Reviewed Sep 2, 2026الفندق حلو ونظيف وموقعه جيد قريب للحرم بسياره خمس دقائق ومشي ربع ساعه الي عشر دقائق لكن في شي واحد انه ازعاج وعدم احترام الضيوف يعني الساعه سبعه وهم يتكلمو ب اعلى اصواتهم جمب الغرف وبالممرات وناهيك على الغرفه الي امامنا كل شو وهم يتكلمو ويخرجو ويدخلو بضوت مره قوى لدرجه صحينا من النوم من شده الازعاج

حافلة النقل للحرم غير مكيفة الجو حار حاليا بفصل الصيف والحافلة مزدحمة عزل الغرفة والابواب ضعيف جداً تسمع كل الازعاج حولك بالطابق

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026It was a clean and nice hotel. But sometimes there was a smell in the outside lobby.
Shuttle bus service is useless. You can use it to going to haram but coming back through it is not possible. The bus time is exactly after the prayers. But it takes 25 minutes to come out of the mosque after prayers as there are so many people. For women it is impossible to reach the bus in 20 minutes as the bus point is very far from women prayer place. Keep in mind you have to use a taxi most of the time. The bus driver misbehaved as well when asked to wait . It is not at all walking distance from Haram.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته كيف الحال المكان حلو وممتاز والموظفين قمه في الأخلاق والتعامل مع الجميع انصح فيه بقوه واسعاره في متناول الجميع وقريب من الحرم النبوي الشريف والنظافة لايعلو عليها الموقع استراتيجي بالمره وقريب من مسجد قباء بالمره لو ان شاءالله الله وفق وسهل الأمور ماراح اجي واسكن الا عندهم الصراحه وحتى الاهل جدا جدا جدا مبسوطين من بداية ماجيت اشوف الغرفه بالعاده اشوف انا بالأول بعدين اذا كنت ارتحت لها نزلت الاهل يشوفونها هذي المره ومن غير تردد على طول حجزت اول ماشفت الغرفة حتى العيال ماشاف ها من كثر ماهي حلوه ونظيفة الله يعطيك العافيه يارب العالمين
