Nothing. Just be aware that the place is near a main road and part of a larger property. Neither of which bothered us.

We stayed for two nights recently as attending a wedding nearby. A lovely place to stay, Kim provided really good comms prior to arriving. Access was easy with the key in a lock box and a phone number to open the gate, good security. Property was very clean, way better than others we have stayed in, host Kim was really friendly and accommodating, and not imposing at all. There was lots of thougtful items in the accomodation should you need them. Also there was breakfast that we had forgotten about, which was great.

Clean. Tidy. Peaceful. Quiet. Had everything and more.

Absolutely superb. Ideal as a getaway or a stop over. Wish we had stayed longer and made it our central base for exploring. Host Kim has gone above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. This is a fabulous and well designed self contained cottage attached to the end of the main house but is private and separate consisting of a spacious, well equipped combined lounge kitchen dining area then a bathroom and the bedroom. The views over the valley are relaxing with the alpacas, miniature ponies, sheep and cattle for company. The beautiful house cat might greet you but respects your privacy. The property is pristine, clean and exceptionally comfortable and we can highly recommend it. Thanks so much Kim - the hostess with the most.

Self contained, everything you could need, parking right outside, included breakfast food, separate bedroom, good little jigsaws

All was great but a couple of slightly annoying things were that there were only 2 cups, bowls, etc- always nice to have a spare, esp cups. The spoons - seemed like tablespoons rather than dessert spoons ( minor grumble).

Very comfortable stay, the place was clean, tidy, everything was provided including cooking facilities. Easy access to property and owners were easy to contact if needed.

Beautiful setting. Relaxing atmosphere. Well presented accommodation - very clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Xanadu to other people who want something more than motel accommodation. It's way better than staying at a motel, and at less the cost, too!!!

Such a lovely modern clean apartment with a lovely outlook and all the facilities you could want, including a small bench-top oven, full fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Kim and Warren are fabulous hosts offering privacy whilst still available if needed. They welcomed us to roam their gardens and enjoy time with their cat, alpacas and sheep.

Lovely clean, tidy & quiet retreat. Well stocked with everything you could need.

Only minor suggestions as everything was so nice - the shower rose is very high on the wall & all bed pillows are very big. Perhaps the choice of a smaller pillow might be appreciated by other guests.
