Country House tra lago e mare a Sud di Roma

It is a real lovely 1950s italian home! The house is an authentic time travel into an epoch of tranquility and serenity! A wonderful garden with all sorts of fruit and trees older than most of us, it tells so many stories and lets your mind flow to a better place. The houses interior is almost a museum covered with ancient artifacts, musical instruments, authentic oil paintings and all sorts of other art. The host, Paolo, is an amazing musician and even better person. We had the pleasure to be invited to two of his concerts and spent a wonderful time listening to live music! Thank you for this excellent stay!

Wundervolles Landhaus nahe Rom. Sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Platz. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 7 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von einem professionellen Musiker ausgestattet hat das Haus viel Persönlichkeit und baut somit eine echte Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf. Hinten hat man eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und vorne kann man auch mit Zigarette und Bier vor der Tür verweilen.

Avec la chaleur impossible de dormir les fenêtres fermées, du coup sommeil court a cause des chiens qui aboient une partie de la nuit.

It's a house of a renowned Italian musician. I was completely charmed by the authentic atmosphere of his musical instruments, paintings and books. Besides, it's a huge interconnected space with plenty of dining, sleeping, and other places. Highly recommended for musical, artistic, scientific, medical, engineering, or financial intellighenzia:)

Casale immerso nel verde. Pace assoluta, barbecue a disposizione, tutto ottimo. Proprietario gentilissimo. Dimenticavo...acqua leggermente frizzante dai rubinetti!

Non ci sono negozi vicino quindi è preferibile organizzarsi bene.

A very nice stay. Authentic house and place, allowing to find our more about Italian lifestyle. There are music instruments in house, including the piano. Close to Rome, but outside, providing for a comfortable stay with a car as it is easy to park in front of Villa. Great support and advice from (also) English speaking Landlord, we felt safe and well informed, including invaluable advice on planning our one day excursions in the neigborhood.

La bellezza della casa si vede dalle foto. Vorrei qui fare una recensione di merito per il meraviglioso Host. Il sig. Paolo è il miglior proprietario che si possa trovare. C'è stato un problema improvviso che ha preceduto il nostro arrivo e l'host, seppur fuori sede, si è prodigato con grande dedizione per metterci nelle condizioni di soggiornare al meglio. Attenzione e gentilezza che abbiamo apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente per essere suoi ospiti.

פנים הבית מאובזר משנות ה 50 כמו חזרה בזמן שזה מגניב. הגינה הייתה מדהימה עם עצי פרי וגינת ירק.

הגעה רק אם רכב פרטי.

La casa è grande, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Perfetta per staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Siamo riusciti a godere l'uno dell'altra senza le distrazioni tecnologiche come la tv e il cellulare. Il padrone di casa è un appassionato di musica e all'interno ha vari strumenti musicali che puoi suonare

Purtroppo prima di noi c'era un gruppo e non hanno avuto tempo di pulire molto bene la casa

L'esperienza molto positiva. Un posto immenso nella natura. Il proprietario molto gentile e attento adirittura ci ha permesso di raccogliere gli ortaggi dal suo orto biologico.

Lovely country house. Homely feel. Paolo was a great host. Reaching out before and during our stay. Even had a friendly stray or neighbour dog that kept us company.

House too dim. Need more lamps.

Struttura accogliente, comunicazione ottima, molto spazioso e d'estate deve essere un posto magico in cui trascorrere serate all'aperto sotto il porticato pieno di glicine. Inoltre, julie, la cagnetta dei vicini, è amore pure, appena sente rientrare gli ospiti si presenta con la palla in bocca per giocare e per ricevere coccole.

È un pò distante dal centro di Roma e isolato.
