Ontbijt top!Supervriendelijk en er stond van alles vers op tafel!! Prachtige kamer!!! Mooie schone kamer , fruit op tafel , water🥰 Ook wilde ik kwijt dat ik mijn tas met persoonlijke spullen was vergeten in het restaurant en de volgende ochtend , rende ik in paniek naar boven en Chekib begeleidde mij naar mijn tas vroeg me om alles te checken en alles zat er gewoon nog in , geld , pasjes etc. Ben superdankbaar voor hun service! En een speciale groet aan Kenza, wat een kanjer!!!!! Een absolute aanrader!!! In één woord GEWELDIG 🥰

We had to move rooms after first night due to awful smells from the drains, but the upper floor room was perfect

Très belle place! Situé à l’entrée de la Médina. Magnifique terrasse au toit. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Personnel courtois et chaleureux. On n’a pas entendu du tout la rénovation du palais d’à côté.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour, la nourriture du cuisinier étais excellente, les chambres étais confortable et très propre! De plus, tout le personnel qui travaillais lors de notre séjour étais super polie, compétent et à l’écoute de nos besoins! Nous avons fais bonne connaissance du maître d’hôtel, Adib Abdellatif qui nous a servis comme des rois pendant notre séjour. Adib à même eu la grande gentillesse de nous concocter un souper surprise pour notre anniversaire de fiançailles, avec des musiciens et un bouquet de fleur qui a soigneusement cueilli dans la jardin. Nous avons apprécié et remercier son expertise en temps que maître d’hôtel ! Les services de Hammam étais merveilleux et agréable. La femme qui travaille au hammam, au sein de l’hôtel, fais du très bon boulot ! Nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel et en particulier Adib et Kenza à la réception, pour notre séjour! L’hospitalité de l’équipe était juste incroyable ! Fatima-Zohra, Kenza, Adib et Hicham étaient aux petits soins avec nous . Sans oublier le personnel du petit déjeuner. C’était une magnifique expérience dans un magnifique palais. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

The view from the restaurant, the bedroom (large comfortable bed) and the garden. The masseuse and the lady in charge of reception were both wonderful.

The use of keys for the door and safe. They need to upgrade to a digital safe and digital key cards. The standard of the food in the restaurant is not good especially considering the prices they are charging.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fes. The hotel had spacious, clean rooms that made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were always ready to help and incredibly friendly, which made a big difference. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day right. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and such helpful staff.We were given an upgrade and had a huge room with traditional decor. Breakfast was great too.

Last week, I stayed at Riad Ommeyad with my mom, brother, and sister, and we had an incredible experience! Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The best part, though, was the staff – everyone was so kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the chicken tajine, which was our favorite! Breakfast was also great every morning, and we had a super relaxing massage in the spa. A big thank you to Cenade Youssef, Adib Abdellatif, Zakaria and their colleguages who took such good care of us. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even better! Also their colleguages from the reception and the cleaning staff were very kind. We definitely recommend Riad Ommeyad to anyone visiting Morocco, and we will for sure come back in the future! Thank you, Riad Ommeyad, for a fantastic stay!

The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.

There's a small gym in a nice location near one of the gardens. A few machines need service.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful riad! The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring Fez, and the peaceful ambiance of the riad was the perfect escape after a day in the bustling medina. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fez!

The stunning architecture and decorations showcasing the best of Moroccan craftsmanship ! The professional and warm service (Huge thanks to Fatima-Zahra, Imane and all the team who made our stay very confortable). The hot tub in the room was awesome to relax after exploring the Medina. The palace is near one of the gates to the Medina which enables to leave the car in a secured public parking provided nearby and walk easily to explore the old town.
