I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rooftop apartment! Before my arrival, Dr. Amro and Islam reached out to provide all the information I needed for check-in and my stay. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning, and they remained responsive and attentive throughout my stay, checking in consistently to make sure I had everything I needed. Their excellent communication and genuine hospitality made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a peaceful little escape. The studio was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was well-equipped, and every detail showed how much care had gone into making guests feel at home. The rooftop outdoor area was definitely the highlight—it was the perfect cozy place to enjoy a morning coffee and unwind in the evening, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The location is fantastic, situated in a peaceful gated community with multiple swimming pools, sports courts, parks, a market, a restaurant, and plenty of other amenities. It's also conveniently close to shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, and just about anything else you might need, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and exploring the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this rooftop apartment to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, comfortable, and memorable place to stay. Отдыхали в апартаментах в Эль-Катамее и остались очень довольны! Квартира очень большая, просторная и полностью укомплектована для комфортного проживания. Вся мебель и бытовая техника в отоичном состоянии. Планировка отличная: три спальни и два санузла, центральная комната совмещена с кухней. Идеальная чистота в комнатах покорила нас с первых минут, за это отдельное спасибо. Для удобства гостей есть стабильный Wi-Fi и каналы на русском языке. Кухня хорошо оборудована для готовки, есть вся необходимая посуда и приборы. Доктор Amro - хозяин квартиры позаботился обо всем: оставил полезные заметки о том, как вызвать такси и заказать доставку еды, для вопросов и уточнений всегда остается на связи. Сама территория жилого комплекса заслуживает высшей оценки. Она невероятно ухоженная, зеленая и чистая. Здесь много бассейнов и искусственных водоемов. За ними тщательно ухаживают, а у воды всегда дежурят спасатели, что гарантирует безопасность. Также на территории есть магазин, кафе, футбольное поле и теннисный корт, которыми можно пользоваться бесплатно. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

The host was extremely responsive and helpful, he went to great lengths to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The compound was very secure, we felt safe and without any worries. The facilities were wonderful, and very family friendly. We used the pool daily, and there were lifeguards present which also made us feel safe and relaxed. There were tables, chairs, and umbrellas available poolside, which was also a big plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very functional for our family. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculate, there were plenty of towels, and the towels/linens were high quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, especially after a hot day in the desert. We utilized the kitchen and the washing machine, and were very happy with all the features of the property. The host informed us about a delivery app which we utilized frequently, and it was very useful! Would highly recommend to stay, it was a flawless experience and perfect for our family!

Er was een watertappunt in het huisje.

Nou daar komt ie: De zwembaden (pools) waar zo op geadverteerd wordt, zijn pas open vanaf juni. Wij gingen in meivakantie, stond niet in de beschrijving van booking en eigenaar hield dat bewust voor ons achter. Eigenaar weigert geld terug te geven en booking geeft een compensatie van 200 euro en dat was het. Verder de Hygiëne is erg slecht. De vieze sokken van de vorige eigenaar lagen er nog. Er is naar 1 pan om te koken. In eerste instantie geen bestek die ze later zijn gaan brengen. Het is heel gehorig, je hoort de buren en het bouwen over residence. Er is een soort van restaurant bij de accommodatie maar daar wil je niet zitten, zeker niet met kinderen Op een hughe scherm worden de meest heftige films gedraaid met een volume dat je elkaar nauwelijks kunt verstaan. Kortom, wij zijn na drie dagen weer vertrokken. Wij snappen de term luxury echt niet! Ik raad iedereen af om hier naartoe te gaan.

The owner was incredibly helpful, sharing tips and organising a driver for us. Lovely apartment, away from the noisy city. 30 mins to most attractions, Uber costs about £4 to most attractions. For busier days get a diver. You can order food to the apartment or eat locally.

This is not a complaint but worth noting. The pools are lovely but only open during the summer months. This is typical in Cairo. We visited in February and even local health clubs had pools that were closed for winter maintenance.

We loved Dr. Amer. Safety goes beyond physical locks or apps; it's a deep-seated feeling of security, comfort, and trust and this is exactly how we felt toward Dr.Amer and his apartment -allowing you to genuinely relax and connect with your journey as two females traveling solo ( I and my daughter) .

This was a great place to stay!! The host was so kind! I would absolutely stay here again!

Do not let this deter you, but it might not be as close to the sites as you think. It’s not that far, but a lot of what you see online is right to the pyramids with a view.

Super spacious property, three large bedrooms, plenty of towels, and extremely responsive and helpful host. Very peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

A little far from downtown Cairo and Giza, and new residential area so not much located nearby.

The stay was very clean, in a prime location The host was super friendly and supportive, he made all processes like checkin, checkout, finding the stay, etc hassle free. Highly recommend the stay!!

Excellent location, great host, Amr is very organized.

Dr Amr was so welcoming and the apartment was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. There were lots of blankets and pillows available. And Dr Amr even helped with his Talabat account so we order food. The clubhouse restaurant had a great menus to choose from. Also Festival City Mall is so close by to grab food from on the way back. Overall, it was a lovely experience with my mum and Daughter and we made beautiful memories in Egypt.

Facilities were clean. The host helped us with literally everything. He helped us arrive to the residence, he arranged all tours and everything else that we asked, answered all of our questions and was checking on us daily. Dr Amr is the best host I ever had. 11/10 recommendation for him and his property. I will definitely come back!

بكل أمانة، الشقة من أروع الأماكن اللي سكنت فيها. نظافة ما شاء الله تبارك الله، وراحة غير طبيعية، وكل تفاصيلها مرتبة بطريقة تبين ذوق عالي واهتمام كبير. فعلاً شقة تُرفع لها القبعة و ما أبالغ لو قلت إن شقتك نموذج للمكان المثالي ، نظيفة، مريحة، هادئة، وكل شيء فيها محسوب ومتقن. فعلاً تستاهل كل كلمة مدح ،( من المستحيل أوصف الشقة في كلمات لأنها فوق الوصف للأمانة )

Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Un immense merci à Dr Amr, notre hôte, pour son accueil chaleureux et son incroyable disponibilité. Il a été présent 24h/24, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins et à s’assurer que tout se passe au mieux. Grâce à lui, nous n’avons manqué de rien du début à la fin de notre séjour. L'hôte était très agréable et c'était facile de communiquer avec lui. De précieux conseils et très disponible. Le logement était très agréable, propre et confortable.

L'adresse exacte du logement n'a pas été communiquée au chauffeur de taxi mandaté par Booking. Nous avons donc perdu beaucoup de temps et cela a généré un stress inutile.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Kairo in einer überwachten Anlage. Sie verfügt über ausreichend Platz und ist sehr modisch eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist gut aufeinander abgestimmt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Außenanlage in dem Wohnkomplex verfügt über mehrere kleine Pools, die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind.

The property was safe and in a great location. Doc Amro went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. He went out of his way to help us organise tours and transfers. The apartment was like a home away from home, it had everything we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The host, Dr Amro, was super attentive, was available by chat all the time and helped us with tourist attractions, being able to download an app that delivered food and groceries right to the apartment, advised us daily which pools were open and much more. The compound was amazing. Our children barely wanted to leave. There are many pools to choose from, a park, a basketball court and a tennis court, nearby restaurant and mini Market. Uber comes right to your doorstep which was also super helpful.

The pools didn't have signs so sometimes hard to fund but between host's directions and Google maps, we found them. Host offered many times to send his assistant to check on us.

Dr. Amr is an exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful host! He stayed in regular contact with me to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything – always attentive and caring. The apartment is beautifully furnished with high-quality, handmade furniture and very comfortable mattresses. It’s spacious, well laid out, and can easily accommodate several people. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is excellent and easy to reach. The compound places a high value on safety. It’s located in an elite area with a very friendly and respectful neighborhood. There are also wonderful shared facilities, like a kids’ area and a swimming pool – perfect for families. No matter how much I write here, it still wouldn’t be enough to express how amazing the experience was. Truly outstanding – highly recommended!

Due to a situation outwith the owners control, the pool was not available. In the end, this led to a cancellation of the booking. We are waiting on Booking to issue a refund. Doc Amro provided for everything during our alternate stay. All the taxi transfers, fantastic guided visits to the pyramids, Great Egyptian Museum, Hanging church and Mosque of Muhammad Ali. All fantastic. I cannot rate Doc Amro highly enough and look forward to being able to stay on my next visit to Cairo.

New Cairo is a developing are and once ready roads will be better lit and signposted.

Our host was incredibly helpful, always concerned about our wellbeing. He messaged us via WhatsApp and was very attentive throughout our stay. The compley is very safe and beautiful, we were able to enjoy some time at the pool, which is only a few meters from the apartment. The apartment was clean, big and very confortable. The beds were also really confortable and we were able to have a good night sleep after all of our turisting around. We were afraid that Ubers would not find the apartment, but that was not the case. Everything worked out perfectly.

The house is still not 100% finished. The elevator and electricity from the stairwell still do not work, but it seems like this will be fixed soon. Also one of the balconies of the house still had construction material.

The apartment is way more spacious than it looks in the photos, doc Amro is an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent time. The compound has a nice restaurant and good swimming pool. It's a bit outside the city centre but uber is cheap so that balances out. Me and my family couldn't be happier with our experience in this accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and well kitted out. The children’s playground was excellent, it was a very safe compound. There are some superb shopping malls about 20 mins drive away and transport is very reasonable and can be arranged by the host.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely gated complex in New Cairo. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with family, this is perfect. There are lovely pools, a supermarket, and a restaurant where you can order freshly prepared meals throughout the day. We were here during the Christmas season and it was really beautiful. The best thing about this property is the host! Nothing was too much trouble. You just had to ask, and it was done. Great communication even before arrival and during our stay. We also really appreciated the little welcome touches - a Christmas tree with presents, tea/coffee, and biscuits on arrival, etc. You will be well looked after by Doc Amr and he made our first visit to Cairo a memorable one. Amazing apartment full of decorations, really felt like home , everything there shampoo , shower gel , paper towels and even towel there if needed you can ask the host to use them ( if you need extra ) responsetive host , amazing and always available, I will highly recommend this amazing apartment with all essentials you need really it's super amazing and I recommend this to ve your vacation home in 🇪🇬 to enjoy exploring Egypt and the kids at night can play in the gardens and kids area safely with the security everywhere

Far from center but uber is cheap

We had booked another place, but something went wrong and we ended up having to find a place at very short notice. Amroo managed to get everything sorted and organized in less than 2 hours and was an amazing host during our whole stay. Doing simultaneous translations on the phone when we had problems communicating and getting in touch with our taxi driver when our phones did not connect . He made our stay very easy and yet flexible, calling us at 2 am to make sure we were on our way to the airport and didn’t have a last minute problem! I cannot recommend this place enough ! Thank you so much for helping us around Amroo!

Very spacious and comfortable, the pool is a great place to refresh after the heat in the bazaar or the pyramids and the lively restaurant with a big lawn and screen showing soccer matches a nice place to mingle and drink delicious fresh juices at sundown

Our host was very helpful in every aspect from guiding to get to the place to suggesting convenient stores and places around. He was also very thoughtful, ensuring everything was okay or we needed anything. The apartment is well located, close to malls and activities in new Cairo.

I really like the location. And so did my kids. It was comfortable and and the area around the apartment is perfect and beautiful.

There’s no internet but that can be remedied.
