Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our family. The apartment was warm, cosy and comfortable, and the host was great with communication throughout our stay. We really appreciated being able to arrange an early check-in once the cleaners had finished, which was very helpful and made our arrival much easier.
The only downside was that although the apartment is advertised as accommodating up to 8 guests, there weren't enough cups, spoons and some other basic kitchen items for a full group of that size. It would be great if these could be increased to match the advertised capacity.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Lovely house with everything you need for a comfy stay. Spacious, two bathrooms and a separate toilet, well-stocked kitchen, clean, quiet and perfect for a family or group. Nice pubs nearby. We tried The Keg - great food and live music.
The only thing I can think of is that it's about 20 minutes from Hamilton centre. We preferred this as the centre seems to be very busy and congested, but if you want to be in the centre, this might be a bit far out for you.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The house was lovely. Plenty of sun to warm it up during the day and a very cosy heat pump for cooler evenings and early mornings.
No clothes dryer and the clothesline was on the wrong side of the house as it got sun first thing in the morning but then nothing. No breeze to help dry the clothes either.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026The house is very well appointed and clean. We travelled as a party of 7 (kids, parents, grandparents) and we all quickly settled in with plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen had everything you need to cook "at home" so we weren't pushed to go buy takeout (again).
It's not close to the centre of town, but it is close to shops if you have a car.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Haus etwas außerhalb von Zentrum der Stadt liegt. Wenn man aber Auto hat, ist das kein Problem

The only area for improvement we noted was the soundproofing. We could hear quite a bit of noise from other areas/units.

Street parking was a bit tight with the house located in a busy street. And some of the supplies were a little low. All very minor issues that are easily resolved 😊

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025The location is excellent, being close to the stadium, mall, and nearby shops. The property has four rooms, which gave us the privacy we needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cooking facilities, and even some basic condiments, which was very convenient. The living and dining areas are spacious, making it comfortable for our group. It was perfect for attending a sports tournament — we could rest after each game, enjoy a quiet night’s sleep, and be well-prepared for early matches the next day. The owner was very accommodating — although we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, we were kindly allowed in as soon as the property was ready. The cleaner was also trustworthy; we had accidentally left some items behind, and she went out of her way to return them to us, which we greatly appreciated. This isn’t a major issue, but we were only provided with one towel each for the entire stay. Personally, I prefer firm pillows, and the ones available were a little too soft for me. An air freshener would also be a nice addition, as when we first arrived, there was a faint odour in the kitchen, sort of rotten with a strong smell of vinegar, likely left behind by the previous guests since we checked in a little early. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the property worked perfectly for our needs.

They've done a great job at having everything you need for a great stay, with nice coffee, yummy shortbread showering&cleaning stuff. The kitchen is well thought out had everything you need to make meals including a slow cooker, blender&afew other electric appliances. Check in was simple, Tv was super easy to use, Great shower Good pressure. Lovely sleep in the master bedroom the bed was comfy as,it was a lovely Quiet street with kids playing & the Best thing the Rototuna shopping centre is just down the road. Which has everything you would need from groceries to cheesecake shop&fast food shops. Absolutely loved the house had a great stay felt so comfortable plus clean warm& the shower & bed were great which are my main things for me. Definitely recommend staying here & will stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay A+
