The apartment was spacious, located in very peaceful or remote area, and overall well maintained. Having a vehicle is a must here. The pool was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Communication before arrival was responsive. Basic necessary things were provided like coffee shots, cooking oil, washing machine detergent etc.

Unexpected additional cleaning complaints were raised after checkout, even though a significant cleaning fee of 50 Euro was charged upfront. The expectation was that normal cleaning after a week-long stay would be covered. This caused unnecessary discomfort post-stay. There was no policy mentioned upfront for these expectations. You have to move out for at least 10 minutes to get anything from Market One fan of the second room was not working. There are no universal adapters in the home, make sure you bring one to have access to electricity for your mobile phones There is no fan or AC in the living area, which can be uncomfortable at times. The host is not available to check in, just some messages on Booking.com, turn around time was almost 1 Hour for that. Netflix/Prime OTT, YouTube does not work on TV, probably some outdated TV is installed or might be some other issue as well. Some dish tv is there, but have very limited access to tv programs The apartment is a bit old designed, with less scope of natural lightning. The second toilet has just enough space to fit a slim person, so it is definitely uncomfortable.

The place is very clean and beautiful just like in the pictures and has all utilities you might need. It is walking distance from the beach 🏝️ and in a quiet and safe neighborhood and It is close to GrandBaie where you can find literally everything. The staff are friendly and helpful especially if it’s your first time in Mauritius. Would definitely recommend!!
