Rapport qualité/prix très bon. Emplacement facile, parking couvert à 200m belle vue.

El acceso al Riad es complicado, por la situación y la falta de limpieza de zona.

Buena ubicación en cuanto a cercanía al centro pero la zona un poco regular en cuanto a oscuridad, suciedad, ambiente raro. Buen desayuno. Habitación grande.

El ambiente de la zona no es bueno. No te hacen la habitación, ni la cama ni te cambian la basura. Tienes que estar pidiendo hasta el papel higiénico. La puerta siempre abierta que se coló una persona para no pasar frío en la noche. Los gatos a sus anchas por el comedor. La puerta de la habitación la abres con un empujón. Me ha decepcionado.

Muy buena ubicación, dentro de la Medina pero cerca de una de las puertas de entrada (fácil para entrar con maleta y ubicarse). Personal amable (aunque no hablaban muy bien español y no nos dieron recomendaciones de restaurantes y demás). Desayuno variado y rico.

El baño, aunque está reformado es un poco antiguo para nuestro gusto. Aunque a pesar de ello, la habitación tiene su encanto.

El Riad Amelia nos ha parecido excelente. Sus instalaciones son muy bonitas y todo está impecablemente limpio. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable, atenta y transmite mucha paz, algo que se agradece desde el primer momento. Además, nos prepararon un desayuno abundante y delicioso. La ubicación, dentro de la Medina, es perfecta y muy tranquila, ideal para descansar sin ruidos.

La familia es maravillosa, súper amables y encantadores. Nos recibieron con un té. Desayuno espectacular, le pedimos probar msemen y al día siguiente nos lo pusieron junto con más cosas para probrar típicas de allí. Todo muy limpio y bonito. Teníamos un calefactor en la habitación y no pasamos nada de frío. Ubicación de 10. Ha sido una experiencia excepcional. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Gracias ❤️

Es un Riad de ensueño,todo precioso,limpio,y sobretodo MARÍA que es la mejor,siempre pendiente de todo,un amor de persona❤️te hace sentir como en casa

La amabilidad del personal, que nos facilitaran un taxi para recogernos del aeropuerto y sobre todo el desayuno.

Es un poco oscuro Hay obras cerca y en algunos momentos puede haber mucho ruido

Riad impresionante, fue una grandísima sorpresa. En plena Medina, muy cerca de la plaza Hassan II. Cuando llegas parece que entras a una casa particular, pero una vez dentro ves que es un lugar de lo más auténtico, como un pequeño palacio. El personal muy amable y atento, acompañándote a la habitación. La habitación era espectacular, muy amplia con decoración preciosa. La cama es de las más cómodas que he tenido, y con detalles como las toallas formando dos cisnes, muy romántico. Tiene mininevera, con dos botellas de agua cortesía de la casa, y una mesa con sillas donde pudimos cenar por la noche. El baño muy completo, con gel y champú. Las toallas en buen estado, e incluso con albornoces!!!. A pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, no lo necesitamos, y tenía un gran ventilador que no llegamos a usar. Y para rematar un desayuno impresionante, con zumo natural de naranja fresquito recién exprimido, dos teteras de té marroqui delicioso, pan de varios tipos, especialmente bueno el de sésamo, huevos fritos, crema de cacahuete dulce, queso, miel, olivas... una barbaridad de cantidad y calidad. Si encima lo tomas en su terraza, con sus grandes vistas de la Medina, no puede ser mejor. Mucho mejor que otros de "nosecuantas noches", y a un precio genial, al nivel de considerarlo un chollo por lo que dan.

La decoración es chulísima,parece que estás en un cuento.El desayuno abundante,completo y servido en un comedor muy bonito.

Habitación sin ventanas al exterior.Es algo oscuro,la puerta es muy antigua y no cierra bien.

Ein königlich schönes Zimmer mit dem bequemsten Bett 🤍 tolles Abendessen, das man vorbestellen kann und welches auf der Dachterrasse serviert wird - ein top-Erlebnis! Die Lage super - mitten in der Altstadt und Nahe Busbahnhof CTM. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam- ich fühlte mich sehr gut umsorgt 🤍🤍🤍

Wonderful stay thanks to Maryam and Tizem's (not sure about spellings!) hospitality. A family run riad where you feel at home. They solved queries, shared info, kept our bags after checking out and were readily available at all times. There is a calm atmosphere, tranquil music and a nice terrace to eat and enjoy the views of the city from inside the medina. The rooms are pretty, clean and spacious. The bathrooms have been renovated and have great water pressure. There was shampoo, shower gel, slippers and bathrobes! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, Moroccan style, the star of the stay!

A suggestion, not a problem: The riad is tucked away at the end of an alley; being in the medina it would help to have a sign on the "main" street to help find it. I messaged them and they came to find us in seconds!

We like Riads and this one was beautiful. We liked the plasterwork and old tiles. The staff were quite exceptional

There was a problem with our water which didn’t cause us a problem and will be sorted shortly. It was difficult to find until we found the ‘short cut’ Attention to the small details will make a difference as well as revisiting the description on Booking.com

Great spot right in the Medina. Hosts were super sweet and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and comfortable the breakfast was delicious and huge! Thanks again :)

Shower got a little too hot but otherwise a perfect place to stay!

The location; it was in the heart of the medina, but it was easy to get there. The room was massive, the bed was very comfy.

The people who care for this Riad are wonderful. The building is incredibly beautiful. The location puts you in the middle of the Medina, and is a very exciting place to be.

Excellent location, very friendly staff.

The rooms were decent and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While nothing extraordinary, they were clean and adequately maintained. I had no major complaints about the accommodation itself. The breakfast offered was definitely a highlight. The food was tasty and satisfying, providing a good start to the day. Despite the language barrier, the staff were welcoming and tried their best to assist me. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to provide good service.

Unfortunately, my experience with took a disappointing turn when an emergency situation forced me to leave early. I requested a refund for the night I couldn't stay (I want to mention they were not obligated to refund me), and the staff agreed to it. However, despite multiple reminders, the refund was never processed. This lack of follow-through left me dissatisfied with the overall customer service. The location is situated in the middle of the medina, was not particularly pleasant. The surrounding area was dirty and gave off a sketchy vibe.
