascensore. Il ragazzo della reception ha gentilmente portato fino al 4° livello il mio pesante bagaglio. Non c’è la cassaforte. Gli spazi in generale e i punti di appoggio sono estremamente ridotti. In due persone si fa una gran fatica a gestirli. Essendo da solo, ho sfruttato lo spazio offerto dal letto libero e ho poggiato a terra il trolley. La doccia si trova adiacente alla porta mentre lo scarico dalla parte opposta. Non essendoci un piatto doccia, il pavimento si bagna completamente. Prima che si asciughi, mettere in conto che ad ogni ingresso in bagno ci si bagnerà i piedi. Il lavandino si trova nella stanza, accanto al bagno.
