There is always an issue with WIFI, where I need to be given a Extender. The sliding doors to the balcony alwasy struggle more when there is rain due to them being wooden.

The bar area has no vibe and service in the restaurant is very poor. Food still good but the waiters are not up to standard.

Es war ein unerträglicher Gestank aus den Abflusrohren und auch auf dem Gang vor dem Zimmer. Das Internet funktionierte erst nach mehrfacher Rücksprache mit den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption, da es eine Störung gab. Ausblick auf ein schäbiges Dach. Fenster konnten wegen Affen nicht geöffnet werden. Am Abend haben wir das Restaurant besucht. Wir haben das Essen fast komplett zurück gehen lassen, da es von schlechter Qualität und miserabel zubereitet war.

It's far from restaurants and supermarkets. There was no form of indoor entertainment since the weather was cold. They could do better on their picnic package. Water was delivered in the room late (18h00). The aircon heater was not working but they gave us a fan heater.

The room was bad. The beds were hard and gave us back pains The toilet water was yellow colored The bedsheets were stained There was something biting us during the night. And I have marks on my back My dietary requirements were not met. The aircon was not working The wifi only worked once and didn't work afterwards. The tv was very small and connection was bad . The Netflix or any other streaming service didn't work. The food was edible but not good. We were about to leave on the first night but the manager did assist us with getting another room and the bed was better but the experience was still horrible and it felt that the whole stay was not worth it for the price at all

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Not same as last experience at San Lameer, room not luxurious at all for their 4 Star rating, noise level of conference attendees does not make this hotel a Relaxing place to Enjoy as an Escape away from the city. Check before you book at the Hotel if they are hosting a conference there, I suggest do not book if you desire to Relax! Sorry, San Lameer, this visit was not on your level of previous visits! Even giving a bottle of water in your room to your guests is an issue, apparently you only give bottle water to guests after 18:00.

The dining room at night is quite unpleasant as many guests use their phone on speaker to have family chats and to watch sport. I only had one meal and decided to rather go to outside restaurants. I would not recommend this restaurant for a quite night out. I would compare it to a train station.

The room itself could use some work. The beds weren't all that comfortable. The WiFi was pointless and did not work even once during our stay. Our specific rooms shower barely got hot at all and after calling maintenance they claimed that's just how it is.

I booked a delux room, when we checked in the toilet was not working and we had to wait 2 hours for a guy to fix it. We was told there is no other rooms available. Then next day we discovered the aircon was not working and they said they can't do anything about it. I informed them about my displeasure and they eventually gave me a classic room the cheaper option. With a smaller bed no tub and no smart TV I took it as the first one didn't provide what I ha e paid for. However I didn't get a discount or partial refund on the price.

Food service at the hotel restaurant was exceptionaly slow and below standard. Seems a lot of effort is made to accommodate conference guests while ignoring normal paying guests. A simple request to provide a basic off menu request for a toddler with us was denied which was really disappointing. Two hour waits for dinner orders seem to be the norm. Thank goodness for the Country Club as both the food and service was awesome

Airconditioning was down and I had the worse night , heat was terrible and all was provided was a lil fan. The owners said it was due to load shedding bt for resort of thia Caliber I dnt see how u can have a Central AC system given the load shedding issue in the south coast. Seriously needs to be addressed and changed. Also the chait in Room 301 you can not sit on its a sofa with wires only no padding and should be better for this kind of rooms.

We booked 2 rooms 2 nights. The first room's shower was not working well and messed the room. We had notified the staff, who had sent through someone to fix, but it was still very bad. In the 2nd room, on the 2nd day, the aircon wasnt working all night and it was extremely uncomfortable. As we were leaving, it was pointless to ask to move.
