Tolles Frühstück mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Pico! Nach dem Wandern konnte man gut im Spa Bereich relaxen.

Oh my goodness everything was amazing. The property is close to everything. The pool hot tub is gorgeous. The breakfast is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. The island is not large so it’s a great place to have as a base so that you don’t have to keep packing up your things. It has a great view of Mount pico and is walking distance to the center of town. It was worth every penny and we were there for high season. Great job.

Es hat einen tollen Pool. Die Zimmer sind gross und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit teilweise, schlechter Kaffee, eher teuer, uns hat der Geruch im Hotel gestört & die Lüftung im Bad

Gostámos do hotel, da decoração, do conforto, do pequeno almoço e dos serviços que utilizámos. Localizado perto da Vila da Madalena, tem diversos restaurantes perto, assim como diversas zonas de interesse. Gostámos bastante de ficar alojados neste hotel.

New so nice layout and decor. Pools were both clean and good to use. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was as well. Shuttleworth transfer to the airport.

No tissues in the rooms. Restaurant was very noisy with two large groups.

Fantastisk fint hotell med store og komfortable rom, gode senger, bekvemmelige møbler og fin terrasse. Parkering, bra beliggenhet, utsikt, basseng og solsenger, superbra frokost og herlig restaurant. Flott personale. Rett og slett, helt perfekt!

Acho que o lobby poderia estar melhor aproveitado com musica ao vivo à noite ou alguns jogos de tabuleiro.

Big and clean room. Very large and comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and the food was good (breakfast and restaurant). They have great facilities and the view is superb!

- Smuk udsigt og dejlige eksklusive værelser. - Fin pool og spaområde til afslapning. - Godt morgenmadsudvalg. - Restauranten lavede god frokost/aftensmad, udvalget var godt (også vegetarisk) og tjenerne var fantastiske. - God parkering og velovervejede ‘smarte’ planløsninger på hotellet, så man kan tage smutveje til og fra værelser, pool, reception og restaurant.

- Prisen for opholdet er stadig lidt dyrt til kvaliteten, og restauranten var også væsentligt dyrere end resten af området. - Der er lidt gåafstand til Madalena og relevante butikker. Receptionen hjælper dog gerne med taxi og andet, man skulle få brug for.

La dimensione della camera con letto, divanetto con tavolino e zona cucina, la posizione davanti al vulcano e davanti a delle piscine naturali attraversando la strada, la piscina e terme con servizio asciugamani gratis, parcheggio davanti alle camere con accesso diretto dal parking e la macchinetta di pancakes a colazione.

Durante i 3 giorni del nostro soggiorno c'è stato un problema idraulico nella nostra camera e abbiamo dovuto sopportare odoraccio non solo dal bagno ma anche dal lavandino della cucina che era in camera da letto. Quando scaricava l'acqua in bagno saliva dal lavandino della cucina. Un peccato. Anche l'assenza di scala per entrare in piscina non mi sembra normale né sicuro. Fate molta attenzione.

L’emplacement : l’hôtel est trop loin du centre ville si on n’a pas de voiture et qu’on se déplace à pieds. Pourquoi l’hôtel ne propose pas le prêt de vélos? Le chemin au bord de mer serait idéal pour rejoindre le centre-ville.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einem langen Wandertag lädt der Pool zum entspannen ein und man fühlt sich richtig wohl und kann sich erholen in dem Hotelzimmer.

La colazione era buona ma potrebbe essere aggiunta un po' di varietà nell'offerta. La doccia era un po' rovinata e vecchia.

The property is absolutely amazing. The rooms are perfect. It’s located in a lovely spot close to the vila by taxi and walking to beach and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was great - good food, nice drinks, lovely wines. They were quick to arrange a transfer to airport as well. Also I loved the pools and spa!

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit extragroßem und sehr komfortablem Bett! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wurde gut genutzt. Sehr schöner Außenpool mit angenehmen Liegen. Toller Ausblick auf den Pico oder Faial, je nach Zimmerlage. Wir konnten schon zu Mittag unser Zimmer beziehen, was sehr angenehm war. Gute Lage für die Erkundung der Insel. Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Zu viele Türen im Badezimmer, v.a. weil es ohnehin zu feucht ist. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer aufgrund einer Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas enttäuschend (halbreifes Obst, Dosenpfirsiche, mäßige Auswahl etc.). Der Geruch im Zimmer feuchtigkeitsbedingt etwas modrig, aber inseltypisch (es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer mit Entfeuchtungsfunktion). Wir waren vom Spa Bereich nicht überzeugt: Innenpool zu kalt, Dampfbad während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktionsfähig, Sauna sehr klein (max. 2 Personen), keine warmen Duschen, lose Bretter bei den Stufen zum Whirlpool.

Le cadre est superbe : mont Pico d’un côté, océan et île de Faial de l’autre. Piscine naturelle toute proche et la balade de bord de mer jusqu’au centre est très agréable. L’établissement est très propre et calme. Les 2 piscines et le jacuzzi étaient agréables ; le petit déjeuner très bon.

Schönes, grosses, komfortables Zimmer. Tolle Dachterrasse und gutes Frühstück. Grosser Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel.

Der Empfang war sehr schlecht. Der Parkplatz nicht ausgeschildert. Am Emofangtresen sass ein junger Mann, der uns mit den Worten begrüsste: Identification! Nach Übergabe der Zimmerkarte, die zunächst nicht funktionierte, gab er einige sehr unverständliche Erklärungen ab. Selbst, dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Raum statt fand, als im Restaurant, mussten wir uns selbst zusammen suchen. Da waren wir auf den Azoren bisher viel mehr Freundlichkeit gewohnt!

Tolle große Zimmer, alles modern, hell und bequem. Der Pool ist übersichtlich aber auch modern gestaltet und sauber. Das Restaurant und die Bar haben eine gute Aussicht.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber mit Abstand das schlechteste auf unserer Reise. Das Zimmer und Buffet ist sehr eng. Die Aussicht auf den Pico Vulkan jedoch schön. Kaffee Kapseln muss man kaufen. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren extrem lustlos. Die Reinigungskräfte sehr nett.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The living area was great. The hotel is walkable to the centre of town. We appreciated an upgrade to the sea view. The breakfast was good.

The staff were not friendly and we had issues with the general service. The bar would not allow us to have a drink at 10.30 on their balcony as they said they had closed the bar. There are 2 pods of coffee in the rooms, despite staying for 2 nights these were not replenished and they charge for extra pods which is ridiculous. There was also no milk for coffees in the room. The spa is fine but very small and not enough space for the number of guests so you almost have to queue to use the separate facilities. The outdoor pool is nice but again small and there is no bar service which is a shame. Considering the price the hotel really needs to up their service levels and offerings.

Very nice hotel with a very nice spa area. Very close to the port and within the town. Very good value I would say. Nice rooms.

Goed ontbijt, rustige plek, mooie kamers. Personeel in het restaurant heel prettig en vriendelijk.

Hotelpersoneel legt geen enkel contact met gasten en lijkt weinig gemotiveerd. De sauna bleek defect terwijl dat een belangrijke reden was om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Hierover geen bericht vooraf, met veel pijn en moeite kwamen er excuses.

The room was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was exactly as described and in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also great and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Everything was perfect!

Pequeno almoço bom e variado, piscinas interior e exterior com boas condições, quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Os funcionários da recepção e pequeno almoço são simpáticos e disponíveis! O restaurante do Hotel tem também excelente qualidade e serviço.

Poderiam incluir bolo levedo ou massa sovada ao pequeno almoço assim como o tradicional chá dos Açores no quarto em vez do atual internacional. Os balneários femininos da piscina interior estavam fora de serviço.

Good location, good size rooms

The majority of the staff seemed totally uninterested and not very service minded - no hellos or good mornings - it just gave the experience a flat feeling.

For the first time we encountered a situation where the hotel refused to store our luggage for 1 night, citing the hotel being fully booked, even though we had contacted the hotel in advance. At other hotels in the Azores, this is usually not an issue. There were also some misunderstandings at check-in, but they were resolved after negotiation.

Funcionários da receção e do pequeno almoço nada afáveis, chegando a ignorar os hospedes, este é um ponto em que têm MUITO a melhorar. Pequeno almoço deveria ser bem melhor e mais diversificado para um hotel 4 estrelas

Quarto amplo e com capsulas café/ chá e água de oferta. Vista dos quartos. Staff 5* especialmente restaurante.

Não foi não gostar, apenas achamos que o check in às 16h é um pouco "tarde" para um hotel (sugestão: 14h ou 15h), em contrapartida o check out às 12h é um ótimo horário.
