Yolanda the host was the best feature of my stay. She was connected all the time and was very flexible in accommodating my requirements.

Communication with the host was very smooth and responsive. The condominium has everything you need with full facilities, e.g. swimming pool, gym, playground for your kids, security system, parking lot, etc.

Nothing particularly. Just when you want to use the swimming pool, be aware that you need to register yourself on the desk where it is not guarded. There is a paper on the table that you need to fill in. The security is not always there, but once she/he is there, they get upset if you do not register yourself. As a guest, how can you know that rule?

Easy self check in and check out processes. The hosts are very helpful. Close to Kk mart,7 eleven,train station and the mall.

Yolinis is an incredible person and organizer. She was extremely helpful, guiding us from the moment we made the reservation until we left the apartment.

Convenient location. Bed is comfortable. Water dispenser (hot and cold) is great. Host gave clear instructions.

Room rate was on the high side. The unit was generally clean, but not as clean as one would have expected for the price asked. Host kept asking the same questions over and over again even though answers were already given.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Greenfield Residence. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing extras like a phone charger, board games, and basketball and table tennis paddles, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to many great restaurants and walking distance to sunway lagoon. The host also went above and beyond by recommending good places to eat and checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The location was perfect. Close to Sunway Pyramid, surrounding the residence are lots of eatery shops and facilities such as clinic, 7-Eleven etc. Lots of places to choose to eat. I brought my family to eat at "Restaurant Jaring" at Jalan PJS 8/2, which is a walking distance from the residence. The security guard there were helpful and attentive. Drawing and returning of the key for the unit is also easy and fast. Overall, this is a great unit to be in. We are happy with the apartment, everything in the house was in order. There is fan, aircon, wifi, TV, water dispenser, fridge, washing machine, water heater for shower etc. Everything you need like our own home is there. Thank you for the hospitality.

Many thanks to Yolin for being the best host and this apartment was the best that I have stayed in during our recent trip to Malaysia. From the welcoming message to the check-out procedure, everything was made so smooth by Yolin. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was well maintained, the basic necessities were all provided (fridge, washing machine, cooking unit, TV, Wifi, etc.). Check-in procedure was simple and the stay was very homely. The close proximity to Sunway Pyramid and also nearby walking distance to 7-11 store, restaurants, fast food, etc. made it very convenient for me and my family. Yolin also accommodated special requests such as extending our stay because we just loved the apartment so much. If it was possible, I would give more than 10 stars. I will definitely be staying at this residence in my future trips

The process of checking in and out went easily. Ms. Yolin provided thorough instructions on how to check in, which is really helpful and ensures that you receive a prompt response when you have questions. neat and orderly guesthouse. cozy sleeping environment. The restroom was spotless and odor-free.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. She responds to all my questions promptly. The unit is very clean (REALLY) and comes with all the basic necessities (towels, toiletries, blankets, extra mattress, etc.). The apartment has great facilities (pool and playground) which are very suitable for families with small children. Location-wise, it is near convenient marts and restaurants, Sunway Pyramid, and Sunway Lagoon (5-10 minutes drive). The security guards are helpful too. Totally recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a new facility that requires an access card for most areas. It might be a bit inconvenient if you are staying with several people who have different schedules. However, it is still manageable.

The apartment is located in a great place. 21st floor of a huge complex - but the place is neat and tidy.

It's spacious for 4 people, pretty clean and everything is prepared well.

There's cooking smells(like frying, oily smell) left in one of the rooms, I'm not sure it is from the previous customer or neighbour.

The location is very closed to supermarket and witihin walking distance to shops and eating places. The apartment comes with everything and plnety of space for the four of us. Very happy with our stay and the host is very pro-active and quick to respond when we need help.

Just that we didnt figure out houw's the dryer works. It's not a big deal as nearby has many laundry shop.

It was a my first trip using apartment, not hotel on my traveling abroad. The best point was that it was very comfortable than hotel like my apartment. I slept well and had no special inconveniences for period of traveling. The host was very kind and replied soon whenever I had any questions. Also, BRT which is a special transportation system in Subang is near thus it was easy to go to main areas of Subang.

We couldn't see local TV programs but it was no problem, because we could enjoy Youtube using Andorid TV.
