Soma Bay - Luxury Penthouses with Panoramic Sea Views, Free Pool and Beach Access

The property was clean modern and very well maintained. The view was scenic and the terrace was large with enough space tit everyone. The snorkeling site close to the unit was breathtaking.

You need to climb few stairs, if you have someone with limited mobility, that would be hard but it was okay for us. Soma Bay as a love action is far from Hurghada, restaurants on site were disappointing and expensive, we tried three different cousines; Baladina (oriental) and Thomas (Italian) were very poor, the burger option was okay.

"I stayed 2 nights as a solo traveler in a one-bedroom apartment at Soma Bay ARC. Check-in was seamless following a WhatsApp conversation with the host, MiDo. He sent over the security checkpoint access confirmation as well as entry details for Kaktus Beach, which is just a quick 5-minute drive from the property. Upon arrival, the housekeeper was waiting in front of the apartment with the keys and provided all the essential details along with the Wi-Fi password. The apartment itself was spotless, featuring high-quality finishes and top-tier amenities. All the appliances were in like-new condition, with even the main kitchen tools, which added immense convenience to the stay. The living area is centered around a huge smart TV, perfect for winding down. The layout includes two efficient AC units—one in the master bedroom with its attached en-suite bathroom, and another in the main living space to keep the entire place perfectly cool. The highlight of the apartment, without a doubt, is the breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the sea and the jetty right in front of the building. Sitting out and enjoying that view made the trip unforgettable. I had a wonderful, hassle-free stay and would definitely love to return!"

Very difficult to deal with the host! I had to ask several times for qr codes and basic information such as beach access! When you are on vacation you dont want to spend your time texting back and forth that should be provided without asking!

So comfortable, well furnished chalet. Very nice view. Nice pool and beach. You feel that you are truly happy and enjoying every thing. The owner and operators are keen to keep you amused and comfortable.

Very good location and view, big enough for 4 or 5 pax , very helpful staff, good internet and nice furniture and ACs.

It was not clean enough to value of money we have paid, it has two toilets but one of them ( the master room ) has no hot water. There was some hair in the floor too. Some expired food was in the refrigerator.

Views, heated pool, surroundings and environment. Paid extra for breakfast service and golf cart. Food was delicious and the golf cart made our experience so much more fun. Both at very reasonable prices.

We had a fantastic stay in this great apartment, very spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The sea views from the 2 terraces are incredible.

Great apartment overlooking a golf course. Large balcony to relax on with a pool table. Good communication from the host. Easy to organise transfers to and from Hurghada or Safaga. Plenty of useful items in the apartment such as washing up liquid and toiletries. The G-Ride app is essential for getting around Soma Bay to get to restaurants, the supermarket and the beach, unless you hire your own golf cart or are happy to walk a couple of kilometres along the coast path.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment in Soma Bay. Everything was flawless—from the beautiful accommodations to the smooth check-in and all the little details. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished.

The location was very far from the restaurants in the Marina area, and the G carts were not always easy to book.

My stay at SomaBay was wonderful. The apartment looked even better in person than in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Midu, the host, was fantastic, super helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked into this penthouse, it was something very special. The space is beautiful, ultra‑modern design, super clean, and spacious, even with six of us we always had our own space. The panoramic sea & golf‐course views and watching sunset from the balcony over calm, turquoise waters is something we’ll never forget. The beds are rsuper comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, you’ll find smeg appliances, even little touches like plenty of wall chargers & adapters. We cooked a few meals and it felt like home. We had free access to a gorgeous sandy beach, and the nearby facilities (gym, spa, restaurants at extra cost) are first class. The location is perfect if you want peace, but still be close enough to dive, snorkel, shop, or eat. If you want luxury, space, views, comfort, and excellent service all in one place then this is it. We will absolutely be back!

I had an amazing stay at Mr. Midu’s unit in Soma Breeze. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very stylish design that made it feel like home. The beach access was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Mr. Midu was exceptionally attentive and responsive throughout, always making sure everything went smoothly. I also rented the golf cart from him, which made getting around Soma very convenient. Although we didn’t use them, it was great to know that housekeeping and cooking services were available at an extra charge. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back again. Somabay is truly the place to be, and this unit made the experience even better!

This penthouse was absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and clean, with the most breath-taking sea and golf course views I have ever seen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, better than any hotel we’ve stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony with the pool table was our favourite spot to relax. The host was very kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to checkout. We loved the peaceful location and the beach access. We rented a golf car and utilised the private maid and private chef services which was very reasonably priced. We also got a day pass to the local gym and trained with Ibrahim, who is an amazing personal trainer and holds many records in Egypt. A truly unforgettable stay — we’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and convenient access to nearby attractions. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view – waking up to the serene beauty of S. Cape Beach in Somabay each morning felt like a dream. The sunsets over the water were truly unforgettable – every moment was like a scene from a postcard. A very special thank you to our amazing host, Midu, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, sharing great local tips and ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This has truly been one of our best vacation experiences ever, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen (especially the coffee maker) to a super comfortable bed, a massive TV, a pool table and fast Wi-Fi. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made my stay truly enjoyable. Soma Bay is a stunning coastal resort renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and luxurious amenities. We often like to spend our vacations in a hotel in Soma Bay because we love the area. During our recent stay, we decided to extend our trip by one more night, so we booked this apartment as it was much cheaper than staying in the hotel. I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was very spacious, immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished with brand new furniture and a well-equipped kitchen, offering all the conveniences one could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also loved the pool table on the terrace. The location of the apartment was fantastic, with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. Additionally, we had free access to the “S.CAPE” beach and the heated swimming pool downstairs, which was a wonderful bonus, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and water activities. Our host, Midu, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He also offered us a transfer to the airport with an SUV for a very affordable price, which we accepted. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Soma Bay. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot wait to come back! and we will not book a hotel this time we will book this amazing apartment😍.

Nice view and good equipped apartment. Attracive discounts for restaurants and activities during the stay for soma breeze guests. Suggest to use the offer to go to supermarket on the way to apartment and to buy food for minimum one week.

Everything was perfect.

I have visited the red sea many times and this is the best place we have stayed. The views are unbelievable and the balcony is a perfect place for family and friends to relax and enjoy 😍 Apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Swimming pool was heated and the snorkeling location was very close by as well and the marina. We will definitely stay here again.

Why did I not book it for longer 😁

It is exactly like the pictures, perfect! Beautiful, cozy and the vibes in the house were great! We stayed in the balcony most of the time when we were in the house, the view was amazing and the pool table was a plus for sure! The whole family enjoyed the stay 😍😍😍 This is the place I will stay whenever I go to Soma again ❤️

The view of the room is great, with a view of the golf course and the sea. The room is very new, bright and spacious, and it is also very close to Soma Bay. The kitchen supplies are very complete and suitable for long-term living.

The room is on the second floor and there is no elevator upstairs. Our luggage is heavy and inconvenient. In addition, the room lacks some basic facilities such as shampoo, shower gel, etc

This apartment is one of the best in Soma Bay. It is very spacious, modern, clean, well decorated and has amazing panoramic sea views overlooking the best golf courses in the bay. The small details like comfortable mattresses and having chargers next to the beds were great. Also, the outdoor swimming pool is heated so can be used anytime of year. Soma bay is a fantastic location with loads to do and explore - we spent most of our time at the pier which has the best snorkeling location in Soma and is only 5 mins away from the apartment. I recommend hiring a golf car for your time here so you can get around easily, make the most of the Bay and explore the area as there are many activities for couples and families. Highly recommend, would definitely visit again.

This was my first time in Soma and my experience was absolutely amazing - One of the best holidays we've had by far. Firstly the apartment was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, well designed, modern and has an unbelievable sea and golf view. We had great fun playing billiards on the balcony. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the best snorkelling location in Soma Bay, only a few mins away from the Marina by golf car (it is also walking distance but would not recommend walking in July because of the heat). Secondly Soma Bay is a fantastic location, with the most amazing sandy beaches I have seen. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to truly explore the area as we got to visit many hotel beaches, use the infinity pool, and do activities like Go Karting, Horse Riding and Snorkelling. I will definitely be visiting again.
