The hotel is quite old.. maybe not in age but you can see they haven’t renovated for long period and poor maintenance, broken tiles in the toilet to the humidity in the ceiling right over the bed. I requested a room in front of the building, since i book it 1 month before my stay, they wrote they would do what they can but nothing happened. Poor management i would say.. since the hotel was not even close to be full

Few facilities have changed we used to have kettle and tea coffee facilities in the room now we have to go downstairs to help ourselves still not a huge problem. Also small remark regarding breakfast we used to have a huge selection of different type of breads this time it was limited.

Грязная ванная комната, полотенца грязные. Сам отель и номер уже старые.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Do atendimento dos rececionistas, do conforto da cama, da limpeza do quarto, do serviço de pequeno-almoço, localização perto de tudo o que pretendíamos visitar.
Só tenho algumas sugestões a fazer: A palavra-passe da internet poderia ter a letra maior (para quem tem problemas de visão é um problema), se os cofres estão em desuso poderiam ser retirados do quarto pois induzem em erro e verificar sempre se as televisões estão ligadas e conectadas porque tivemos de a programar.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026De ruime kamer met een goede airco als ook de locatie op 10 minuten lopen van de boulevard. Ontbijt was erg lekker met voldoende keuze. Voor ieder wat wils. Parkeren op een groot terrein (onverhard/grind) achter het hotel geheel gratis is top.
Kamer is weliswaar ruim maar ook wat gedateerd. Dat geldt zeker voor de badkamer. Het is functioneel en prima te gebruiken maar wat zaken vervangen zou de kamer nog beter laten scoren.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro e a soli 50 metri dalla metropolitana, ideale per raggiungere facilmente il centro storico, l’aeroporto, le spiagge e le principali attrazioni di Porto. Personale sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Struttura datata ma ristrutturata con cura, camere pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante. Connessione Wi-Fi molto veloce e stabile.
L’insonorizzazione è il principale punto debole: si sentono facilmente rumori provenienti dalle altre camere e dall’esterno. Il televisore è ormai datato e andrebbe sostituito. Sarebbe gradita la presenza di una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia e di un bollitore con tè o caffè in camera. Inoltre, il prezzo di listino mi è sembrato un po’ elevato rispetto al livello della struttura; grazie allo sconto VIP il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato invece soddisfacente.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Dicht bij de metro die rechtstreeks naar down town porto gaat. Dicht bij Vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima bed en douche. Hebben er niet ontbeten, kan er dus niets over zeggen. Konden onze bagage opslaan voor een paar dagen.
Staat geen naam op de gevel waardoor je twijfelt of het het juiste hotel is. Het S ouder en kan wel opknapbeurt gebruiken.

It's very difficult to get a good night sleep; the noise coming from outside makes it seem like the room doesn't have a window. They should invest in triple-glazed windows. And not to mention that it doesn't have a shower cap

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The hotel was spotlessly clean, and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very basic and hot breakfast items were cold and inedible. I made staff aware of this and they offered to microwave the plate of food. There are plenty of lovely cafes close by, which provided nicer, cheaper options. The beach is beautiful, however, there were no sunloungers for rent on Matosinhos beach, so I wouldn't choose the location again, for this reason.

Não tem estacionamento, ouvia muito ruido do exterior, e o wc era muito antigo, a banheira está degradada e o autoclismo fazia muito barulho a encher.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Hotel was only 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport and has 24-hour reception. Perfect for one-night stay following late flight. Good-sized room and bathroom with good light. Air conditioning efficient and silent.
Reception staffed after midnight but I would have liked help with a heavy suitcase and steps, and none was offered. The breakfast room was huge and unstaffed, and I was the only guest.

I was ready to write a glowing review of this place, the staff was so nice and the place looked so clean and inviting. However, it started with a toilet that kept running until my sister fixed it, a shower and phone that didn’t work. No tv remote, plug outlet I had to get on my hands and knees to access, lights that didn’t work, no washcloths since shower wouldn’t work. The room obviously was not ready for guests. No signage on outside
