La limpieza, las duchas tenían moho! Y con un poco de jabón y una esponjilla me di cuenta que se limpiaba fácil, no me puse a lavar todo porque no me parece el derecho de las cosas pero ojalá puedan mejorar eso

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025El conjunto es muy bonito, el apartamento tambien y está bien ubicado. Sólo recomendaría que la inmobiliaria tuviera un sólo punto de contacto, me contactaron como 4 personas diferentes y eso confundía un poco. También sería bueno dejar ingredientes básicos, por lo menos sal.

The apartment we received did not look like the pictures at all, not even the same quality of apartment. Carpet was noticable dirty (not vacuumed), the sofa edges were grey because of the amount of dirt. The blankets were stained. We didn't get enough placemats. The whole apartment looked run down. Blender didn't work. I asked to be moved to another apartment of their agency and this request was ignored. There are much better apartments in the Zazue complex to stay in.
