Posizione, 3 bagni, pulizia e sicurezza.

Qualche formica e insetto.. normale a Flic en Flac però se si curasse di più questo aspetto sarebbe perfetta come sistemazione.

Le calme, la tranquillité, c'était sécurisé, et très proche de la plage et Carrefour, restaurants... Les serviettes, draps, couvertures propres il y en avait de quoi,la vaisselle aussi, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. Appartement avec 3 chambres, 3 toilettes, et une salle de bain dans chaque chambres,

Pas d'internet à notre arrivée, mais le propriétaire très réactif, et à fait le nécessaire , les climatiseurs ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres petit détail à rétablir surtout en été mais ils ne faisaient pas chaud pendant notre séjour.. Sinon on a apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement .

The only two good things about the property were the location and the beds.

Almost everything we didn’t like. All that was listed was present yet disfunctioning, poorly mended and the living filled with small flies, many red ants in all bathrooms and kitchen, and one of the cheap converters blew up my son’s iPhone. The washing machine was present, yet such bad smell it would leave clothes worse off after a wash than before. Airconditioning not functioning. All is very cheap indeed and photos are deceiving.

L'appartamento è spazioso ed in una buona posizione ed era abbastanza pulito. Al piano terra c'è la cucina a vista, il salotto ed un piccolo bagno con solo il water. Al primo piano c'è una camera ed un bagno completo. Al secondo piano ci sono due camere ed un bagno completo. Le docce sono molto grandi e l'acqua esce bene. L'aria condizionata c'è solamente al primo ed al secondo piano, mentre al piano terra c'è un ventilatore. Il proprietario è stato disponibile a farci lasciare le valige oltre l'orario del check out.

Il wifi funziona bene ma solo al piano terra ed al primo piano. Ci sono alcuni dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati: alcuni muri sono un po' scrostati forse a causa dell'umidità; mancano degli appendini a muro per appendere ad esempio gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia. Lo stendino era rotto e non c'erano mollette.

Am abend vor dem app. zu sitzen war entspannend. Der kurze weg zum wohl schönsten strand den wir besucht haben.

Die sauberkeit wird hier nicht grossgeschrieben. Bei ankunft nur schlüsselübergabe, keine erklärung bzw. unterweisung. Das öffnen des tores lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim ersten mal duschen nur kaltes wasser, gas aus, normal?? Ist uns sonst nirgends passiert. Stiege in den ersten stock schmal und ums eck, mit den koffern kein vergnügen. Man ist hinter mauern und gesichert mit draht der unter strom steht!

ein großartiges preis-leistungsverhältnis für ein Apartment dieser größe mit Pool, Parkplatz und 24/7 person am einlass in guter lage. manches Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde mit besserer Pflege bestimmt vielleicht länger schöner aussehen. aber die Betten waren sauber und bequem. die AC in den Schlafzimmern hat die Räume gut und schnell gekühlt. Auch die Lautstärke war nachts okay und das Teil pustete einen im bett nicht unangenehm an. der Ventilator im Wohnzimmer war etwas geräuschintensiv und ohne war es in der unteren Etage gut warm, aber erträglich. Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank wirkten recht neu. ein toller Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe!

Mehr ein Feedback/info, als eine kritik: der wasserkocher funktioniert nicht. er leuchtete, aber das wasser wurde nie heiß. und zu der Kaffeemaschine fanden wir nirgends eine kanne🤷

Superb location - very close to the beach and also to everything else in Flic en Flac (which is one of the best Mauritian towns in its own right). A great villa that could easy accomodate 4 or even 6 people and is even better for a couple :-). In fact, the master bedroom is bigger than most hotel rooms. The swimming pool (shared with other villas) is small but nice. No shortage of private parking places. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Great VFM.

There's no AC in the living room, just the fan, so in the hot evenings you may feel a bit confined to the bedroom. However, as written above, the bedrooms are big enough.

Très spacieux et très agréable, au calme. À deux pas de la plage À côté des restaurants et propre du supermarché. Merci pour votre amabilité .

2 floor beautiful apartment. Clean pool.Quiet neighborhood. Around the corner the beach. Nearby the store.

Uzavřený komplex 14 apartmánů s bazénem a ostrahou, k moři cca 150m zkratkou za ubytováním, krásná dlouhá pláž s dostatkem stromů pro stín, skvělé restaurace a stánky s občerstvením u pobřežní cesty, nedaleko obchod Carrefour, perfektní místo pro výlety po ostrově, chce to nejméně 14 dní na prozkoumání

Spacieux et bien placé par rapport a la mer et pas loin des commerces . Transport aéroport parfais et très bonne communication !

Satisfait dans l'ensemble. Juste dommage qu'il n'y pas la télévision (connexion internet uniquement) donc , que tu youtube si pas d'abonnement ) Matelas pas au top (un peu mal au dos)

Le logement est grand et confortable et bien situé

Joli appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. Confortable et très bien équipé, ce logement possède 3 chambres (sur 2 niveaux), 2 sdb et 3 WC. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs, merci pour les petites attentions à l'arrivée (eau minerale et jus de fruit). Bien placé à 2mn à pieds de la plage et derrière la rue des restaurants, 10mn à pieds du supermarché.

Des travaux en cours dans la résidence ce qui rend l'environnement bruyant la journée, et coupure d'eau le 1er jour (propriétaire qui s'est déplacé tout de suite pour vérifier, coupure générale dans la résidence) à prendre en compte.

Very comfortable with all facilities. Host Kershley was very understanding and supportive. Car park was very helpful and right in front of apartment.

Rooms were on separate floors. No ocean view. Location was slightly difficult to find.

The Villa is in a great location, close to the beach and all the amenities. The size of the Villa was good and the bed was huge and very comfortable. There is an electric gate to get into the resort area and staff on the gate so it felt very safe and secure. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions I asked. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked really well. It was in a quiet area so no noise in the evenings. I would definitely recommend as it was a lovely Villa at an excellent price

We couldn’t get hot water for the shower one of the days but it was only a minor thing as it was a hot day

1 villa opposite was being refurbished so a lot of building noise.
