Gorgeous chalet. Equiped with everything one would need for cooking. Clean and lovely.
no instructions for any of the equiment. TV, appliances etc. It was hard to get an answer from the receptionists. Clarification on check out times.

Maison en piètre état. Tout est très vieux et brise facilement. Keurig brisée,spa brisé et sale , sécheuse non fonctionnelle, Meubles endommagés, peu de réserves d'eau chaude. Seulement une dose pour le lavage alors que nous étions 9 personnes. Nous sommes arrivés à la gate à 3h20 le jourdu check in, car le courriel mentionnait que nous aurions le code à 3h00 pour entrer dans le resort.Nous n'avons rien reçu et je suis restée prise dans l'auto avec mes 3 enfants car ils refusaient de m'ouvrir en prétendant que les règles ont changé. À 3h30 une âme charitable m'a ouvert.Le chalet était prêt , mais nous n'avons pas pu entrer qu'à 3h45 lorsque nous avons reçu le code par email. À 16h00, on cogne à la porte et 2 demoiselles nous ont "chicané" car nous étions entrés avant 16h. Elles n'avaient pas encore mis les serviettes , et elles ont quittés à 16h15 , alors que le check in officiel était à 16h00. Bref, vraiment pas digne de 3500$ canadien pour 4 nuits. Service épouvantable ..
In general, the conditions and cleanisses are fine, the location is good. The activities are good enough.
The AC did not work properly. Customer service was minimum and did not response properly. One bed sheet was not clean with light yellow mark. The remote controls for TVs are massed up or no battery. Used towels were left behind near to the SPA.
