La hospitalidad de los propietarios y que estuvieran atentos a nosotros. Fueron muy serviciales y estuvimos atendidos a cualquier hora que contactabamos con ellos. La zona es muy segura y el edificio también

German ist ein super netter Gastgeber , der sofort antwortet, wenn man Fragen hat; hat uns sogar bis zum Bankautomaten begleitet und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sehr bedacht und absolut freundlich! Das Apartment ist 100% sicher: unten mit automatischer Sicherheitskontrolle als auch mit Personal. Man ist schnell überall - die Bäckerei/Café nebenan ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Straße ist nicht so toll, aber man ist schnell überall! Aus dem Zimmer darf man keine schöne Aussicht erwarten.

La sécurité de l'immeuble est bien renforcé même si il faut beaucoup de document pour rentrer (remplir une fiche avec beaucoup d'informations), passeport etc. La cuisine est sympa. L'eau est chaude. L'hôte est très gentil.

Le lit est vraiment trop petit pour deux personnes. La nuit a été très compliqué. Les coussins sont en mousse ce qui est pas confortable. L'appart est plutôt petit. Nous pensions avoir accès à la salle de sport, piscine, jacuzzi, mais enfaîte tout est en supplément (il faut payer), ce qui n'est pas marqué dans l'annonce. La moitié de la salle de sport est hors service. On ne peut utiliser que 2 machines en tout.

Emplacement idéal. Arrivée dans le logement très facile. Hôte très sympa et disponible. Propre. Bien équipé. Silencieux.

The location, the quick and helpful communication with the hosts

You can not use the roof top pool without having your space reserved with the hosts AND you can not use the pool or access it even without having a swim cap.. There is a security that wont let you even sit or hang out at the pool area without the swim caps, that i guess you need to worn prob out of hygiene reasons even when not swimming? Also be aware you can not leave your luggage as its doesnt have a luggage room or can not be stored when having a later flight/travel..

Amazing location, well stocked with everything you need. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay

On the smaller side but perfect for what I needed

El ingreso es super fácil y ágil. Bien ubicado, muchas opciones de transporte y comida. Estucieron muy pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo

Great location, loads of restaurants/cafes/supermarket right on doorstep Very kind, responsive and helpful hosts Size of space nice for a short trip to Bogota, nice size kitchen/ clean and modern bathroom Access to swimming pool (warm, and caps provided by host), and gym / sauna (although didn't use these). Sauna/steam room facilities cost 5000 pesos to use for reference.

Bed is a little small, but fine for a couple. (Seemed like a small double in the UK) A little noisy in surrounding area but as expected being in city centre

A veces la fuesta se pine buena afuera y hay mucho ruido, pero cerrando las ventanas ya no molesta para dormir

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein absolutes Highlight war, dass er mich später sogar auf die Mangofarm seiner Familie eingeladen hat. Wir haben dort Mangos gepflückt, ich wurde herzlich empfangen und habe das Spiel Sapo gespielt! Das Apartment selbst liegt super in Chapinero, mit guten Restaurants direkt drumherum. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man ganz Bogotá sehen. Außerdem habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt, da unten stets 2-3 Sicherheitsleute anwesend waren.

Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch, da keine Bezahlung direkt über Booking möglich war. Diese Sorge war aber im Nachhinein völlig unbegründet, da alles wunderbar geklappt hat und der Gastgeber sehr vertrauenswürdig ist.

puerta con cerradura digital, asó que el ingreso fue con contraseña proporcionada por el anfitrión, habitación acogedora, justo lo que necesitaba, muy buena seguridad en el edificio y contaba con piscina que pude disfrutar. Lo que mas me gustó fue la atención de la anfitriona quien todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente a mis solicitudes. Y ni hablar de la ubicación, minimercados, restaurantes y teatros cercanos

Fabulous hosts, very responsive and helpful to any question with lots of local tips. Great location in Chapinero esp for those who like a lively area. Room small and compact but very comfy.

TV options limited but not really an issue for me.

Excelente la ubicación del Aparta estudio, se encontró muy limpio y con excelente comodidades, es cerca de todo, cuenta con muy buenas zonas sociales, y lo más importante es una excelente atención de la encargada del Apt.

I think that the bed sheets don’t smell good. The apartment didn’t smell good. And it hasn’t has lot of things for the use.

Apartamento cómodo en todo el centro de Chapinero y sin ruido. Instalaciones muy nueva y personal muy atento y agradable.

A recepção foi muito boa. O modo de checkin muito eficiente. Os anfitriões muito solícitos. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Muito silencioso, mesmo estando em uma rua bem movimentada.

Great location, very clean, host/owner was very nice and responsive.

Much smaller room than it looks in pictures - very small basic room but was fine for 2 nights.

Hosts were amazing, very helpful providing an early bag drop, with some great recommendations for Bogota! All in all a great stay, the flat is small but great value for money in a good location to feel safe but close to all the tourist sights! Rooftop has great views of the city with a pool and gym!

The apartment was very comfortable. The room was a good size and it came equipped with kitchen equipment, utensils etc. The bathroom was also very good. Lorena and German were very attentive hosts and very responsive throughout our stay and helped us arrange access to the gym. The room also had Netflix which was a bonus. Highly recommend

It would be good if the bed was a little bigger. It was a little on the small side for 2 people but you can make do

Modern, very clean and well-appointed apartment located in a safe area. With a modern kitchen, comfortable bed, very large wardrobe, desk and fast internet. In the bathroom a large shower with hot water, which was never lacking. Very quiet, never heard any noises during my stay. Close to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Very nice and helpful owners Lorena and German - gracias ! Definitely the best place I stayed during my trip around Colombia. I highly recommend it!

Clean and modern apartment. Hot shower, fast WiFi. Small but functional kitchenette with basic crockery, utensils and cookware. Comfortable bed, good window shades. The apartment matched my expectations and the photos were accurate. The hosts were very kind and responsive on WhatsApp, really made me feel welcome 🙏🏻

In the outside hallway there is a beeping noise approximately every 20 seconds, you can hear it inside the apartment. I had to use earplugs at night to fall asleep. Otherwise, there is normal street noise that you would expect in a big city.

Great apartment! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

The location was perfect and so was the communication with the hosts German and Lorena. They were super helpful and nice! We really liked the blinds, so the light wont affect your sleep. Shower was excellent, great pressure and hot water!

The bed was a little small for us, but nothing super annoying.

Easy check-in, excellent communication, and great host availability. German and Lorena were hands down the nicest and most helpful hosts I've ever had, always eager to assist. Having traveled to many countries and worked with numerous hosts, I can confidently say they stand out

I honestly don't know where to start. Owners were so attentive to me, prepared the apartment that spotless I was amazed.. Anything I needed they were there to help.. Their English is also really good so if I didn't know something in Spanish, it wasn't problem for them to know what I wanna say.. The place was very clean, the whole house is in very lovely location close to restaurants, also very safe.. Looking forward to stay there again!

There's not a thing that I would have changed

Good communication with the host. Very convenient and clean building & apartment. Nice that you can use the facilities like the swimming pool (reservation required).

Payment was only possible in cash (payments through booking did not come through).

Super kind hosts, felt very comfortable. Area safe and very lively, a lot of vegan and vegetarian options around the corner. Would stay here again 😊
