Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Het appartement heeft een top ligging middenin het Zoute. Je kan overal te voet naartoe en het strand is om de hoek. Grote bonus is de parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Het appartement is ruim en er komt veel daglicht binnen. De host is heel behulpzaam en super sympathiek. Alles was ook erg proper

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026De lokatie is perfect. Vanuit het ruime appartement is alles op loopafstand te bereiken, dus kan de auto in de gratis parkeergarage blijven staan gedurende het verblijf. Het appartement is geheel compleet ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ben altijd heel blij met Netflix en een Nespresso automaat 😀
Heel klein puntje maar, na aankomst was het heel koud in het appartement en ook na een paar dagen bleef het fris. Maar in de zomer komen we heel graag weer terug.

A had an impression that the appartment looks a bit older than shown on the pictures but that doesn't spoil it. It's a super place for families with children.

Alain est très sympathique, disponible et serviable. Un grand merci à Catia pour sa gentillesse suite à notre soucis de chauffage. Vous serez très bien reçu !!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Super schöne Wohnung mit zentraler Lage und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war super. Alain stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung (sei es zur Wohnung oder für Tipps für Unternehmungen ) und hat uns im Vorfeld auch schon Videos zur Wohnung und Ankommen geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Woche dort.
Gibt keine negativen Punkte von unserer Seite.

Reviewed Aug 25, 20251. the owner of the property could not have been more helpful before arriving (helpful videos on how to find the keys, the parking area etc) and throughout the stay with help and advice - thank you Alain! 2. the apartment is spacious for a family of four and equipped with everything we needed for a relatively short stay. We really appreciated the apartment being stocked with all necessary basics and even some coffee and other bits and pieces. It really was a home from home. 3. the area is superb, right in the heart of Zoute and a very short walk to the beach. Everything is so close that bike hire is not really necessary but we did anyway because that's what you do in Zoute!
There are no dislikes of any significance. If we had to mention a couple of things then there are no nice views from the bedrooms and the living room overlooks the high street. However, there are no issues with noise. Also, the apartment is quite expensive... but this is Zoute!! Would we stay here again? Yes.
