Luxury 2 bed Apartment Cherrywood Dublin 18

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer war zumindest am rechten Fenster sensationell, man konnte sogar das Meer sehen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber gewesen, sogar am Samstag wurden die Handtücher, Bettwäsche kostenfrei getauscht und der Boden gewischt. Wir würden aufgrund der wunderschönen Landschaft und Stadt gerne nochmal nach Irland reisen ;-)

Leider war eine Nutzung des Balkons tagsüber kaum möglich, da sich unmittelbar gegenüber des Gebäudes derzeit eine größere Baustelle befindet, auf der mehrere Häuser errichtet werden. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon mit Baustellenlärm verbunden. Zudem wurde der vorhandene Straßenlärm durch die baustellenbedingte Geräuschkulisse akustisch zusätzlich verstärkt. Darüber hinaus war in der Unterkunft keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Da wir auf eine günstige Kaffeemöglichkeit angewiesen waren (zwar vor Ort einen Coffeeshop vorhanden, aber pro Becher ab ca. einfach 4 € zu teuer), haben wir selbst eine Dolce-Gusto-Maschine gekauft und dort zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch bei den vorhandenen Küchengeräten, insbesondere dem Toaster und dem Wasserkocher, handelte es sich leider um sehr einfache und eher preisgünstige Modelle. Die Betten waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, solange man allein darin geschlafen hat. Sobald sich jedoch beide Personen im Bett befanden, kam es beim nächtlichen Drehen aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Matratzen (sind viel zu weich) häufig zu erheblichen Bewegungen, wodurch meine Frau wiederholt aufgewacht ist.

Location, proximity to Luas, car park, very spacious flat and access to the gym.

It would be more convenient if basic hygiene and toiletries were provided. However there is a Tesco downstairs that is accessible during the day.

C'est vraiment en dehors de la ville de Dublin, ce que je n'avais pas compris. Il a fallu chaque jour un temps de trajet pour se rendre en centre ville mais le tram étant en bas de l'appartement et les autoroutes vers les plus grands espaces juste à côté, tout était parfait finalement.

Pas les nécessaires de base (papier toilette, essuies-tout, savon vaisselle, balai, etc.

Property could be better maintained, eg the entry door from carpark to the building has missing glass which you could enter without using a fob.

New Property, Extremely clean , location was , it was cool & calm, accesseble from Tram line ( Green Line).

Earlier it was promised to provide complementary breakfast , thats why we booked this property for temporary stay otherwise we could have selected other property as well. anyways without breakfast, rate of property is bit high .

Άνετο μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα με τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις . Η τοποθεσίας πολύ καλή κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες και υπηρεσίες . Χρήση του υπόγειου χώρου Πάρκιγκ με έξτρα χρέωση 5€ κάθε 24ωρο , κάτι που βοήθησε πάρα πολύ για ότι είχα να κάνω στην πόλη και εκτός . Η Margaret είναι εξαιρετική και άμεσα βοηθητική σε ότι χρειάστηκε σχετικά με το διαμέρισμα και τις γύρω υπηρεσίες. Θα είναι το πρώτο μέρος που θα κοιτάξω όταν επανέλθω στο Δουβλίνο.

Μία μηχανή Nespresso θα ήταν πολύ καλή προσθήκη 😊

Time to city center takes about 45 minutes by Luas (tram). Connection to coast or mountains by public transport is not good. But if you have a car this is no issue. Therefore it is a quiet surrounding to relax. Only one restaurant is what we didn't really like. The kitchen in the apartment has everything you need.

Comfortable apartments in a new building, supermarket and tram stop nearby, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Margaret, she was always in touch and concerned about us. We had a problem with hot water but it was quickly resolved.

The pillows were not very comfortable, after using them the whole family's necks hurt a lot, but that's the only negative.

Cleanliness and appreciate cleaners general cleaning once a week.

Great location - right on the Luas line. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and the couch and beds were pretty comfy! Bath was great and we had a really great time - felt right at home!

I felt the property was over-priced, but so is most of Dublin!

This was a great apartment. 2 spacious bedrooms, a great living room with smart TV, free wi-fi, kitchen with utensils, very clean and quiet in the newly developing Cherrywood neighborhood. The hosts were easy to reach, helped us checking in. Cherrywood Luas stop is just across the building so it's very easy to go Dublin city center even if the apartment is far away from the city. Tesco express is around the corner.

It was a comfortable and spacious apartment and in our opinion better than staying in a hotel. Very convenient for public transport.

Absolutely spotless, the service was entirely seamless and facilities were flawless. The service I received from Margaret was beyond 5 star, I really look forward to returning.

although some people found this location is not so convenient, for me it's fine as i had rented a car. everything else is excellent.

The property was clean and secure. The tram ws right across from the building which made it convenient to go to the city. Overall great experience and the host were responsive and helpful. I will highly recommend this property.

One thing the host could improve on is to keep dishwasher and Washing machine detergent 1 each per day for the duration of the stay. Not a big deal but it would help the clients.

A nice, clean and roomy apartment to stay. We received a very friendly and warm welcome from Margaret upon arrival. She gave us a tour of the lobby, the gym and the sauna. With two bedrooms and bathrooms to our disposal all in all a very pleasant stay and great base for exploring Dublin.

We only prepared breakfast ourselves during our stay. Had we decided to prepare dinner then the amount of pans would not have sufficed, nor was there salt and pepper. Not eating in, this was a very minor issue for us.

Very nice apartment with all amenities at the doorstep. The location is very good, close to parks and shops. Going to the city is a breeze with the train station right beside the apartment building. The staff were pretty good.

Far away from Dublin city..55mins on the tram. No nightlife..pubs decent cafes and restaurants. Not enough cooking utensils and containers as we cooked most nights. Had to buy a whole box of laundry tabs as nothing supplied for washing clothes.

It was very clean and the luas was right outside. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

The apartment featured great amenities like a gym and sauna, enhancing the overall stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating four people. The balcony provided a pleasant outdoor space. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

There were cleaners that came into the property which was a surprise. They kept the place clean but a heads up would have been nice.
