There seemed to be black ball on the ceiling in the bathroom and on one of the lamp shades next to one of the beds. Turning the heater on and the whole room smell like cigarettes for the rest of the night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Diana is awesome! Room was comfortable.

Room was clean and cozy for its value, breakfast was complimentary 6-10 am, a great range. Gym was open 24 hours, room was clean and quiet, and service was available and helpful. The shower was big and the bed was comfortable!

There was no elevator that I found, which was slightly annoying.

The hotel shows its age. The bed & bedding were comfortable. The room HVAC didn't work very well. The water pressure was good in the shower. It was walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast was good, but limited.

There was no elevator to the 2nd floor. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working.

No Elevators , bed were what the kids called lumpy and bumpy. the air condition sounded like it had gerbals on a hamster wheel in it. not a comfortable night at all.

Our overall experience was wonderful. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was well worth the stay.

The only bad thing we could say is the shower and bathtub faucet did not work properly. The water just trickled out. It was really hard to bathe, but that is about the only thing we could fault.

Convenient to get there from the airport.

Bugs on the walls and bed. Breakfast not good. No coffee available, they were unconcerned and rude about that.

Location , quiet and near by places to eat. Walking distance of nearby areas. Felt like a safe location.

Construction and the room did not have hot water. Sewer smells kept filling the room which made us gag.

Bien équipé, très calme et en retrait de la route, gauffres au petit déjeuner

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour la douche le soir à 20h puis le matin à 9h00, nous l'avons signalé mais aucun geste fait ni ristourne pour le désagrément.

Nothing to complain about for this place. It's an excellent value for money. The hotel and the rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast had good options. It was a last minute booking cause our intended hotel managed to overbook itself and didn't have any available rooms. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of Quality Inn hotels. Will be staying at more of them in the future.

We stayed on two separate occasions, the first in the separate building, everything perfect except the smell of the carpet in the hallway. Second time the mattress was uncomfortable, so didn't have the best night sleep, i think it was room 111

Great location, huge clean room with coffee making. Complimentary hot breakfast with plenty of choice.
