No hay aire acondicionado, aunque los ventiladores eran muy buenos y ayudaron bastante.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026La villa est très grande et la chambre bien décorée. La salle de bain est belle et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et il a lieu dans l'hôtel en contre bas de la villa.
Il n'y a pas vraiment d'accueil.Tout se fait à distance et en self check-in. C'est une opinion très relative, mais cela rend l'arrivée dans cette grande maison un peu froide.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We liked the property and location, the interior and generally the outside garden. The apartment is equipped with the essentials (glasses, plates, cups etc.).
The pillows were way too flat on the bed (for my liking) and no strong fans/AC so be aware if you're going in the peak of summer. The most disappointing part of this experience was being *charged* completely without my awareness 15% of the room rate for a "cleaning" fee based an already 85-90% clean kitchen. I wrote to the owners/managers why this charge occurred on my credit card bill and was then told her that the kitchen was clean. We cleaned it quite thoroughly and the owner told me to be aware of my tone because the cleaning fee fine print was on a sign somewhere in the kitchen. Still unsure if this is legal - but I didn't waste more of my time fighting this. Here's the most important part: I was going to receive a picture from the owner for the "dirty" kitchen ... and after following up - she sent no picture and blatently blamed her cleaner for being a 'liar' (very questionable ethics since this cleaning woman is keeping the standard for all future guests). More importantly, she had mentioned "no other guests have had an issue with this charge" which raises major red flags for other people NOT calling out a random charge and makes me wonder how many times this has occurred to the financial benefit of the hosts. Eventually, I got a reversal of the charge. Due to the owner being unethical and dishonest, I would never stay here again or leave my credit card details with these people.

New and well-equipped shared kitchen-room and other convenient shared rooms. Very nice and quiet location with possibility to reserve parking place in the hotel 50m away from the villa.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Die Lage ist top, 5' vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, per WhatsApp bestens erreichbar. Wunderschöne Altbauvilla mit Garten. Besonders praktisch ist die Küche mit Kühlschrank, welche unkompliziert benutzt werden darf.
Die Bettdecke bzw. der Bettüberwurf dürfte erneuert und v.a. mit einem schönen Bezug versehen werden. So ist es etwas unhygienisch bzw. unangenehm. Zum Glück war es so warm, dass das Bettlacken ausgereicht hat.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Wir haben die drei Tage im Hotel genossen, sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum, Moon & Stars nahe ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Morgenessen war gut, einziger Punkt ist die Zeit, schön wäre es wenn man ab 07 00 Uhr Frühstücken könnte, erst ab 08 00 Uhr möglich, gerade wenn man noch etwas Unternehmen möchte , Wandern, Biken oder Markt ist das etwas spät.

The place is beautifully designed, clean, and very cozy — it really feels like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to the center and the lake. We especially loved the charming garden and the lovely breakfast. Highly recommended!

alles war ok da gibt es nichts konkretes was ich sagen sollte dass da Frühstück auf die andere Seite von der Strasse liegt stört nicht ansonsten kann man sich bringen lassen.

Unser Zimmer war eher einfach und bei schlechtem Wetter ist das längere Sitzen auf dem Bett etwas unbequem (Betthaupt ist hart und 1 dünnes Kissen pro Person federt das nicht ab)....Alternativen gibt es keine. Aber wer sitzt schon lange in seinem Zimmer in Locarno. Bett ist bequem.
2 Zusatzkissen wären gut. Sonst alles gut!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2025Die Villa ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Urlaubstag ein. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zentrum Locarnos ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Cinzia und Nadia sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie vermitteln einem das Gefühl, sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

La mesa del comedor muy pequeña, no tiene donde calendar agua para hacer un te, no hay una TV, diria q no es comoda para ir con niños, la cama pequeña, no es comoda, de hecho mi hija no pudo dormir en ella.

הגענו עם ציוד רב והחנייה זמינה מספר דקות הליכה מהמקום כך שצריך לקחת זאת בחשבון אבל ניתן לעצור ליד הדירה ולפרוק הכל ואז לנסוע לחנות

Aunque el desayuno no estaba incluido teniamos cafe y bollería de cortesia que además reponían cada día, todo un detalle. El personal encargado muy amable. Aunque no está en el centro de Locarno se llega paseando fácilmente.
