Charme 64 Hotel Boutique

Gezellig behulpzaam personeel, prima, maar ooit was het een mooie plek die nu vergane glorie is. Kamers erg sfeerloos. Prijs vond ik daarom te hoog voor deze plek. Handig voor doorreizen, wijk is niet erg gezellig maar ligt centraal en je kan er wat simpels eten op de hoek.

La chambre est juste correcte. Propre mais sans plus. Les photos de l'hôtel ne sont pas représentatives. Mise à part la personne qui servait le petit-déjeuner, le personnel n'était vraiment pas agréable du tout. Surtout le monsieur à l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée. Notre bonne humeur est disparue en un instant. Son attitude froide et presque méprisante nous a presque fait douter ma fille et moi, que nous étions en sécurité. Faut le faire!

La ubicación si tu intención es estar cerca del aeropuerto. Disponibilidad de poder dejar las maletas el día del check out sin coste adicional y poder hacer uso de las zonas comunes, incluida la piscina y la ducha. El aire acondicionado de la habitación y el que diera directamente a la piscina. Zona de bebidas (agua, café e infusiones) gratuitas.

No se puede colgar la ropa porque tropieza con el minibar de la habitación.

Très pratique, localisation très proche de l'aéroport. Les chambres étaient très propres, spacieuses, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique.

Das Hotel im Gesamtkonzept hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, das Ambiente und das wirklich große, geschmacklich sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ein Traum und vor allen Dingen das Personal. Es hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen.

Personal 1a, Pool und Zimmer wie letztes Mal tip top. Kommen gerne wieder.

Matraze richtig hart, könnte in diesem Zimmer definitiv ersetzt werden.

Super vriendelijke dame achter de balie. Lekker zwembad. Schoon. Fijn dat we onze tassen een paar dagen mochten achterlaten toen wij naar San Andrea gingen. Ruime kamer. Dicht bij vliegveld maar je hoort geen vliegtuigen.

Beetje donkere kamer. Was ‘s avonds wel lekker.

Petit hôtel charmant, propre, parfait pour une nuit à quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec nos filles! La chambre était propre, confortable, avec grande salle de bain. Bon petit-déjeuner. Nous recommandons!

Au moment où nous y étions, peu de choix disponible sur le menu pour prendre un goûter. Il y avait aussi des travaux bruyants sur notre étage durant cette journée, mais ce sont des choses qui arrivent! Le personnel nous a avisé et cela n’a pas été trop dérangeant.

La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno que nos preparaba cada día el cocinero (muy rico) y la salida directa de la habitación a la piscina para podernos bañar (casi siempre solos). También me gustó poder ir caminando desde el aeropuerto y estar cerca del centro en Uber.

El aire acondicionado hacía mucha luz por la noche y no regulaba bien la temperatura. La ducha no tenía presión del agua.

Excelente servicio. Enormemente agradecidos con el personal que nos atendió, quienes se esmeraron por hacernos sentir como en casa y brindarnos su espacio luego del checkout para prepararnos en nuestro viaje de regreso.

Atendimento desde a Recepção, Limpeza, cafe da manhã. Cordialidade dos Funcionários, Luz, Karen, Rodolfo. Nota 10. Piscina limpa e higienizada todos os dias. Localização excelente, restaurantes próximos.

Very quaint hotel spa very hard to find from the outside but inside is quaint and beautiful

I wasn't real happy with the gentleman that tried to help me that night I had ordered a single room with a queen bed or at least a double bed and what he tried to give me initially was a room with two twin beds. When I told him that is not what I ordered and showed him on my phone my order for a double he tried to push the two twin beds together to make a double and I said no no. I threaten to leave and find someplace else and he finally was able to come up with a room which was exactly what I had ordered. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The spa area while very small pool the overall facilities were very beautiful and very quaint and let me tell you very affordable.

When we arrived, they gave us a room that was not guest ready whatsoever. They had on-going loud construction outside the room, the room had an odor to it, the doors that led to the pool in our room would not lock, and the bathroom definitely needs improvement. We requested for another room, which they did not have, so we asked them to cancel our reservation, to which they agreed to cancel and give us a full refund. It has been 15 days and they still refuse to give us our money back. I would definitely check the rooms before paying at this hotel.

Dejligt at komme til denne fredelige oase efter en dag inde i byen. Ok restauranter omkring til at spise med børn, spiste godt på Atrium og Burger&dog

Estaba en obras y la única hab disponible daba a la piscina.

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene una decoración moderna y es muy tranquilo. Queda al lado del aeropuerto y la zona es segura, además de contar con negocios a pocas calles. El personal es super amable, la habitación es perfecta y está muy limpio. Los colchones son muy cómodos también. El desayuno estaba delicioso también.

Small but really nice hotel, excellent location if you need to stay near the airport and there are also a lot of useful stores, restaurants, etc. nearby.

Mejorar los aires acondicionados tomó mucho tiempo que estuviera fría la habitación, el aire muy pequeño para la habitación de las grandes.

Um hotel charmoso e muito bem localizado, que proporciona uma experiência bastante agradável em Cartagena. O atendimento é um destaque à parte, com equipe gentil e atenciosa, além de um café da manhã muito bem servido.

Como ponto de melhoria, o chuveiro deixou a desejar, com pouca pressão de água e temperatura instável, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto. Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi muito positiva, e o hotel certamente vale a estadia.

Localização tranquila, recepção muito atenciosa e ótimo café da manhã e almoço

De retour dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions beaucoup. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont propres, la piscine bien entretenue, le quartier est calme, avec restaurants et commerces aux alentours. L'aéroport est à 10-15mn à pied sans que l'on entende les avions.

Emplacement proche de l'aéroport, très pratique. Personnel incroyable, disponible, à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Chambre grande. Petit déjeuner tres bon, surtout pour les standards colombiens. Un plus pour la possibilité de manger sur place le midi. Et la piscine est un atout de l'établissement.

La chambre donne sur la route et peut etre bruyante (sans que ce soit insupportable).

De tudo, o hotel é lindo, cafe da manha muito bom e os quartos muito bons, com banho e camas bons. Mas o melhor foi o atendimento das meninas da recepção. Luz e Gali muito amáveis e nos ajudavam em tudo. Um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei e tem uma piscina maravilhosa.

This hotel is outstanding from every aspect!!!!! The rooms are beautiful. The pool is sparkling clean and cleaned every morning. The cleaning staff keep this place absolutely sparkling clean!!!! The place is perfect!!!! Also approx 1 km from the airport BUT you do not hear planes! The staff is wonderful and friendly. We have been in South America for five weeks and this is by far the best place we have been! It’s absolutely perfect! I gave it a lower score because of location - but a short taxi ride takes you to the old town. When we were here first we stayed in the centre - if we were to come again we would stay here. We couldn’t be happier

A little removed from the old town but it’s very easy to take a cab or a walk

Fiquei apenas uma noite, para pegar o voo no dia seguinte, e gostei bastante. Apesar de ser um pouco afastado do centro (precisa pegar táxi a um custo aproximado de de 18 mil pesos), eu ficaria tranquilamente hospedada por mais dias. Quarto limpo e confortável. Localização tranquila. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. No dia do meu voo prepararam um café da manhã pra mim e pro meu marido mesmo antes do horário previsto para abrirem o restaurante do hotel.

Die Lage ist leider nicht so gut und alle Balkone sind zu einem hallenden Innenhof ausgerichtet. Schade wenn man abends länger draußen sitzen mag

Die Lage war gut und sicher und das Personal jederzeit freundlich. Der Balkon war super und auch die Zimmer jederzeit sauber. Kaffee und heißes Wasser für Tee sowie Geschirr waren immer vorhanden.

Die Gegend ist gut, aber nicht die beste und es ist teilweise sehr laut von der Umgebung.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and full of life. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They are very helpful when you have questions about the neighborhood and being a solo traveler. Luz, helped me check in my first day here and she was extremely kind throughout the process and all of the staff were extremely kind. I will be returning to this hotel next time I visit Cartagena.

The only recommendation that I have is maybe some mattress pads. The bed was a bit rough on my body.

Superb boutique hotel. Close to the airport but like a peaceful oasis. This was my third time staying there. Super clean, staff wonderful, very friendly. The young girl at reception was delightful. The pool was fantastic. Just loved this gorgeous hotel…

L'hotel était très bien situé, non loin de l'aéroport. La piscine est petite mais agréable. La chambre est très confortable. Il y avait quelques restaurants à deux pas. La plage était proche mais nous avons quand même pris un Uber pour y aller. Le départ à 5h30 du matin s'est bien passé. Personnel disponible, (mais pas de petit déjeuner).

We requested a big double bed, however they just put two twin beds together. So uncomfortable to have a gap in between.

Cet hôtel est un coup de cœur. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 5 nuits ici. Le calme de l'endroit, la gentillesse des employés et leur accueil chaleureux, la propreté, le bon déjeuner, la localisation dans un quartier tranquille avec une variété de restaurants à quelques minutes à peine de marche, la plage tranquille à 12 minutes de marche, la fabuleuse piscine, lits très confortables, etc. Bref, on aime et on recommande fortement!
