The check in process, is tedious. One has to go to another building across the road to get a WhatsApp message QR code to enter is unnecessary.

Het lawaai in het appartement complex Er wonen luidruchtige mensen die tot laat in de nacht harde muziek aan hebben en heel hard praten. Ligt ook vrij dicht bij de hoofdweg dus dat hoor je ook.

It’s a small two bedroom apartment so you will need each other’s space. The apartment is adjacent to the M4 and you will hear traffic.

Music was played at 20 volume security came knocking very loud and shouting yet there were others having a party

Everything from the communication from the Hosts very clear and they are very welcoming such a lovely and homey apartment. The location is perfect it’s so easy to get around to restaurants, malls and the beach.

The host was kind and genuinely caring. He took time to send detailed information on all aspects from self checkin to instructions on how to use everything in the unit

Feedback: The keypad was problematic, leaving us stuck outside for about 30 minutes at night with the kids. The unit could also benefit from more thorough cleaning and newer utensils. Additionally, the kitchen setup needs improvement — it’s currently under-equipped for a family unit and would benefit from an upgrade in essential kitchen items.

Security was tight and care from the owner.

The space was well lit and aired. The ACs were not dusty. The space was clean and had enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. Communication by the host was excellent and they would check in at every stage to confirm that we have arrived and settled in well. They also provided a clear step by step guide on how to access the space which made it easy for us to check in.

The property is good well maintained, the owner is doing an excellent job. Close to amenities

The property Zimbali lakes is still under construction. There is construction staff onsite. I was abit uncomfortable with that part of too much movements around me. The setup is of apartments,it doesn’t have much to do besides the pool. The shower is too tiny. The area didn’t meet my expectations. I had to forfeit my one night and find another place closer to the beach, better location and peace. So far this area is overrated, it’s good for people who just need a place to sleep while on business trip It’s too close to M4 highway, I didn’t like being woken up by traffic.

1. Alastair: Alastair organised balloons, cake, flowers and bubu for my mom's 70th. As we walked in, everything was already set up and gorgeous. Mom was truly surprised. 💛💛💛 Nothing is too much for Alastair. He was available at all hours, answered all our questions and truly made sure that we felt at home. 2. Central Location and Estate Facilities: The estate is central and close to the beach and shops. The estate has a rooftop pool kitted out with chairs and s gas braai. There is also a sweet play area for kids on the ground floor with a jungle gym. 3. Spotless and Modern: I give it a 10 for cleanliness. It truly is spotless with modern finishes and the most comfortable bed and linen. Note that there isnt a daily cleaning service, but I'm sure it can be arranged. 4. Check out is at 10:00, however we checked out at 11:00 at no extra charge at no extra charge. Alastair and Cathy really are amazing hosts. They did EVERYTHING in their power to make our stay and my mom's 70th birthday memorable! 💛💛

Although spotless, we saw a few cockroaches in the apartment. We found two cans of Doom in the cupboard.

Everything, The apartment is very cute & cosy . Security is very tight , location is very good . They have all equipment for a self catering. Absolutely loved the first aid kit they have for emergencies, it’s a very nice gesture. The owner kept on checking if we are still okay all the time .

Everything that you need was in the unit. Clean and tasteful. Spacious well equipped bedrooms. Ample cupboard space. Excellent supplies to clean up if needed.

Its hard to fault anything in the unit. It was better than most units that we have ever been in.

Alistair sent us detailed information on whatsup about the property and how to get around. He also waited for us and handed over the keys and showed us around the property and how everything works (keys, inverter during loadshedding, gas stove etc).

Noise from room 101. They had a party and noise levels where high all the way to past 2 am.

The apartment was spacious,neat,rooms well decorated, and had all the amenities.

Noise, loud music, and partying the whole night from other visitors, but the owner managed to speak to the neighbors the next morning. The apartment is right next to the main road, so you hear traffic all the time. The other downside was the cockroaches in the kitchen, which I found very, very unpleasant

The owner was so welcoming and the place it's so amazing, and very clean. It had basic needs that I never thought I'll get. I'll surely come back for the next vacation.👌👌

Wow are the words to describe the place from the time i stepped in it was an ultimate experience my family and i travel alot we always go south coast this was our first trip north coast and we were blown away the host Alistair was an absolute gem took the time out to give us a personal tour which for us was the 1st time we experienced that the apartment was in immaculate condition absolutely nothing to improve on it was neat and clean and so accommodating with everything we needed my family and i loved every nook and corner of the apartment and the rooftop pool what a view from the apartment and the rooftop we will highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be back awesome weekend
