Reviewed May 4, 2026Das Condo ist im B Gebäude des Amani Grand Resorts - 3. Stock (1. Stock = Erdgeschoß). Blick auf den Pool. Sonne vom Morgen bis frühen Nachmittag. Klimaanlage (AC, air condition) ist Inverter Type und leise.
Die Einrichtung ist das Billigste des Billigsten. Besonders das Bett ist so leicht, dass es jede Bewegung mitmacht und gegen die Wand klopft. Die Dusche sollte längst renoviert werden. Die Duschstange fällt bei der geringsten Berührung zu Boden und der Duschschlauch ist schon lange Zeit gebrochen. Die Gastgeberin weiß das - siehe Rezension von Massimo vom 26. Januar 2026 - lässt aber nichts richten. Ein Stück Draht oder Nagel ragt in der Dusche auch von der Wand heraus. Teile im Badezimmer sind bereits rostig. Internet Geschwindigkeit ist gut, aber der Smart-TV stockt immer wieder beim Schauen von Youtube. Die WIFI Box befindet sich direkt unter dem Kopfteil des Bettes, was auch nicht gerade gesund ist. Keine Steckdose und kein Nachtkästchen an der rechten Bettseite. Für das Einschalten des Kochfeldes mussten wir zuerst das Internet befragen, da dieses eine Kindersicherung hat und es keine Beschreibung gab. Für Vorhang und Store gibt es nur eine gemeinsame Stange, was keinen Sinn macht. Einige der Schränke sind für die Sachen der Besitzerin versperrt, aber auch in den anderen Kästen ist Zeugs verteilt. Alles in Allem viel zu teuer mit ca. 40 Euro pro Nacht - 20 bis 25 Euro wären angemessen.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The room was spacious and clean. It's in a big apartment building which even comes with a swimming pool. We just stayed there for one night because we had to catch a flight the next day. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was quiet and we could sleep well. Checkin and checkout worked well even though we never saw our host. But the contact with her was friendly. We would stay there again.
The bathroom smelled a bit too much like "air refresher" for our taste.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Cebu genutzt. Sie liegt nah am Flughafen und ist mit einem 15 Minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Es war alles sauber und die Leute hier sind super nett. Für uns hatte sie alles, was wir für den kurzen Aufenthalt brauchten.

Everything was almost perfect except for 3 things: The shower curtain was very unstable and dirty at the base. The shower hose needs replacing because the metal guard came loose. The bathroom faucet needs to be descaled because the water splashes out and it's impossible to use without getting everything wet.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026It was a great stay for us. The unit itself was so nice and clean. It’s good they have the couch. With towels provided and free coffee. Excellent price for a beautiful place to stay. Easy access to MCIA no need to rush just 5 mins away by taxi going to the airport.
The building B itself where the unit is located has no ramp, so you can just roll your luggage you have to carry your luggage to the reception. Unlike, buildings A & B there are ramp. How I wish they had on that building as well.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always happy to help and quick to fulfill any request. Cleaning was done whenever I needed it, which made the stay extra comfortable.

Place was spotless, very comfy, super cute decoration, I love the high quality of the sheets and towels! Pool is huge, easy check in and check out. Catalina was very kind and let me check in earlier :) thank you! I was so tired!
Just the noise from the construction beside the apartment, which is obviously not the hosts fault.

The place it self has great facilities like large swimming pool and a gym. the bedrooms are nice and equipped. definitely recommended.

I thought it was more of a hotel prior to booking it’s actually an air bnb so someone leasing their own apt, there’s self checking it etc no staff.

Nowhere on the booking or advert did it mention that the pool isn't open on Mondays which is half the reason we booked the place! Aircon not very effective and v noisy. Very light at night due to window above door.

Pool is shallow so not great for swimming. The bed also kept moving when we were having Kayat. Made it difficult to enjoy it fully (though we still did) 😁
