Old furniture. Not that clean inside

I think the location is perfect.

Room and bathroom very small , no carpet and the bed and furniture was old.

Very disappointing experience - no proper parking. accessories were not working sufficiently- dark, old styled, untidy rooms.

staff is trying to drain as much money as they can with name of favor and negotiation- bathroom commode drain system not working properly- Also, everything was below standard and quality.

Mattress on bed could be better, perhaps time for renovation of furniture.

Breakfast was not upto the mark like last time. The tea was cold, not much options in dishes served. There was no honey available and no jam. The Bangali incharge did not know the meaning of Honey. when I translated in Hindi/Urdu as "shahad" then also he did not know. No milk available for tea or coffee Fruits was very scarce. Very scanty breakfast.

The location is in the heart of the city , the staff is getel and try to help

The rooms where not ready , staff and cleaning staff has no coordination , when we get to the room the floor mob used was dirty and the floor was still dirty after dry and smells awful . my first room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but was like a book so you can be in bed or you can stand beside it , Paking near or around the hotel is a nightmare and they dont have their own parking .

It's close to many stores. Environment is serene. The internet was fast.

Arabic is the major language. The paper given to me detailing the internet password, time of breakfast were written in Arabic. Saw some strands of hair on the mattress. And the room I stayed smelt cigarette.

The rooms were not clean, the staff were arrogant, they did not have even bath towels, the breakfast was the worst, the beds were with mites, the toilet were unclean, they did not even provide the rooms we booked,

Location is very good. Staffs are very good.

The cover of the toilet window was not good which allows other people from other building to possibly see us while inside the toilet. Needs to have blinds or dark curtain to protect toilet users.

Fairly rude reception staff, hard to get anything on the first time asking including basics like towels/iron Super uncomfortable mattress past its due date and only a single comforter provided. Same with towels had to ask few times to get a second towel. AC smelled and barely worked Had a kitchenette but no cutlery or even a pot / pan to cook on hotplate Should probably avoid unless no other option or staying close to office to avoid traffic

I had a nice stay with my family. Room was neat and clean , there was a complete kitchen in the room with all the required cutlery, crockery and cookingware available. There was a free breakfast. Staff were really nice, they suggested an App for private taxi booking which was economical as compared to normal taxi. They even allowed early check-in.

Bathroom requires some upgrade
