Vendo uma classificação tão boa no booking, não tive dúvida em reservar este local. Ao chegar, vejo o sofá sujo, a cama feita sem qualquer edredon, com lençol que mais parecia resguardo de cama. Ao levantar a roupa de cama, havia mais duas proteções de colchão por baixo, mas com falta de higiene, pois apresentavam cabelos entre elas e manchas amarelas. Ao chegar ao wc lavei logo a sanita porque estava mal limpa. O cheiro a mofo sentia-se, próprio de uma casa muito húmida e vejo mofo nas paredes e candeeiros junto à cama. A casa já tinha a janela aberta, mas isso não é solução, e ainda por cima num r/c com barulho da rua e as pessoas a passar, nem se pode abrir o cortinado. Não ia estragar o meu último dia na Bélgica e decidi cancelar a estadia, apesar da perda do dinheiro, escolhendo outro local igualmente central e próprio para de dormir em paz. Avisei o proprietário que ia cancelar e respetivos motivos, respondeu-me que o empregado não confirmou esta versão, e que ele próprio iria ver com os próprios olhos. Não me respondeu mais nem deu qualquer pedido de desculpa. (Infelizmente não deixam colocar fotos)

Great view and central location. Lots of coffee with condensed milk and great tea selection. Well stocked kitchen including spices, tomato soup, etc. Although we didn‘tbuse it, we could have gotten an early checkin at 13:00.

Don‘t eat at the nearby lebanese restsurant Layali Lobnan, despite its high rating. Look at the lowest ratings to get an accurate picture. It’s odd that the reviews are almost all 5 or 1. It‘s very dirty, hot, not authentic, way overpriced costing 30 Euro a person without drinks for only normal sized portions. Both of us got serious diarrhea after eating dinner there, our first and only meal of the day. Food wasn‘t even very good.

Das mann nicht wirklich die Fenster offen lsssen konnte in der Nacht Die Luft in der Wohnung war durch das nicht Lüften können ein wenig Mufflig Wenn mann für 2 Personen Bucht sollte jeder eine Bettdecke haben. mussten eine Teilen.

Het is een heerlijk groot appartement met alles erop en eraan. Vlakbij het centrum. Aan alles is gedacht. Lekkere koffie en thee, douche artikelen, waaiers. Gewoon geweldig 🤩

Ik geef een 10 uit 10. De ligging is perfect, de parking op 1 minuut en de bakker naast de deur. Uitzicht op de kerk en citadel.Toen wij kwamen stonden de blowers/airco aan. Superschoon, een fijne diuche, het kussen rook heerlijk fris (Ik vermeld dit omdat ik dat nog niet eerder zo mee maaktel. Genoeg koffie, thee en zelfs een drinksoepje. Reactie van host is supersnel. Kortom een heerlijk appaetement (op de begane grond). Ik ga zeker weer boeken voor mijn volgende trip naar Dinant.

the shower was slippery, there were some spider webs around and the wifi didn't work. The apartment is at the ground floor that means that it’s almost impossible to open the only window of the apartment

The accomodation was spacious snd perfectly located. Nevertheless, it was very quiet, Perfect!

De locatie is fantastisch met zicht op de kathedraal en de citadel. Ook is de accommodatie met zorg en veel smaak ingericht. Veel licht in de kamers en alles was schoon, een fijne sfeer. De bedden sliepen goed.

Er lag voor 1 persoon handdoeken in plaats voor 2. Verder was alles naar wens. We waren op de fiets gekomen, maar die konden we niet goed stallen, dat was wel jammer. Dus de volgende dag liepen we met fiets en bepakking door Dinant.

La vue exexceptionnelle et on ne s’en lasse pas. Il est très bien situé . L’appartement est très agréable et confortable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la salle à manger et le salon jolis spacieux et confortables. Mention spéciale pour le canapé

Les chambres sont côté rue et sans double vitrage, on entend pas mal la circulation mais la nuit ça va et puis on s’habitue assez vite

L'emplacement et la vue sont un super atout. L'appartement est très bien équipé, clair et agréable.

Het appartement ligt fantastisch. Heerlijk bed. Goede wifi.

Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud. Toilet spoelt niet goed door. Douchekraan zit vast. Je kunt alleen douchen met heet water. De zitkussens van de bank lopen schuin af waardoor je niet comfortabel zit.

The property was very comfortable and had the perfect location! It was spacious and had all the essentials. The property owner was also very understanding and helpful!

In terms of cleaning, in the bed and on the sink there were quite a few hairs before we had used the facilities. The kitchen itself could also have been more clean as there was oil splatter in the stove.

Thermostat was not changing when increasing heat. Room stayed at 16-17 degrees which felt quite cold for winter time

Rien, c'était parfait.

L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement, le confort, la générosité du propriétaire (café et tisane, huile, épices..) à disposition. Même une trousse de secours ainsi que des plaids. Tout était parfait. Un parking à proximité à bas prix voir gratuit de 17 h à 9h. Bravo

Le musée Sax est vraiment très petit. Le musée de la polyphonie était fermé.

Tolle Aussicht und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Toll eingerichtet. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht in Dinant (Zwischenstopp), aber das war es alle Mal wert.

Amazing stay. Xiyan was very nice and informed us when flat was available earlier. Really appreciated. Next time we hope to stay longer. Flat is in the center and it's fully equipped. Recommended 100%.

Parfait emplacement, confortable

Sehr schönes Apartment, super zentral gelegen, toller Blick auf die Zitadelle, Bäcker und Parken nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Check-in problemlos, Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gemütliche Beleuchtung, trotz Straße vorm Haus nachts sehr ruhig, wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Allen Komfort den man braucht. Wir waren voll zufrieden für eine Nacht. Top.

Leider hat die gute Fee des Hauses wohl vergessen eine Decke in den Bezug zu ziehen. War aber nicht weiter schlimm. Haben nicht gefroren.

The location is superb. Even though Dinant is not a big town, the proximity to many food options is great. I could also view the postcard view of the church and the citadel from the unit. Also very close to the train station. The accommodation is spacious and true to the photos shown in the listing. 👍 it is also well equipped with everything you need. Owner is also very responsive and helpful. Greatly appreciate that.

It was one of the best apartments I ve stayed so far. Super clean, amazing view, everything that you might need in a house, you will find it! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that it's the best option you have in Dinant, if you find it available you should book it!

Nothing to mention

This appartement is the perfect place if you want to explore Dinant. It’s very close to everything and it has an amazing view! The host also gave us a message when the room was ready before the official check in time, which we really appreciated.

We do understand that this is not something the host has control over, but it did have an effect on our stay. The neighbours upstairs were extremely loud. They made so much noise the whole evening and morning. It sounded like they were doing some sort of parkour in their apartment, lots of running and jumping etc, this would go on until 23:30 and started again around 7:00. Very glad we don’t live under these people permanently :)

The view and excellent location! Very convenient and well appointed place to stay! The host was courteous and pleasant to communicate.

The sheets, pillows, and towels felt unclean and smelled a bit stale and used. The entrance hallway smelled damp and was dark and dirty. Flies were about inside the place.

Great view middle in the city front of the cannel. Parking cost 1 Euro per hour 09 to 17:00 around the hotel area.

Amazing apartment easy to locate. Suspicious room perfect for the family. Everything nearby max 2 min walk. Highly recommended. Internet needs to be improve.

Such a nice apartment, with the perfect view. Really cozy and the bed was really nice. The host replied really fast and was super friendly! We had some issues with the toilet which got fixed fast as well. The host gave us a lot of tips of what we could do since we arrived early. I recommend!

I was in the ground floor and footsteps above me is very loud specially if kids is playing. Also the sounds from the street is loud too.

The view out the front picture window is epic. (If you stay on the other side of the river, you don't have this epic view). This was our last day in Belgium, so we were tired on our last morning - and the apartment provided Prime and Netflix, so we watched a movie in the morning before heading out. That was nice and relaxing. Spacious, nice layout. Comfortable. Parking is just down the road (covered parking in a drive in parking lot - or some parking on the street). Parking is free. No problem parking. Short walk to everything.
