Personal al servicio con Dayana al frente excepcionales, serviciales, agradables y discretas, sin molestar en ningún momento, resolviendo todas las necesidades. Bienvenida cocinera excelente. Se ajusta todo a lo que figura en Booking. Se paga en efectivo, sin ningún problema, ya que lo avisan previamente, y sin recargos. Alguna critica negativa que pude leer antes de mi viaje, me hicieron temer algo peor, pero ahora las considero injustas y no ayudan a los que vamos na contratar la villa. Muchas gracias por lo bien que nos han hecho pasar nuestra estancia.

no central air in main part of the house. door from front to back kept open all day and so mosquitos and gnats everywhere. Pool also full of dead bugs. Yard should have been sprayed with repellant.Swarming with mosquitoes.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2024Location was excellent! 5 mins to the beach with golf cart, also walking distance. Very good house distribution. Friendly and dedicated personnel; Dinorah is an excellent cook. Swimming pool and jacuzzi clean and warm. Also there is a TV room which is separately from the living room. I have stayed in many villas over the last 20 years and this is by far one of the best. Excellent value for money.
Fan in the master bedroom too small and far away from the bed; however air conditioning fully functional.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024I would like to point out that there is a difference of US$ 1,315.78 between what we ended up paying and what the page of booking.com reflected if we would have been able to modify the number of persons online. I believe that the behavior of Ms. Salcedo was abusive and lacked total transparency, which has no other explanation than to evade taxes, fool booking.com and to take advantage of our vulnerable situation as we were traveling with guests to celebrate a special occasion.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2023What I didn’t like? Everything way exceeded our expectations. I can’t give enough praised to our maid and cook, Diana and Wendy; they were the best ever, very friendly and their service was 5 stars, always available 24/7!!! The house itself is not modern or recently renovated but everything was clean, on point and confortable. Location of the house is prime, very close to Minitas Beach, we felt very safe…Ohhhh and their breakfast service was outstanding!!!
The thing of not asking for a deposit at the moment of reservation and then send an message requesting to pay all cash was kind of nerving for us, I was a little worried on my way there but their concierge service before, during and after our arrival was absolutely the best ever. I would 100% stay here again and again.

If you are looking for an outstanding Dominican vacation, don't miss this one! I will definitely be back next year !
