Die Atmosphäre in dem sehr schönen alten Haus ist hervorragend. Der Hausherr ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unkompliziertes Check-in, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, gratis Parkiermöglichkeit, wunderbares Frühstück, grosses Vertrauen der Gastgeber bei der Selbstversorgungsküche, dazu die Möglichkeit Nahrungsmittel (Teigwaren, Rösti, etc.) zu kaufen und in der Gaststube zu konsumieren. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

tolle und preisgünstige Unterkunft in historischem Haus und traditionell geführt. Hat Selbstverpflegerküche. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Eine der wenigen Gasthäuser, das noch nicht dem Renovations-und Modernisierungswahn zum Opfer gefallen ist.

The B&B Cad’Stampa is a wonderful boutique hotel located in a peaceful valley at the bottom of Maloja Pass. The hotel has a classic and timeless design giving me a nice feeling in staying in a heritage building. The host was nice and friendly. He always promptly reply my messages. Even though there is no restaurant in this village, he recommend me some good one in Maloja which is just few kilometers away. The continental breakfast is also wonderful with nice cheese, honey, and yoghurt. All in all, I am impressed and recommend.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend . Das Hotel lag an einer stark befahren Strasse , aber bei geschlossen Fenster konnte man gut schlafen .

A very authentic and charming place in beautiful surroundings. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the location is a perfect base for exploring Val Bregaglia and the Engadine—especially for hiking, trail running and other mountain activities. A lovely place to stay and experience the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Cad’Stampa. What I appreciated most was the authentic character of the accommodation: it is located in a beautiful and well-maintained historic building right in the centre of the village, which gives the stay a genuine local atmosphere. The accommodation fully met my expectations and was comfortable, with a good breakfast to start the day. The available facilities, including the kitchen and parking, also provide a great deal of convenience. The location is excellent for exploring the area. There is a bus stop directly in front of the B&B, making it very easy to use public transport for day trips without having to rely on the car. Finally, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were happy to provide additional information and recommendations about the surrounding area, which made the stay feel even more personal. A great choice if you are looking for an authentic and comfortable base in the Bregaglia Valley.

An absolutely magical place, located in a beautiful 16th-century building, with spectacular views of the mountains on all sides of the place. The owner and host was amazingly friendly, kind, enthusiastic and very eager to help, suggest things, and simply get to know his guests, making you feel really welcome. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and calm; the rooms are simple and functional, and designed with taste - everything is of great quality, well taken care of and comfortable - which is rarely the case for B&B places. The entire place - from bottom to top - is spotlessly clean and handled with care. The breakfast served by the host was very, very nice and varied, with great coffee and even greater conversation! The owner knows a lot about the region and is very happy to share the information with his guests, suggesting places to go for lunch and dinner, and really unique local attractions - for example, the Giacometti Museum in the nearby village of Stampa. The place has its own parking lot just across the street and a small but very well stocked shop where you can buy the essentials. The B&B is beautifully located and has been a hotel for over 200 years, run by the same family! If your windows go out to the street, it can be a bit noisy with the windows open, but if the windows are shut, it's very, very quiet. It's about 15 minutes by car to get to Maloja, with two very good restaurants, some 25-30 minutes to Sils-Maria, a gem of a town with lots of sights and attractions (though the drive up and down the Maloja pass is QUITE something!). It's one of those rare places that you really, really want to return to.

Die Unterkunft steckt voller Historie. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer gehabt und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Zwar etwas älter, aber dennoch sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Die Anfahrt.mit.Bus 604.von.St Moritz über den.Malojapass ist wunderschön und kurzweilig, 45 Min. Steven.ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist.superlecker. Ich kann die.Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft mit total netter, sympathischer Führung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles trägt diesen Charme von altem Holz. Die Möglichkeit der Gästeküche mit Aufenthaltsraum fand ich super! Das Frühstück war vielseitig mit sehr gutem Brot und Käse sowie vielen anderen Köstlichkeiten.

This is an older building with all its historical elements preserved. It also sits at the center of a lot of trails. An ideal place for people looking to hike in the area. The owners are also very friendly and willing to accommodate to your situation.

Der Gastgeber und seine Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte einen super Blick auf die Berge im Tal. Das Selfcatering für den Sbend war sehr gut organisiert.

All that I wanted and expected was there; Steve was a great host and stayed up late especially for me!

Alles, Frühstück war perfekt und ich konnte die erste Nacht nach 3x Jugendherberge davor richtig schlafen und mich erholen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen

The location of the hotel was simply stunning with hiking trails right from the door. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was terrific, and the hospitality was the best I've experienced. Steve knows the area and its hiking trails extremely well and helped me plan each day to match my interests and abilities. I stayed for four nights and I'm already dreaming of returning.

There is a busy road running right through the village and past the hotel. This can't be helped. The windows were good and I heard almost none of the noise though.

Çok kibar ve yardımsever ev sahipliği. Küçük ve tenha bir köyde tam b&b oteli. Odalar rustik ve güney swiss tarzında. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Otopark imkanı mevcut ve otelin hemen önünde ki patikadan ormana doğru güzel bir yürüyüş rotası var.

Çok küçük bir köyde olduğu ve restoran akşam hizmet vermediği için akşam yemeğine hazırlıklı olmak gerekiyor.

Shower was awesome. Lots of water pressure and a lot of hot water. You can cook during your stay in the kitchen if you have your own food. Nice quiet place.

Please change the mattress of both beds! No one can sleep there without waking up with pain on their backs. Breakfast should be better. There was a juice, milk, coffee machine, one salami and 3 different cheese options. Bananas, orange, and corn flakes. Honey and couple of other spreads to put on your bread. The person who owns the place is very place. Everything else was good!

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Historic building. Bus stop directly in front of B&B, small garden across the road, that can be used for eating. Breakfast simple, but of good quality. We stayed there for 6 nights, went on 5 great hikes, 2 starting directly from the house with return by bus, three with the bus for leaving and returning. A great place, if you prefer to stay a little away from the typical (and quite full) tourist places nearby and appreciate the possibility to cook in the evening.

The kitchen could have a few more cooking utensils, salad bowls, etc. We were lucky with the weather; otherwise a couch or reading corner, or something like that, would be great for a rainy day.

Auf das Warmwasser in der Dusche musste man ca. 2 Min. warten, eine Kaffeemaschine in der Gemeinschaftsküche wäre toll, zudem eine Ecke im Gemeinschaftsraum mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, wie Sessel/Sofa.

Sehr unkomplizierten und sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Schnell auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen geantwortet. Herzlichen Empfang und Erklärung vor Ort. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück einfach spitze, Käse und Brot vom Dorf, liebevoll vorbereitet, und hat von Allem etwas. Ich komme wieder….

Ich musste noch in einem für meine Grösse etwas zu kurzen alten Holzbett schlafen. Nach Auskunft des Gastgebers werden diese Betten demnächst ersetzt.
