Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore

La literie était confortable .

La climatisation était trop faible obligé de la mettre 24/24 pour avoir 1 semblant de fraîcheur. On a dormi tout le séjour porte ouverte dans les chambres pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur. Le logement était situé au 4 eme étage sans ascenseur,sans balcon .Les escaliers sont rudes . J’ai demander à éventuellement me changer d’appartement car mon mari est fumeur cela m’a été refusé en me précisant qu’il y’a le toit terrasse mais la porte est fermée à clef le soir . J’ai demandé 1 fer à repasser à la personne qui gère l’intendance. Je suis déjà en France je l’attends toujours… Heureusement que la personne qui s’occupe de l’entretien m’en a apporté un. La salle de bain vraiment très petite , le flexible de douche abîmé donc pas de pression c’était des filets d’eau qui sortaient. La cuisine : il y avait qu’une seule petite cuillère. Pas de cafetière, pas de poubelle , J’ai été vraiment très surprise (après plusieurs séjours au Maroc) de ne pas trouver même 1 minimum dans la cuisine ( sel sucre liquide vaisselle éponges etc…) Dans 1 des chambres l’armoire était en vrac toute les étagères étaient par terre . Impossible de ranger des vêtements j’ai envoyé un sms à l’intendant et dans l’heure c’était réglé. Pour ça je reconnais qu’il était efficace. Dans la 2 eme chambre pas de fenêtre. Avant d’arriver à la résidence j’ai contacté pour savoir s’il travailler avec des agences de location de voitures. Je suis arrivée un mercredi, on me précise qu’un véhicule sera disponible le vendredi. J’ai relancé plusieurs fois par message aucune réponse à ce jour … Vraiment question communication ZÉRO POINTER. J’ai eu le malheur d’envoyer message via Booking pour mon affaire d’armoire , j’ai eu l’impression de déranger la personne car dans sa réponse il n’y avait que des points d’exclamation. Bref en résumé j’ai payer plus de 800e pour 8 nuits. Déception totale .

On avait réservé un appartement avec 2 chambres pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants, une fois sur place on s'est retrouvé avec un appartement 1 chambre et un salon avec canapé. On a mal dormi et les enfants par terre. On a signalé au responsable qui a dit que c'était le seul qui restait sans proposer de geste commercial.

The location was great. Was close to the center of the city.

The apartment had an ant infestation. I’m assuming carpenter ants. Please don’t waste your money and find somewhere else to stay. There were clusters of ants everywhere in the apartment. The ants were crawling on the counters, coming from under the sinks, crawling on the walls, and crawling on the bedroom floors. I felt disgusted staying at the apartment and kept worrying that ants would crawl on me or get into my bags. Do not place any type of food or drink on the counter even for a moment—If you do you will see clusters of ants come out. I made booking.com aware of the situation and the owner tried to deny there were any ants—what a joke. There is no way to hide that there is an infestation. If you leave something on the counter for a minute or any location in the apartment you will quickly see clusters of ants. Even if you don’t leave a food item you will still see ants. I attached some pictures to show some of the ants I saw. They are the tiny black dots in the pictures. If I wasn’t so grossed out I would have taken pictures of the clusters of ants. Also, the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper upon arrival and the toilet seat was broken. Please bring your own toilet paper. There is just one AC in the apartment living room. It does not reach the two bedrooms bedrooms.

הצוות לא היה נעים בכלל, הגעתי לפני זמן הכניסה עם מזוודות כבדות והם לא הרשו לי להשאיר את המזוודה בבניין, הייתי צריכה להסחב עם הציוד שלי במשך 3 שעות, הסברתי את זה לעובד של המקום והוא בתגובה אמר לי שזו הבעיה שלי, כאשר כתבתי לבוקינג הודעה על המצב הוא שלח לי הודעה עצבנית וקרא לי חוצפנית ואיך אני מעיזה לסחוט אותו על ידי תלונה לבוקינג. האיש הזה צריך ללמוד להתנהג עם לקוחות

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Mourad était très gentil et très accueillant.

Slecht hygiëne. Harde bed en de bank op de woonkamer was vis met zichtbare vlekken! Raam op een van de slaapkamers was kapot en kwam koud binnen. Verder was er lekkage in de keuken! Kortom slecht!

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 3–4 people. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeper was always available whenever needed, which was very helpful.

There are a few downsides: one of the two bedrooms was very small, had no window, and was located directly opposite the bathroom. Hot water lasted only about 10 minutes due to the relatively small boiler. In addition, the building is located on a steep road, and walking up to the building can be a bit difficult. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; however, reaching the Medina requires a car, so having a car is recommended to get around easily.

Muy mala experiencia. Nos cobraron más de lo que aparecía en la página. El hombre que entregó las llaves fue muy borde, no quiso ayudarnos a subir las maletas (tercera planta sin ascensor) y ni siquiera subió a mostrarnos el apartamento. Todo estaba sucio, sin limpieza, sin toallas, ni gel ni jabón, aunque nos cobraron 8 € por limpieza. Muy decepcionante, no todo lo que brilla es oro. Muy mala experiencia. Nos cobraron más de lo que aparecía en la página. El hombre que entregó las llaves fue muy borde, no quiso ayudarnos a subir las maletas (tercera planta sin ascensor) y ni siquiera subió a mostrarnos el apartamento.
