Siisti ja kodikas. Ilmalämpöpumpusta plussaa, sillä sai huoneiston viilennettyä kesäkuumalla.

Eri omainen sijainti ja kaikki toimi.

Asunto oli hyvin viihtyisä ja kaunis. Keittiössä oli hyvä varustelutaso ruuanlaittoon. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilensi mukavasti. Hyvät pimennysverhot makuuhuoneessa. Sopiva kävelymatka Rukakeskukseen.

Parvekkella olisi ollut kiva olla joku pöytä/laskutaso. (Toki parveke pieni, mahtuisiko?) Vieressä ollut rakennustyömaa ei onneksi viikonloppuna häirinnyt, mutta arkena lähtiessä pientä meluhaittaa.

Kaikinpuolin hyvä kokonaisuus.

Makuuhuoneessa ei pimentävää verhoa.

Location is great. Facility is new and well equipped. View and environment is beautiful.

Lack a bit of human touch. Self clean, self-brought bed sheet and copied and pasted messages from the host. I don't really know if the previous guests really did the vacuum, because I don't know if there is inspection done after each guest's stay.

Majoitus oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti oli hyvä.

Emme saaneet sohvaa levitettyä, koska levitettävä osa oli rikkinäinen. Parvekkeen oven kahva oli löysä, joten oven avaaminen ja sulkeminen oli haastavaa.

Huoneiston omistaja oli kyllä aktiivinen ja helposti tavoitettavissa.

Huomasi ettei kohteessa ollut hetkeen majoittunut ketään. Kello oli kesäajassa. Ylihintainen kylläkin pelkästä sijainnista, vaikkakin on vuoden yksi sesonkiviikonlopuista, mutta ei hintalaatu taso kohdannut millään tasolla. Kohde oli alakerrassa rappusten päässä, eikä tästä ollut mitään mainintaa, ei ole esteetön eikä huonojalkaset muutenkaan pääse helposti. Kunnon siivous ennen sesongin alkua olisi hyvä tehdä.

Siisti, hyvät sängyt, sujuva yhteydenpito vuokraajiin. Kaikki löytyi mitä luvattiin.

Hyvä sijainti, mukava asunto.

Liian kuuma, lattiatuuletin olisi hyvä olla kaapissa kesällä, helpottaisi nukkumista.

Asunto oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen neljän porukalle. Palvelu erittäin hyvää ongelmien tullessa.

Tv erittäin hidas.

Sisustus oli kaunis. Majoittaja ystävällinen ja helposti saatavilla.

Loistava sijainti, kauniisti sisustettu, täysin varusteltu asunto. Pihalla pysäköintipaikka. Kaikki palvelut kirjaimellisesti käden ulottuvilla. Asunto vastasi erittäin hyvin kuvausta ja oli erittäin rauhallinen. Suosittelen lämpimästi ja käytämme tätä majoitusta jatkossakin.

Ei mitään negatiivista.

The apartment was very beautiful, neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was excellent, practically in the Ruka village. Owners were very helpful.

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to thr Ruka Village. Enough space to accommodate 3 people. Very warm inside which is great considering how cold it is outside, also a large dryer to dry any clothing.

We struggled to get some of the appliances working, most instructions were in Finnish. Managed to get the cooker and the washing machine working but still struggled with the dishwasher.

This accommodation was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The owner cannot be surpassed when it comes to greediness and unfriendliness. First of all, you need to clean by yourself when you leave. That alone should make you suspicious. Nevertheless when I arrived I found dirt everywhere, the oven was completely dirty, I found dust and hair on the surfaces and it was not clean overall. It felt like the owner didn't care at all about the place. Like you should clean even better then you found the place, since the cleaning instructions are crazily long. The owner also randomly makes the fees higher. On the website the bed linen cost 15 euro and he suddenly wanted to charge 18. And the cleaning penalty is something around 150 Euros. The bedlinen were just thrown into the room in a plastic bag. Like thw owner just wants your money but cares as little as he can about your stay. You should also bring the bed linen to the house keeper so that noone needs to care about this apartment and you are the cleaning team. Additionally there were no instructions in englisch for the washing machine so I couldn't use it. The dishwasher also didn't turn on (no instructions in englisch) The PlayStation didn't work aswell. All in all, you feel like a walking money bag. The owner is very impolite, doesn't want to take any responsibility and just wants more and more and more money without any effort. It was one of the most greedy, unwelcoming and disgusting places I have ever stayed in. Please check the attached pictures. I would advise you to spend a few euros more for a normal hotel (since the sauna is quite small and has a rather cheap quality heater)

Great location with a forest view. Communication with owner was smooth and we got the keys easily. Quiet place.

Apartment was somewhat dirty when we arrived (stains on walls, dirty bathroom, dusty floors) and there was a looong list of cleaning tasks for guests to cover. It felt like the apartment was left in worse condition than required by the list and we were asked to do a full cleanup. The cost with cleaning service and bed sheet would have been a lot more than indicated in booking.com.
