In posizione centralissima, letteralmente a due passi da Rothschild Boulevard, a 10-15 minuti dal mare, è un'appartamento ben strutturato per 3-4 persone, dotato del necessario per un soggiorno anche di una settimana. A poca distanza un supermercato AM PM aperto 24h. per non parlare della disponibilità ravvicinata di mezzi pubblici e di mobilità sostenibile. Staff sempre pronto e disponibile.

Nonostante fossimo al quarto piano, la rumorosità prediudica il sonno notturno. Questo non solo per i lavori in corso su Allenby Street, ma anche per lo stazionamento di persone abituate a parlare e rumoreggiare talvolta fino all'alba. Necessari ma non sempre sufficienti tappi per le orecchie.

The place was clean they had plenty location around the city. The office was extremely attentive to any needs we had and were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in these facilities as both the office and the facilities were wonderful. And in very good locations.

I didn't really have any bad experience. Both places I stayed at were wonderful. Yes, one was more updated but all in all it was a very good experience

קודם כל שירות מסורבל, חוסר זמינות מההתחלה ועד הסוף של הצוות בנוסף, הזמנתי דירה עם גג וקיבלתי דירה רגילה. גרם להרבה מאוד קושי ותסכול ועוגמת נפש, במיוחד בגלל שאחותי ואני מעשנות - לכן זה היה חשוב לנו מאוד ועל זה שילמתי. בנוסף, מתקנים שבורים בתוך הדירה (אינטרקום, דוש). המזגן לא פעל וגם הטלוויזיה - סיוט אחד ארוך ומתמשך שלא נפתר במשך יומיים. לעניין הטלוויזיה ניסינו (בהתכתבויות ווטסאפ, כי כמובן לא היה עם מי לדבר, כי שבת !!!). פשוט היינו בדירה והזענו ולא הצלחנו לישון שעתיים ברציפות, כי היה חם מאודד!! ועוד ועוד. פשוט אכזבה מההתיחה ועד הסוף. תכלס, הרס לנו את כל הסופש. והשירות פשוט זוועה. אין עם מי לדבר

It is our 2nd stay at this room. It is spacious, perfectly clean, complete kitchen with utensils, amazing maintenance (looks new although we stayed there 2 years ago). The key waits near the door. The communication with the staff is fast and efficient. All our requests were met. We walked everywhere in TLV since the room is very central.

Very clean and comfortable, great Location

It was a wonderful stay in Tel Aviv. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is located in the centre of Tel Aviv in walking distance to the bustling Carmel Market, cafés, restaurants, museums and the wonderful Nahalat Binyamin Street with its art market and beautiful shops. The light train stop is only a few minutes away and the beach is in walking distance. It was a very nice stay and the hosts of TLV2Go were very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the flat is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for day-to-day living. The space is a good size and works well. It could benefit from some light refreshing, such as painting and redecorating, but nothing major. There are currently road works on the main road which can be noisy at times, particularly in the mornings, although this is temporary. As a one bedroom flat with an English basement, the location is otherwise very appealing and would be especially attractive once the works are completed.

The property wasn't clean or comfortable at all and the customer service wasn't good

The location was prime, close to everything and easy to walk pretty much anywhere you want to go in central Tel Aviv. It’s close to Rothschild, Nahalat Binyamin and tons of cafes and restaurants.

The property does not have full sound proof windows and you can hear all the noise, music, parties and Tel Aviv nightlife outside (even with the windows closed) it’s bad, to the point that you might need earplugs or a loud white noise machine to block it out - not ideal considering the price point of this property. The management company are also pretty appalling at customer service, I had to chase them to get instructions. They do the bare minimum to assist and after much back and forth, eventually they’ll try help. The property itself is nice, the units could definitely have better furniture and interiors, they furnished them very cheaply considering the price you pay. There were cigarette burns in the couch, the bedroom curtains had stains. Not up to my standards as all but I already paid so I just sucked it up… but be warned!

Great location, Rothshild boulevard just around the corner, metro station and 24/7 supermarket is two blocks away. Big smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher and big kitchen equiped with everything.

Bedroom and bathroom are bit tiny. There were constraction works nearby which started too early in the morning

They gave me a basement apartment. Nothing like in the pictures, no view. I was underground and no one prepared me for it.

Moderne Ausstattung

Wahnsinnig laut. Die Fenster sind wie Papier. Die Synagoge gegenüber wird abgerissen. Auch nachts. Man hat dann einen Pressluft Hammer mit im Bett. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Ein Appartement Wechsel in den hinteren Teil wurde nicht möglich gemacht. Zudem war das Wasser in der Dusche am Ende der Reise nur noch kalt.

They were doing major renovations that went on through the night and I was only informed once I moved in even though they knew about them beforehand

Non si poteva dormire la notte dai rumori.. praticamente le finestre non solo isolanti Wi-Fi non funzionava

The property is well designed and equipped with everything. As I stayed for a long time, I highly appreciate washer+dryer and modern kitchen.

At the arrival the room wasn't very clean

The AC was so loud in the bedroom, plus it has a blue bright light. So sleep was not comfortable at all unfortunately. The windows can be opened but especially during the weekend the streets are busy.

L’emplacement très festif le soir mais trop loin de la plage il faut bien compter 25 mn de marche rapide, sinon l’arrêt de bus n’est pas à côté ! Le commerce de proximité dépanne bien

Le bruit, le rooftop collé à l’immeuble qui diffuse de la musique très forte jusque tard dans la nuit impossible de dormir! Les murs de la chambre sont bien abîmés et pas très propres ainsi que la cuve des toilettes. Grosse coupure d’eau pendant toute une matinée donc pas d’eau pour se doucher ou pour les toilettes sans aucune explication de la conciergerie.

We were staying in 103 allenby from thursday 11 to Saturday 13/09 . Compare to the nice pictures that I saw on booking it is really not the same. Apartment was underground with 1 bed and Sofa. I was expecting apartment with balcony with 2 bedroom so I was very diseappointed!!! The code from the entrance building was wrong (key symbol 1303)and to pick up the key it is too high and dark to see the number. Apartment is basic clean but too dark. The remote control inside the room can not see nothing and the blue light from AC still on in the room so it is not dark enough.

Une catastrophe. Le logement n’était pas nettoyé correctement. Les draps Sentaient mauvais. Il y avait des verres qui flottaient dans la cuvette des WC. Nous avons dû faire un scandale pour être changé de logement. La cerise sur le gâteau,On nous a changé de location pour deux jours. Deux jours restants d’occupation de location, le Sav nous a fais un engagement écris que les 2 nuits dans ce nouvel appartement seraient gratuites et que nous devions payer que le ménage pour le nouvel appartement et figurez-vous qu’ils nous ont prélevé plus de 500 € sur ces deux jours de location sur ce nouvel appartement !!!! des escrocs et des appartements insalubre une honte. Nous attendons toujours notre remboursement nous avons du alerter notre banque et Booking ne m’a jamais fait un retour concernant ma plainte. Et j’ai des vidéos pas des photos ! Et le plus hilarant nous étions logés au 1er et on avais des travaux avec marteau piqueur au rdc !!!!!!

היה מסובך להדליק טלויזיה, להיכנס בכל שער ודלת, לא היו מים חמים בשבת, הספה בסלון לא נוחה לשינה ולא היו מספיק מגבות למשפחה

I liked everything about this place. The location, the size of the apartment, the facilities, the staff that let me check in earlier without any hustle.

As a family it was great having access to a washing machine and a kitchen during our stay. Much cozier than staying at a hotel. The staff was very helpful and issues could be solved quickly and without any fuss.

The music from the rooftop bar next door could be heard pretty clearly from the bedroom and the windows didn’t isolate too well. Nonetheless they’re only open half the week and turn of the music by midnight.

Beautifull place downtown TLV

The building is still being reconstructed. So for some period of time, expect some noise during the day.

The location is simpy great; the apt. is ecquipped with everything one may wish including a full size refrigirator, a stove, dishes and pots.

There was no parking for the building and it was impossible to find parking around. In 2 weeks of our stay noone ever offered to refresh shampoos, toilet paper. The sofa was full of dog hair

The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Once, there was a leak in the kitchen, and a plumber was promptly sent around to fix it. The location was great in terms of proximity to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the market, and public transport. So many places we went to were within walking distance.

Since it was in the middle of Tel Aviv, it was very noisy at night, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open. When the windows were closed, the apartment was hot, and we had to sleep with the air-conditioning on, and that was noisy too. The ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn't an option for us because it was too 'blowy', even on low.

I did not receive the promised email with instructions even on the day of arrival, and had to call and chase people for it. After finally receiving the email with instruction, it was clear and easy to enter.

The promised email with entry instructions was not sent to me even on the day of flight and arrival (though I followed all instructions from my side and even sending a reminder).on arrival I had to call and start chasing people for it, not fun! The initial girl that answered the phone on the helpline to register the issue was *extremely* rude, abrupt and unhelpful. She connected me to someone else and the help/ support was good after that and issue solved.

The location

Their customer service. That they falsely advertised their property with wrong pictures of the property. That they didn’t give us the room at the specified check in time but were late by close to 4h. Their lack of communication. Very noisy area due to a rooftop dancebar in the neighbooring building. Fact they asked you to check in online and have us sign an agreement directly with the property (now we understood why).

We asked for a quiet flat but sadly, there is no such thing here since the building is surrounded by noisy activity, from all directions, day and night. The owners must know about this and should try to improve the soundproofing of windows which currently is very poor. During the day there was construction Allenby Street, and at night there were two venues making a racket - one time an all-night trance party. It was awful and even though the flat is beautiful and well planned I would not recommend or visit here again.

Wonderful property with an excellent location, very well maintained with fantastic facilities! The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist you with any queries. Would highly recommend.

I loved the location, close to where I needed to be, the apartment's layout was great, very convenient. all appliances were working great, washer, dishwasher etc. Host were helpful and provided stuff that I asked

ehad haam street is noisy, i would ask to be in an inner looking bedroom. also, need to bring dishwasher tablets and washer soap which they don't provide, maybe soap and shampoo too because they provide the small bottles with quality not the best I think. bed is ok, a bit harder then I like, but still slept well.
