El apartamento está muy deteriorado y es muy ruidoso, al menos el fin de semana que estuvimos. El piso de abajo es un bar que está abierto toda la noche y hay personas en la calle gritando y bebiendo hasta la madrugada o la mañana siguiente. Justo en la ventana hay una farola que no deja de.parpadear y por la noche es muy molesto al no haber persianas. El baño apenas tiene luz y la zona de la ducha está completamente oscura

Very pretty and clean apartment in central Aarhus

Street lamps right in front of the windows and no proper curtains - you could easily read a book on your bed with the lights off. And you'd have plenty of time for that - you can hear everything through the floor from the jazz bar below (closing at 2am). So although the place is very pretty, you won't be able to get any sleep, which is like the main thing you want from any accommodation.

Large space and well equipped.

Very much noice from the outside and very warm inside. A fan would have helped so that windows could been closed and not so much noice got in.

Rigtig ærgerligt at lejligheden er så “lydt” med beliggenheden ovenpå en jazz café og til den måske mest trafikerede vej i Århus. Giver især i weekenderne svære betingelser når man skal sove.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Backofentür war defekt, Wasserkran Küche lose, Haustüre konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, leider kein Toaster, sehr steile schmale Treppen im Treppenhaus

Het appartement ligt boven een cafeetje, aan een drukke doorgaande weg. De slaapkamerdeur is van glas, weinig privacy.

Locatie is prima.

Ramen sluiten niet 100%, daardoor hoor je letterlijk de auto’s en tram alsof je buiten bent. De keuken is mooi, maar gammel gemonteerd. Oven sluit niet, kraan beweegt, etc.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (avec deux lits double). Centre ville facilement accessible à pied ou en transport. Parking Navitas à proximité.

Appartement très lumineux sans rideaux ou stores et rue très passante. Prévoir bouchons d'oreilles et masque de nuit si vous êtes sensibles.

Der manglede et gardin, ved det ene vindue, som betød at dem, der skulle sove i sengen, lå til frit udsyn. Der var 1,5 rulle toiletpapir til 5 mennesker. Enten skal der være nok eller orientering om, at man selv skal huske at have toiletpapir med. Der var utrolig varmt i lejligheden og inden blæser eller orientering om, at det måske var en nødvendighed i den varme, der var, da vi boede i lejligheden. Meget støj fra jazz-baren nedenfor og støj generelt fra gaden ud til sent nat. Meget smalle senge.

Apartamento bom, espaçoso, com um quarto confortável e outro dividido com a sala, mas com cama boa em ambos. A sala é ampla e tem cozinha bem equipada. Tem máquina de lavar e secar roupas funcionando bem.

Faltam cortinas blackout no quarto e sala e máquina de lavar precisa de limpeza. Porta do quarto de vidro. Falta 1 cortina na sala.

Location was close to the city center and has decent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Green zone parking lot within easy walking distance.

Needs some extra cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Need black out curtains for shirt summer nights, especially in the primary bedroom where a light outside the window is on all night. Noisy outside, but gets warm in the apartment if you keep the windows shut.

Det at der er mulighed for eget køkken hvor der lige kan laves morgenmad og plads til lave lidt snacks til sen aften. Super rart med opvaskemaskinen.

Mangel af en vandkande. Ovnlågen kan ikke lukkes ordentligt og "slåser" lidt med skuffen ved siden. Brug ikke så meget skyllemiddel til sengetøj mm .... Det duftede meget skarp ifht kommende allergier... Parfumeret skyllemiddel og sæbe .. Den udvendige trappe er svært at komme op og ned ad, når også hoveddøren er meget stram ... Sengene var meget smalle 😉

The space is quite spacious and well-appointed; the rooms are large. During cold weather, the heating system reliably provides warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering an excellent space for meal preparation.

The lighting is too dim, especially in the bathroom.There is no elevator, and the stairs are somewhat steep—consider this if you have heavy luggage!! After staying for two weeks, the digital security measures never functioned properly!

Det var fremragende og lejligheden lå rigtigt godt beliggende🫶 gode faciliteter

Man kunne høre at der var en jazz klub nedenunder, så der var en del støj derfra og musikken kunne høres inde i stuen

Billederne lever ikke op til det man kommer til. Generelt fremstår lejligheden slidt. Sofa og senge har en meget dårlig komfort. Der bliver ikke nævnt nogen steder i opslaget, at der er støj fra sporvogn, jazzbar mm.

Forkert information på jeres hjemmeside I glemte at fortælle at vi sover over en jazzbar, så minus søvn Dårlig udstyr i køkkenet, 1 teske til 5 bare et eksempel, tørretumbler der ikke virker, starter med at tømme opvasker, husk at skriv det ikke er handicap venligt!!!! Misinformation ang parkering, fint når man er ung, men ikke når man er 62 år og dårlig gående

Entraba mucha luz natural y las cortinas son blancas así que de igual manera entra luz, para dormir era incómodo porque entraba la luz de la calle también. Además, la ducha era muy oscura, poca iluminación del baño.

Spacious, laundry facilities, comfortable, airy. Host was very responsive to a few issues we had. Really appreciated the host allowing us to leave our luggage at the property after check out time.

No curtains on the windows in bedroom areas. Shower is dark and needs a deep clean.

Si hay personas con dificultades de movilidad, las escaleras pueden ser un inconveniente. Para nosotros no fue problema

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gefallen. Ein freundliches und sauberes Ambiente der Fewo hat unseren Aufenthalt in Aarhus abgerundet. Die gut besuchte Bar im Haus (anderer Eingang) ist auch ganz nett. Oft gibt es hier Life-Musik. Dann ist es abends/nachts wahrscheinlich nochmal einbissel lauter. Wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Unweit des Hauses ist ein Parkplatz. Das Zentrum und der Hafen von Aarhus ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung eindeutig weiterempfehlen.

Kleine Löffel konnten wir nicht finden. Ansonsten super eingerichtet. Der Schließer der Haustür (unten) ist zu stark eingestellt. Man wird regelrecht durch die Tür nach aussen auf den Fußweg über eine kleine steile Treppe gedrückt. Kann leicht behoben werden. Im Hausflur/Treppenhaus hat es extrem nach parfümierten Waschmittel gerochen, weil hier die Wäsche getrocknet wurde. Das penetrant parfümierte Waschmittel wurde auch zum Waschen der Bettwäsche und Handtücher verwendet. Tipp: Besser weniger stark riechendes Waschmittel mit dezenten Duft benutzen. ... Sonst riecht man sein eigenes Parfüm nicht mehr. Nur der bloße und kurze Kontakt zur Bettwäsche ließ unsere Kleidung noch zu Hause danach riechen.

On the edge of the university district, upstairs from a bar, but surprisingly quiet. Short walk to lost of restaurants and also grocery stores. Pleasant walk through old town to cathedral and on to ARoS. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen.

Very bright in bedroom, blinds would be helpful, bring eye patches! Dryer provided, but would have liked a clothes airer. Short walk to paid parking, but does fill up when people come home from work, and is quite expensive. Front door to building is very heavy, and lock a bit temperamental, had to jiggle it a lot. Stairs to front door and internal ones very steep.

Would be good to write that apartment is on top of a jazz bar with a lot of smoking outside which goes into the apartment- very noisy trafficked area

Thé unit had several nice features and a well appointed kitchen that had numerous small appliances but no toaster.

Thé unit is above a BAR !! The curtains in the bedroom do nothing to keep out the illumination from the street light outside the window. There were several electrical outlets that were suspect and could use some attention. All this was topped off by the entry stairs that were extremely steep with narrow treads in a spiral configuration that are extremely dangerous for most guests and the listing should reflect this hazard ( pictures attached ) .

Bed was in bad condition, very lumpy. Standing shelving next to the bed was on the verge of collapse. Street parking was hard to find.

Great location! Apartment was way bigger than expected. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Shower has great water pressure and temperature.

Walls are thin and you can hear footsteps from the common stairs as the main bedroom is right next to the common stairs. The apartment is also facing the main street, in front of the tram tracks and above a bar. Luckily we're not light sleeper, so that didn't bother us much.

A cozy apartment in a central location in Aarhus. This place has likely been renovated/repaired since the last few negative comments, as it is tidy and clean. The issue with the bright street lamp has been elegantly fixed with a velvet curtain and one can really tell the owners put in the effort to make the best out of the apartment.

I was a little nervous about arriving as I had seen some negative reviews after we booked the accommodation about the sheets and the window being broken, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town, it is right above a jazz bar, but the noise isn't too bad, you can just hear the murmur of people talking - the jazz bar is great & you should definitely visit! The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything we needed, we wish we stayed longer. Aarhus is a beautiful city and this apartment was exactly what we needed for our time there. There was nothing wrong with the sheets & the windows were all fixed!! It was great as there was a washer & dryer so we could prep for our next spot.

The stairs to the apartment are a little steep, so just be careful taking bags up. There is no light where the shower is, but I just leant my phone torch towards the shower and it was totally fine. The bedrooms are quite bright as there are street lights right outside, would have been better with proper curtains, rather than just net curtains but my partner hung a blanket up in one of the windows which definitely made it better.

The location was ideal, with convenient nearby parking. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the host was quick to respond and very friendly. The apartment itself was spacious with effective heating that made it cozy and comfortable.

The stairwell was very steep, which may be challenging for some guests. Although the linens were clean, they appeared quite worn. The listing mentioned shampoo, but there was only a single dispenser filled with body wash. Additionally, street noise was quite noticeable, almost as if the windows were open.

It was lovely and big. It was also central so close to shops.

No heavy curtains to block out the constant bright lights outside. The stairs to the flat are really steep so you need to be careful going down them. Not as clean as I would have liked.

There are nice things about this accomondation. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, and nice stovetops. The living room has a comfortable couch, and a dining table. The shower is a bit dark, but works well.

Although we had a lovely time in Aarhus, we did have some complaints about the apartment. The apartment, although very clean, isn't in a very good condition. One of the windows is broken, and fixed with a wooden bord. One of the drawers in the kitchen is broken, and the lack of blackout curtains make it hard to get a good night rest. Next to the windows in the bedroom are two streetlights, and because sunrise is pretty early in Denmark we would wake up around 7 every day. A lot of people in the reviews complain about the noise that comes from the jazzbar downstairs. We stayed over the weekend, and we didn't hear any loud noises from the bar. Maybe we were lucky because there weren't any live performances, but we didn't find this an issue. We did had to wear earplugs though, but that was because the apartment is located next to a very busy street. Overall, I think the apartment has great potential, but there are some aspects which makes the stay a lot more uncomfortable. If the owner would fix the broken windows and hung up some proper curtains, it would be a lot nicer. The only downside would then be the loud traffic noises.

The apartment is located near the city center and harbor. It is easily walkable to a tram stop.

The tram squeals all hours of the day and it is jarringly loud. There is a bar downstairs and the noise from the patrons coming and going was also quite loud until really late hours. There are also no black out curtains and so there is constant light (in the summer). It is not the best set up for families with young children.

Close to the centre, coffee´s bistros and bakeries. Also very close to the ledbane station and coastline. The ovners are helpful and communications is very easy.

Bit noisy as the flat is just up to the jazz club.
