I love the beauty of the home and how amazingly accommodating the host, Patrick, is. He is very easy to talk to and makes you feel completely welcome and comfortable. Everything is so comfortable and clean, and all my needs were met. Anything I needed, he explained perfectly and with great patience. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcomed throughout.

Patrick was a fantastic host. The house is lovely, clean and well located close to the town centre and wedding venue I attended in Boyne Hill house. Patrick was so kind to even give me a lift to the wedding venue after I checked in and changed in my room. Absolutely would recommend anyone stay here.

My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and had an ensuite shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. The host, Patrick, was very friendly, chatty, kind and helpful. I was satisfied with my stay here as it offered very good value for money and the location suited my needs as I had a rental car, though there is a bus stop within a short walk, and a shopping centre up the road. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can make a hot drink in the kitchen. Quiet accommodation.

Beautiful well appointed property. Lovely well kept rooms, great bathrooms. Clean, spacious, really comfy bed, quiet - perfect for a long or short stay - the fact that I would return says it all. The owner is a fantastic host and super helpful - more than I’ve ever experienced- I really couldn’t ask for more. I’ve had a super time.

The person's Townhouse was very clean, and modern. And relatively quiet. And in an upscale neighborhood.

Owner, individual at the property was rather insulting to me as an American visitor. The only reason why I state this is so no other visitor starts his holiday by have to dismiss insults.

If you need quiet and comfortable stay, this is a great place close to the bus stop, shopping centre and 5 minutes drive to Navan. The owner is a great person, helpful and friendly. Recommend.

The rooms are lovely and clean. The house owner, Patrick, is a very kind and helpful person. Twice, he even drove me around town in his car without asking for any payment. I had no negative experiences at all. I highly recommend this house!

Great location next to a venue where my friend had a wedding! Patrick is a lovely host and was very friendly! The room and bathroom were clean and tidy!

Patrick is a fine host and everything was very comfortable, clean, and in good order at his place. The location is good for a visit to the amazing Newgrange site and it is not far from Dublin airport. A bus to Dublin leaves from nearby.

Tv was noisy for a while in the evening.

The location was perfect for me. I had to catch a flight the next day, and the property was located within easy reach of the airport. My host gave me excellent directions, which helped a lot as I had a rental car to fill up with petrol and drop off at the airport. It all worked perfectly as per the instructions I was given.

The host patrick was a excellent host. Gave me a lift to the venue. His home is spotless.

4 Cois Glaisin View is effectively a number of rooms in a private house on a modern housing estate. The room was clean and comfortable and location peaceful. Staying here is really only for those with a car who are either exploring sites in the local area or need a relatively cheap nights stay within a reasonable distance of Dublin Airport (35-40 mins). There are limited shops or restaurants without going into the centre of Navan which is about 3km away.

I had a very pleasant stay in this comfortable house. The bedroom was cozy and perfect for resting after work. What really stood out was the kindness of the host, who went out of their way to help me—including giving me a lift to work. I truly appreciated the warm and accommodating atmosphere. Do not stay here! This man is not fit for hosting. My employee didn’t even get through the door. We have paid for a stay we didn’t even see past the front door. Disgraceful!

Superb Host even picked me up from the bus stop on the way into Navan. I took a bus from Dublin Airport to Navan, which is by far the cheapest way to get into the area. Taxi's are prohibitive price wise. Patrick was in constant communication with me both before my trip and when I was making my way up from the airport. For the price the room which was ensuite was very comfortable. I would definitely use this place again.

The location is perfect and close to town centre which was ideal for me

The host was so nice and dropped me to the hotel where the function I was attending was being held. Next morning Patrick offered me juice and coffee and we sat and had a chat before I headed home. Would definitely recommend it in a very quiet area just a short distance from the town.

Clean, warm, safe and in an excellent location right next to new SuperValu and other amenities. Can’t say enough about the host Patrick, so accommodating and no detail to make the stay more comfortable was overlooked. Highly recommend for anyone travelling for business around Dublin and general commuter belt area.

The property was advertised as room only. We were expecting that there would be no breakfast. The host surprised us with complementary coffee and Danish pastries before we checked out :)

Host Patrick a genuine gentleman, well travelled and accommodating of my several special requests. Decent breakfast served at no extra cost. Bed super comfy and modern shower with hot water on demand (not always the case in world's no.2 GDP rating country!), with good pressure. Room spotlessly clean, ample parking outside the property. Definitely recommended!

Patrick met me on arrival, showed me to my room and gave me directions for a local pub/restaurant. The location is very handy to the motorway and the B&B is a modern house in a lovely area. Great value . I would definitely stay again if down that way.
