A great resort. Beautiful hotel, food was amazing as well as the service. Specifically the reservation services were amazing as they helped us with issues we had in the best way possible.

The beach club (which is the main hotel pool) is open to the public with a fee over the weekend and it actually costs extra for hotel guests at this time. It’s also with loud music on these days. We were at garden and sea views rooms which were overall very nice, one thing - the air condition was not cold enough at night (minimum of 22 deg)

La piscine est très sympa, le personnel disponible et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner excellent ! La chambre spacieuse et la terrasse un vrai + Hôtel très calme et très agréable

Peu adapté à une famille avec de jeunes enfants. DJ set toute l’après-midi et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très excentré par rapport au centre de l’île.

Everything was great. There is a beach club that plays loud music but it didn’t bother much.

חדר ענק, יש בו הכל, יוצא לבריכה משותפת ברמה גבוהה. האיזור שקט וזה בדיוק מה שחיפשנו. הצוות תמיד עשה מעל ומעבר להענות לבקשות שלנו ולסייע. אוירה מצויינת, חוף ים יפה.

מרגיש שחסר קצת פעילויות במלון. חוף הים המדהים - ללא כסאות נוח/שמשיות. רמת הנקיון בתוך החדרים טעונה שיפור

Hôtel magnifique, personnel très gentil et serviable

L’organisation des serveuses lors du petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas top, 40min pour 2 cafés, on viens nous voir 3x avec 3 serveuses différentes

We split our stay in Koh Samui into two parts – one on the west side of the island and one on the east side. Choosing Nikki Beach Resort for our stay on the west side was absolutely the perfect decision. ❤️🌸 Our beachfront villa with a private pool was exceptional! Everything was perfect. We had two spacious, clean and beautifully designed bedrooms, as well as a comfortable living room with balcony door from each side. Our private pool was right in front of the beach, and we also had a lovely courtyard where birds came to visit us all the time. :) The hotel is located on the west side of Koh Samui, so we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets even during the monsoon season. We will never forget the magical moment when our son had a Muay Thai training session in our courtyard during sunset. The hotel’s Muay Thai trainer was incredibly professional and kind, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! 🙏 We also enjoyed a wonderful Thai massage at the hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners with nice fire show in the evening. The beach was clean, shared pool with bar and cool DJ playing for the most of the day 😎👏 had great vibes - whole atmosphere of the resort was very special. Staff - wonderfull! We had unforgettable Thai stay and would happily come back again!

We really appreciated the reasonably priced in-room dining service and loved enjoying meals on our private terrace with ocean and sunset views. Considering how exceptional everything else at the resort was, we only felt the in-room dining food could be refined a little more to match the same level of quality.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr schönen, langen Sandstrand. Die Anlage gehört zu den allerschönsten, die die Insel zu bieten hat. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr familiär, sie sind überdurchschnittlich nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren an vielen Orten der Insel, aber etwas Vergleichbares haben wir nirgens erlebt! Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Points positifs : Un personnel professionnel, serviable et souriant (ex : Nancy et tant d’autres). Excellent travail des femmes de ménage dans les chambres. De belles chambres luxueuses, spacieuses et confortables. 2 belles piscines. Bon service de conciergerie (utile pour la programmation d’activités extérieures). Salle de sport correcte. Belle boutique NIKKI BEACH SAMUI. Petit déjeuner satisfait dans son ensemble. Pas mal de choix. Bon service bagagiste.

Points d’amélioration : Le spa n’est pas inclus (sauna,…) dans le prix des séjour même pour les clients de l’hôtel. La réception est efficace même si parfois le temps d’attente d’une commande peut être long. Un menu pas assez varié, bien souvent les sushis, de même que les burgers sont indisponibles. Problème récurrent avec la chasse d’eau des toilettes : pression insuffisante pour l’évacuation des déchets. Le DJ à la piscine met des musiques trop molles, c’est un beach club il faut des musiques qui ambiance avec des paroles (Calvin Harris/David Guetta,…).

Super schöne hochwertige Ausstattung der Zimmer und Anlage. Große Terasse/Balkon bei den Poolsuiten. Das Personal war unfassbar nett und aufmerksam und verdient ein extra Lob. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Musik am zentralen Pool war mir zu laut, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend. Geweldig ontbijt en fantastisch personeel. Kamers zijn groot en zijn luxueus! Lekker bed en goede hygiëne. Je hebt geen last van harde muziek wat sommige mensen zeggen, op de kamers is niets te horen en het gaat ook niet tot laat door. Ook de lunch en avondeten is erg goed, in de buurt van het resort konden wij zelf eigenlijk niets beter vinden dan hier. Wij zouden dit zeker de volgende keer weer boeken. Dikke aanrader!

Airconditioning op de kamer vonden wij zelf best luid. Het is wel een stukje uit de richting van de marktjes etc. Houd dus rekening met 30 minuutjes reistijd hiervoor.

Es war genial! Zimmer mit direktem Pool Zugang war super. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden! Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war super und wir wurden sehr verwöhnt.

Ein kleiner Punkt, dass bei der Regendusche nicht alle Drüsen funktionierten.

Music around the pool insufferable! Get the vibe but let’s also kick back and listen to the ocean lapping the sand! Girls parading around the pool - really ????! Thought this kind of misogyny was dead in a place like this !!! At least throw in some male dancers for a balance - pretty unbelievable! Female dancers having to dodge the unwanted advances of men on sun loungers - YUK.

Super schöne Zimmer direkt am Pool. Der Pool war 24/7 offen und abends auch recht warm - super angenehm. Toll mit dem nutzbaren Beachclub.

There is always a good vibe at the resort and the staff were always helpful. Great for a getaway experience. There were some eateries nearby and that was important because Lipa Noi is relatively remote compared to the other areas like Lamai or Maenam.

The water temperature in both pools were warm, which was not great when you want a cool dip after staying out in the sun.

Staff were amazing, location and beach was great. Also the food was 10/10

Les chambres sont très belles, propres et spacieuses. Superbe piscine en face des chambres, très belle plage. Le service est excellent mais la qualité de la nourriture n'égale pas le reste.

La nourriture n'équivaut pas au standing visé. Trop "européenne" et pas assez thaïe pour nous. Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait autant de musique, heureusement que vers les chambres c'est calme :-)

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in ever ! Such a beautiful resort with so many views, the pool is massive and is litten up at night time you can also swim during late night, rooms are amazing very spacious, beach is right nearby the hotel and is a beautiful beach! The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I have ever had in my life loads of variation! Staff are so friendly and so helpful! We also was there to witness a fire show on the resort which was fun and great entertainment!

Only thing I could mention is that in the rooms there is a cupboard with alcohol, snacks and fizzy drinks. These do come at an extra rate of charge, even though they are in your rooms.

Amazing stay here! The resort was beyond amazing, from the stunning views, to the activities they had on daily. The staff were beyond amazing, so helpful and kind.

room is exactly like pictures! absolutely loved the room, and the toilet, the pool was clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating! absolutely loved this place and would recommend! very clean

Hotel is far out from main strip/ area (our fault) however if you like peace and quiet then go for it!

Great attention to detail. Rooms are gorgeous and pool area is also amazing. Great value for money. Breakfast was also very good and staff was friendly. Sunsets are out of this world.

Viikonloppuisin Beach clubin pedit ovat maksullisia. Musiikki on todella kovalla, mutta pedin valinnalla pystyy siihen vaikuttamaan. Sijainti aika kaukana kaikesta tapahtumasta ja kuljetus näin myös kalliimpaa. Palvelu ihan ok, mutta ei erottunut edukseen verrattaen muihin Thaimaan hotelleihin

Sehr schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer tolle Pools.

Es liegt sehr abgelegen. Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich. Es gibt sehr nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter aber leider auch einige sehr langsame und uninteressierte. Service ist daher nicht zufriedenstellend.

Sehr sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Super Pool und jeden Tag ein cooler DJ.

Es hat direkt am Strand Quallen, aber 100 Meter weiter war es super schön.

Pool kamer was fantastisch. Personeel heel vriendelijk en de kamers super schoon. Lekker met je eigen bedje aan het zwembad. Ook kan de service van het grote zwembad naar de kamer gebracht worden, lekker sushi bv. Ontbijt was ook super goed. Goede gym!

Elke dag enorm harde muziek bij het grote zwembad, voor ons een reden om daar helaas niet meer te liggen. Gelukkig was het heel rustig bij het zwembad voor de kamer, waar je heerlijk kunt genieten in alle rust.

L’établissement loin des zones touristiques était tout à fait à notre goût. La villa est propre et le personnel charmant. Le buffet est particulièrement apprécié.

Nous avons loué la villa, malheureusement les oreillers étaient particulièrement inconfortables et les serviettes de toilettes n’étaient pas de première fraîcheur. Le bruit des enceintes du DJ tous les jours de 12h00 à 19h00 n’était pas du tout de notre goût… enfin les quantités dans les assiettes sont assez médiocres surtout pour le prix…

Das wir für liegen am Pool zahlen sollten Das WC am Pool war überhaupt nicht sauber bei einer Party am Sonntag bei den Damen eher sehr schmutzig

We liked the beautiful setting and bungalows. Great vibe with great music at the pool on weekdays. Very good DJ. We recommend to stay on weekdays only. Definitely a good choice for 2-3 days. Some nice but very simple dining options outside.

Unfortunately on the weekend the hotel reserved the pool area to external guests and as hotel guests we were requested a quite high minimum spend to use the sun beds at the pool on the weekend. As a party of 4 with two teenage daughters it was an unreasonable amount. This policy was not mentioned upon reservation and we only discovered it upon arrival. It spoiled our weekend, 2 out of 6 days. The music these days was too loud and messy as there was also life music which was not matching the rythm of the DJ music. A noisy atmosphere with not so distinguished guests. We felt not comfortable and not respected as hotel guests. Food was average and overpriced and staff was kind but not very professional. Water sports material (SUP) was in bad condition. The beach is smaller as it looks on the pictures. We would not recommend to spend a weekend at this hotel.
