Oikos 9 Rooms and Suites

Everything was great.

Good breakfast. Relatively close to the city center.

The bedrooms are on the second floor, and the bathroom is on the first. There is a steep staircase, which is a bit difficult for elderly people.

Modern, clean and roomy

Helpful staff phoned a restaurant we had left something at and organised a solution. Clean quiet room with everything we needed.

Nothing

The facility is really beautiful, new, and exceptionally clean. Everything was very well maintained and organized. All of the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Both the cleanliness of the facility and the attitude of the staff were excellent. We had a wonderful time as a family and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much for your kindness, hospitality, and attention. We would definitely love to visit again.

Very large and comfy room, very clean, in a location very close to the beach, with large parking space outside.

Good rooms and big

The staff was so friendly. The location was fantastic. The balcony was great. Access to breakfast was wonderful. The place was so clean.

We had a big room which was nice. A secondary seating area or better patio furniture would have been nice.

Newly built and clean hotel. Comfortable matrasses and excellent breakfast.

Some people will define the interior as modern, but to our opinion it’s too clean with no warmth. An interior stylist could do a wonderful job to bring in a warm atmosphere even in a modern style.

Very kind and helpful staff, great location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.

Property is new and well maintained. Very nice and spacious room with kitchenette and balcony. Smart TV was a nice surprise) A sofa could be more comfortable though.

While we liked having breakfast included in the rate and ready each morning, a small suggestion would be to offer a little more variety. Options were limited and exactly the same each day, so by our third morning we ended up having coffee (that was excellent!) and going back to the room to eat. Another note - there were no beach towels included which we found odd for the beach town hotel. We flew into Greece, so obviously did not bring our own and had to start the vacation with going to the store to get towels.

Everything about these rooms is great. Clean, roomy and staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nafpaktos. The room and all the common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a very good variety and quality of food. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The size of the accommodation

The air conditioning did not work, even though we reported it and waited patiently. It never cooled the room. Even the receptionist admitted that the AC was not working. The receptionist called the manager, who insisted that the AC was working because the app showed it was on. When I explained that it was clearly not cooling, he refused to believe me and said the system was well maintained. I invited him to come and see the problem himself, but he said he was 100 km away and could not come. Instead of helping, he told me that because I was complaining, I should contact Booking.com, cancel my reservation, and find another hotel. It was 10:00 p.m., and I was alone with my two frightened children. I asked him to confirm that he was asking us to leave only because I reported the broken AC, and he said yes. Avoid this property. Extremely dishonest and unacceptable treatment.

Great:location, stuff. Very nice rooms. Clean.

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nettes Zimmer in Meeresnähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Burg fußläufig.

Straße ist nicht asphaltiert.

Nice small hotel with beautiful garden around it. Rooms cozy and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Completely staff are so kindly and friendly. We enjoyed. Nafpaktos is really amazing small city.

Nothing

L’appartamento è molto pulito, accogliente e moderno.

Highly attentive staff, exceptional rooms, and an ideal location. It was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful town of Nafpaktos and the surrounding area. I would gladly stay here again.

Veoma komforan, nov smeštaj, čisto udobno, lepa terasa. Osoblje ljubazno.

Doručak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji. Nije on loš i bez mogućnosti da izabereš nešto, nego je nekako svaki dan potpuno isti izbor.

Espace accueillant pour une famille avec 4 enfants. Personnel très disponible et avenant. Très propre et confortable. Calme.

It was close to the beach and it had everything we needed.

Zeer schone kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Really nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with multiple options The location was great, close to the promenade and beach. Parking in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the port, with convenient parking available, making it very easy to explore the area.

Nothing

So, this was the cleanest and best-outfitted room during our stay in Greece, where we spent each of 6 nights in a different hotel. Very modern, located a short drive away from the centre - a walk would be posible though the hot weather didn't encourage this. Breakfast was pretty nice and made with good quality ingredients, even though a bit generic.

The rooms could have a bit more character - they are a tad bland. This is balanced by their modern standard and very nice shower facilities, but even a single picture on the wall would make the stay nicer.

A pleasant stay in a small hotel, very quiet in a residential area. Very clean and kind staff.

Nuovissima, piccola struttura, curata nei dettagli; stanze comode. Ottima colazione.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Near to beach and walk area, restaurants and bars

Great room, nice breakfast, friendly staff & convenient location

Era nuovo, moderno e molto curato nei dettagli

-

Deluxe studio is fabulous. It is basically a fully equipped flat with an amazing brand new kitchen, bathroom, big living room with flat TV and dining table with chairs and separate bedroom with a double very comfortable bed and a tv. There is also a beautiful patio that you can sit and enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, kettle, and pots, you can cook anything you like. It's the cleanest place I have ever been to, and there is a cleaning service every day. I could honestly stay for a whole month if I could! It's perfect for families or a couple who wish to have all amenities available. The breakfast was very rich, full of great with pastries, eggs, bacon, sweet treats, and many more and can satisfy everyone. Staff is extremely helpful and smiley, and I can't thank them enough for the excellent stay we have had. Plenty of parking available right outside the hotel, restaurants, beach, cafes right next to it, supermarket is 5min walk away. Specifically for the beach, you can bring your own chairs, etc, and just enjoy or choose umbrellas and chairs of one of the beach bars. Very clean water and pebbly beach. We paid only for our coffees at the beach bar and got the chairs for free at the end of May. I would recommend 100%

Nothing

At first the location seemed a little out-of-the-way (more residential); but once we left the hotel and walked 1 block to the promenade along the sea, we appreciated the less-trafficed location...and parking! Restaurants were very close. The hotel is well run and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The service the staff provided was above our expectations. Wonderful breakfast (gluten free for me :).

This is a brand new hotel, and everything was very modern, very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good, and staff very nice. It's a bit distant to the the harbor/downtown, about 10 min of pleasant walk which we didn't mind.

The room is of normal size, with one door to the outside, and another door to the bathroom on each side of the bed. Above the door leading outside is a brightly lit exit sign, and above the bathroom door for is a flashing light . Some guest before us tried unsuccessfully to cover the flashing light with a bandaid over some toilet tissue. See photos. I cannot understand why these lit signs are necessary -- the room stays brightly illuminated all night, making it EXTREMELY difficult to get a good night sleep. Perhaps some new idiotic EU-mandated building code requirements?
