The place was very clean well maintained and had everything we needed.The location was also perfect, as it was close to most of the beautiful tourist attractions.

اعجبني موقع الشقة المتميز بالاطلالة، او قربها من الفعاليات والمقاهي والمطاعم والسوبر ماركت، تواصل معي الأستاذ أمين، واعطاني تعليمات واضحة للدخول ووصف دقيق للموقع، الشقة متكاملة سواء في الأثاث، او المطبخ او وسائل الترفيه حيث يوجد تلفزيون ذكي، وانترنت. التكييف ممتاز وكل قسم بتحكم منفصل، انصح بمن يرغب بالاستجمام بالسكن عند الاستاذ أمين، له كل الشكر والتقدير

Clean,spacious, good location,nice owner & very helpful. Excellent apartment in a perfect location! It’s within walking distance of the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and all essential facilities. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a relaxing holiday.

Everything, the owner Mr. Amin is a very nice person, responsible, flexible and helpful

Window sheet was broken in master room, AC in other room was not working (no cooling) but the weather was fine

The location with great view over the lagoon from the living and one bedroom and the two balconies, the size of the living room and bedrooms, the cleanliness, the kitchen appliances and utensils, paper tissues in all rooms, nice and clean bathrooms, wifi, parking space right in front of the apartment, Beautiful and well maintained surroundings of the apartment and easy to find. Nice restaurants and cafés. Pleasant walking area espacialy in the evening. Very safe. The communication with the owner was very clear and helpful. Quick response also.

I liked everything, from the moment I booked until leaving. I look forward to my next stay in the apartment.

Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate. The gave clear instructions, how to check-in and check-out. The community is very good with access to beaches, pools and restaurants.

In Ramadan all the restaurants and cafes were closed till the evening. It was in all the country, I think.

Location and compound facilities

No bed sheets for change during the week of stay.

The apartment's owner Amine was very kind with us and whenever we needed him he was there. The apartment has everything you need and the view from the balconies is very nice.

The floor and the bedsheets were not very clean, they had some stains. The smell of the apartment was a bit strange.

Amazing property. Owners are very kind and organized. Instructions were very clear and communication is on point. Flat is Exactly like the photos. Very clean and well equipped.

Hawana is a nice, recent development just outside Salalah. The 2 BR, 2 bathrooms apartment is located in the center of the development. It has a nice view, and good access to the shops and restaurants nearby (with resident discounts!). It also gives access to the beautiful beach and swimming pools. The host is very friendly and caring. Wifi is also good and very fast.

Best apartment wth beautiful sea view and wth all facilities loved the flat ,in future we love to visit again.
