I like everything, the cleanness, the silence of the location, everything was as in the description. The rooms have a small kitchen, with everything you need and you can ask for the room to be cleaned daily or as often you need. In 3 min waking is a big supermarket and in 10 min waking is the beach and 2 restaurants.

That you need to cross a very busy street to go to the beach and market, without a crosswalk. Maybe a pool bar is nice to have.

Tutto perfetto. Olivessa Resort è una struttura ideale. Nuova, curata nei dettagli. Un posto che regala relax. Le camere sono ben arredate. Il letto molto comodo. Bagno ed angolo cucina funzionali. La posizione è strategica. Nelle vicinanze supermercati, una Bakery e una serie di ristoranti raggiungibili anche a piedi. Così come il mare. Al contempo, in auto, si possono raggiungere facilmente alcune spiagge bellissime. Il personale è super disponibile. All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto preziose indicazioni. Pulizie ineccepibili con personale attento e gentile. La piscina ed il giardino sono luoghi incantevoli che offrono momenti di pace.

Единственный минус расположения, это перебегать оживленную дорогу без пешеходного перехода (их на той дороге в принципе нет). Рядом отличный супермаркет, где можно купить все, что необходимо и приготовить мини-кухне в номере. Штопор и сковороду лучше взять с собой, если вы планируете пить вино и что-то готовить сложнее чем вареные макароны. В остальном это был идеальный отпуск. Тишина, чистые стильно обставленные номера, материалы качественные и приятные на ощупь. Тропический душ, огромное зеркало в ванной. Огромная кровать, блекаут шторы и классные элементы декора в номере. Балкон с видом на бассейн. Снаружи идеально все. Газон, где травинка к травинке, цветы и травы явно высажены ландшафтным дизайнером. Лежаки с мягкими матрасиками. В бассейне зона где можно сидеть в воде по шею, зона где лежаки в воде, чтоб принимать солнечные ванны прямо из бассейна. Видно, что каждая деталь продумана, еще раз хочу отметить качество выбранных материалов. Это был идеальный отпуск человека, который много работает. Я просто много спала, загорала, плавала, слушала тишину и птиц, готовила то, что я хочу. И вам рекомендую тоже насладится этим уютным отелем.

Odličan rizort..Sobe komotne i čiste, kupatilo odlično..Bazen je prelep i svi imaju pogled na njega..Definitivno mesto gde bi se uvek vratili..Mi nismo imali uplaćen doručak a mislim da bi i njega sledeći put uzeli..Sobe se svakodnevno čiste a peškiri menjaju..Topla preporuka svakome.

The swimming pool is great - very clean with very comfortable sunbeds. The room was big, with modern TV and very nice balcony, where we could drink coffee or eat. The hotel was very clean. There were enough parking spots and the guests were also keeping quiet, which lets everyone rest. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away, which is great.

The hotel is for adults only, but the nearby hotel (which shares a fence with this hotel) is not adults only, and from time to time, you can hear screaming kids. Also, the cleaning ladies were shouting sometimes in the morning, which was disturbing. The nearby beach is not per our taste - there are no beach bars, music, it's just a plain beach with a couple of sunbeds. You can tell that the mattress of the bed is high quality, but it was a bit too soft for my taste. On our last day, there were a lot of wasps - you can't even drink coffee on the balcony, nor eat (and this is the only place with a table and chairs).

Das Zimmer ist recht groß mit Küchenzeile, sodass man sich teils selbstverpflegen kann. Die Dusche ist schön groß. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und nett angerichtet. An den Pool grenzt ein kleiner Garten, wo man auch sitzen könnte sowie eine Terrasse. Der Pool ist groß, jedoch nicht sehr tief, was aber nicht störte. Da es wenig Zimmer gibt, waren immer genügend Liegen am Pool vorhanden. Diese waren super bequem. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, da der Ort selbst ziemlich ruhig ist. Alles notwendige ist aber fußläufig zu erreichen, zum Beispiel ein Café oder Supermarkt. Man kann zu den wenigen Restaurants und zum Strand laufen. Für mehr braucht man ein Auto.

Unter der Spüle hat es komisch gerochen, den unterschrank haben wir daher nicht benutzt.

Everything was excellent! very clean rooms,fresh towels,comfortable bed. The pool and the garden is like a dream💕.We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return.

Mindenkinek ajánlom aki nyugalomra vágyik vagy gyönyörű tengerpartokat szeretne látogatni. Fél óra távolságra van Sithonia és Kassandra félszigetek. Layla beach 10 percre autóval, érdemes 1 napot ott eltölteni. A hotel falujában gyalog távolságra található pár taverna a tengerparton, élelmiszer bolt mindössze 50 méter távolságra található. A gyorsforgalmi út közelsége minket nem zavart, a hotel a nyugalom szigete. A szobák jól felszereltek.

Es war alles sehr neu, modern und sehr sauber! Eigene Küche im Zimmer mit allem was man braucht! Toller Pool und sehr schöne Gartenanlage!

Es war zwar ein Adults Only Hotel allerdings hat man im direkten Nachbarhotel etwas die Familien mit Kindern mitbekommen;-) Bett etwas zu kurz und klein. (Wir sind zwei größere Menschen)

A bit far out from a selection of restaurants, but there is two restaurants which are really good walking distance away but not any bars. You will need a car to get about

Fabulous room and pool. Kept exceptionally clean by the amazing staff. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Really comfortable stay.

There is a bit of a nightmare road to cross to get to restaurants etc and the beach is fine but some really glorious beaches around the area if you have a car.

Beautiful, clean pool and poolside area with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The surrounding garden landscaping was exceptionally pretty and well tended. The rooms were tastefully decorated and laid out, with nice crockery, glasses, fridge with ice cube box, coffee machine and we appreciated supplying scourer, wash up liquid and tea towel and a sharp chopping knife! Balcony area was spacious with comfortable seating and nice view overlooking the pool. The cleaning staff were super friendly and efficient. It's not as touristy as some areas but there are 3 good bakeries (big middle one was my favourite!) and 3 supermarkets. Three local Tavernas and 2 Gyros cafes - fish taverna overlooking the sea was our favourite for ding out.

A second cooking pan would have been useful, the pillows were a bit firm/chunky for my personal comfort. Although there are mosquito meshes across windows, be warned there are a lot of the pesky insects around. The downside is the incredibly busy main road dividing the hotel from the sea and some shops/restaurants (10 mins walk away). If you are patient and not in a hurry there will be a safe break in the traffic to cross (but wouldn't be suitable or feel safe for everybody). But non of this reflects badly on the good hotel experience! Having car hire as we did was a bonus for getting around to other more attractive beaches.

It was very quiet, the pool was beautiful, the beds are very comfortable.

The housekeeping staff ignored the do not disturb request every morning, one morning they knocked and immediately entered before we could respond, we were both still in bed.

Locația frumoasa, camera mare, patu confortabil, curățenie zilnica, schimb prosoape zilnic, personal amabil. Totul este ca in poze.

Zona este cam pustie, foarte puține taverne, este o plaja la aproximativ 950m cu zona de sezloanguri și zona de prosoape, apa este buna dar este așa mai pentru relax nimic animat sau distractiv.

Am avut parte de o experiență extraordinară în acest hotel. Totul a fost perfect de la început până la sfârșit. Curățenia se făcea zilnic, atât în cameră, cât și în restul hotelului. Am avut la dispoziție toate lucrurile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil, inclusiv cafea, ceai, prosoape, papuci etc. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și mereu gata să ne ajute cu orice aveam nevoie. Piscina a fost mare și bine întreținută, iar mobilierul din camere era nou și de bună calitate, ceea ce a contribuit la un confort suplimentar. Un alt punct forte al acestui hotel a fost curtea superb amenajată, un loc ideal pentru relaxare. Cu siguranță vom reveni aici și recomandăm acest loc cu toată încrederea!

Oda da espresso kahve makinesi olması cok hoşumuza gitti🥰 Dizaynı bohem olarak çok çok güzeldi. Her gün siz talep etmeseniz bile odalar temizleniyor. Hijyen olarak çok iyi bir tesis. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Yolu henüz yapılmamış. Yerler cok engebeli,taşlı düzgün değil. Konum olarak biraz uzak ve kuytu köşede kalıyor. Afitos’a yarım saat uzaklıkta. Araba olduğu için cok sıkıntı yaşamadık ama merkezi bir konum olsa bizim için daha iyi olabilirdi.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped for a short break. The kitchen facilities were fine for light meals and breakfast only, but an nespresso coffee machine was a bonus 👌. The pool was great, and the space around it, and the garden area very pleasant. Being an adults only place it was generally quiet and relaxing. The nearby beach looked pleasant for families. It was a handy position for visiting the area. Polygyros was a really nice small town to visit with shops, cafes and a small, but good, archaeological museum. Olynthus archaeological site is very close by and well worth a visit. Old Nikiti village on Sithonia and Afitos on Kassandra were also lovely places to visit.

The position of the accommodation was quite close to a busy road from which traffic could be heard when on the balcony. Indoors, with doors closed and AC on, noise was not a problem. The nearby resort was across this road, which was not easy to cross. At the beginning of September a number of the tavernas and shops seemed to be closing for the season, but a few were still open.

It was very clean, they helped us with everything we needed

Es war sehr ruhig! Sehr sauber ordentlich und alles war durchdacht. Zum ersten mal erlebt das die Bilder 1:1 der Realität entsprechen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Immer frische Handtücher. Die Küche war ausgestattet mit den nötigsten sachen. Bett ist sehr bequem.

One of the best places I have stayed. It was super clean, the location was perfect for those who look to explore Halkidiki beaches, had enough parking spots on the street. It exceeded my expectations.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean studios with beauty view. 10 min drive to an amazing beach with great beach bar - Leyla. 10/10 recommended it!
