The house are very spacious and clean. You can bring your big family for holiday since it's provide 4 bedrooms 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. All in Acs plus the owner also given free Netflix acc to enjoy. If you want to cook, they already prepared all the tools including ricecooker and pans so you just came with groceries only lah. It's all prepared and you just came, sit and sleep. Don't worry if your forget to bring shower necessity they also provide one and towels. Highly recommend!

There are some stain on bed sheets on one of those rooms and I saw some ants keep coming in and out from backyards well yeah the nature things happen what to do. Maybe in future owner can cements or put a grass carpet maybe to prevent those ants.

Nice decorated homestay which is spacious.

1. A few things spoiled and need to be repaired and i have highlighted to host personally via WhatsApp. 2. The cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom need to be improved.

Thing I like would be the sitting room which is spacious and the design which have aesthetic plant pots and hung up items on wall are nice to see. The host was on time during check-in and was nice.

The place was kind of dusty and seems like nobody was staying there for a long time. When we opened up the fridge for the first time, there were insects flying out due to spoiled condensed milk inside it and we had to clean it up including the toilet too, which had leftover human's waste sticking to the seat of the toilet bowl. Furthermore, with that it seems they still want to have the "cleaning fee" when their cleanliness is not well maintained enough. During the booking, it specifically says that cleaning fee will be refunded during checkout but it seems like the hosts were also unsure of the process and it was promised to have the deposit back in cash as per agreed with the host but at the end of the day, during checkout, they mentioned it was for cleaning fees. If we had knew, we wouldn't be so kind hearted to actually help to empty the bin and throw the rubbishes or even help to tidy up the beds. Furthermore, there were no heaters for the showers and only 2 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning which was misleading during the booking.

The caretaker very friendly, the place is comfortable with the needed amenities available in the house,distance to the airport and city centre is very near. Highly recommended.
