It was in a good location.

Hostess did not leave any toiletries like prior places I had stayed. There was no soap.

Todo estuvo súper bien. Muy buena ubicación. Tenía todo lo necesario. Los host, muy amables y muy atentos Super recomendable.

Vicinanza e composizione. Comoda, calda, nonostante il brutto tempo ed il freddo trovato ad Atene nei giorni del nostro soggiorno, e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Il nostro contatto Bill molto cordiale e disponibile.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa, direi che i materassi dei letti non erano proprio il massimo del comfort.

Daire, çok merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Sintagma metro çıkışına ve pek çok turistik noktaya yürüyerek ulaşım mümkün. Yeme içme mekânlarına yakın olması da büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Hem şehrin turistik atmosferini yaşamak hem de yerel hayatı deneyimlemek için oldukça ideal bir konumda. Daire, iki ayrı odadan oluşuyor ve dört kişi için oldukça konforlu. Ütü, saç kurutma makinesi, yedek havlu ve temel ihtiyaçların düşünülmüş olması konaklamayı daha da rahat hale getiriyor. Girişte Bill tarafından karşılandık. İletişim çok kolaydı; WhatsApp üzerinden hızlı dönüş yaptı ve daireyle ilgili tüm gerekli bilgileri paylaştı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

The location is great, on the Nikis str, the heart of restaurants and cafes, 5 min walk from the airport shuttle bus station at Syntagma Square, walking distance to the shopping area at Ermour str. and Acropolis . The apartment is big enough for 4 people , plus the tiny balcony for smokers, mineral water welcome complement at the fridge. The host helped with the luggage.

The apartment is located in an old building, needs some renovation, painting the walls, fixing the sofa at the entrance, adding extra high chares at the kitchen bar, replacing the hairdryer - too small looks like a toy, doesn't do the job. The elevator is very small, only enough for one person with luggage, dark entrance lobby, no code just one key to enter the building door and a key to the apartment. Week stream at the shower, no microwave, the air-conditioning is not good for heating, not hot enough and it smells and makes noise. Very noisy on weekends even if the windows are closed, no sound proof.

Το πιστολάκι μαλλιών ειναι κυριολεκτικά ένα παιδικο παιγνίδι, που υποβαθμιζει πολυ το επίπεδο υπηρεσιών του καταλύματος και με δυσκολεψε πολύ κατα τη διαμονή μου εκει. Η ανάγκη αντικατάστασής του ειναι άμεση και κοστίζει ελάχιστα ! Επισης θα προσθετε πολλά, χωρίς μεγάλο κόστος, μια μηχανή εσπρέσο. Η καθαριότητα και η απολύμανση του διαμερίσματος, τέλος, πρεπει να ειναι πιο σχολαστικη.

El Internet era mala y lenta. No había secadora de ropa.

Appartamento spazioso, ben fornito, bene arredato e pulito, in una piccola strada del centro, alberata e graziosa. Spazio esterno piccolo ma gradevole. Posizione strategica a 5 minuti dalla metro di Syntagma e 10 minuti scarsi da Monastiraki. I doppi vetri isolano bene.

L'acqua usciva male dal soffione della doccia e ho dovuto utilizzare il doccino.

We loved this apartment, it’s superbly comfortable, immaculately clean, well equipped and the location is fantastic - a few minutes walk to the metro, the centre of Athens and the beautiful Plaka district! Also surrounded by coffee shops and artisans bakeries as well as lovely bars and restaurants!

The only small issue was the overhead shower which didn’t work so well, but the hand held shower head was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very convenient, close to all the main attractions—only about a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with everything you might need. It faces a quiet little street with many small restaurants and cafés nearby. The hosts were very kind and helpful—they met us on arrival and even helped arrange a cheap taxi to the airport.We were very happy to choose an apartment instead of a hotel, as it allowed us to cook simple meals in our own kitchen, which had everything necessary. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Athens.

It was very easy, the host let us know who to contact and the person was super helpful and easy to communicate with. He was there when we arrived so was very smooth and pleasant.

Everything was great!

The property is super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location is pretty good with tourist places being 5-10mins walk. The building seems a bit old but the property itself is great. Aircon also worked great which we needed in the hot sunmer. The apartment also had body wash and shampoo which was a big plus. There are pretty good food options on the same street, as well as a shop to buy general items and water etc is located alao on the same street.

El ascensor biplaza o monoplaza con equipaje. Subimos muchas escaleras. En el baño hacen falta algunos pequeños arreglos: manilla de la puerta, mampara.

Great location close to the Plaka and lots of restaurants and shops

The apartment was the most sizeable and comfortable out of all the apartments (of the same price range) we stayed in throughout the various EU countries we travelled to this trip. We love that the apartment was clean and everything in it was functioning. We also appreciated the smart TVs in our room. The host was also very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to get the key, to operating the hot water, to even recommending taxi services for us to get to and fro the airport. The apartment was located really near to Syntagma station, which is great! And the shopping street is just nearby.

Could provide a more powerful hairdryer?

The apartment was in an excellent location with access by taxi or on foot to many destinations in the center. I had very good communication with Vasilis, George's partner, for everything I needed. I highly recommend it.

I don't have anything to say I didn't like.

The owner has accepted to postpone the checkout by a few hours since we had an evening flight which was very nice of him.

Very nice and clean apartment with all ammenites needed. Great location in the city center on a quiet street. If you travel by car you can choose one of the 3 parking on the Nava4cjou Nikodimou street.

Everything was great and the manager was excellent.

The place is close to all attractions on the quiet street surrounded by restaurants.

Bathroom door handle kept falling off - a little scary!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responded to any questions immediately. The apartment is very new with great decor, making it a comfortable place to stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to the city center, yet very quiet and safe at night. Highly recommended!

It would be even better if the kitchen could be equipped with some cooking oil and if there was laundry detergent available.
