Multiple guests describe the property as clean and comfortable ('Clean comfy', 'Impecável'); minor bathroom maintenance issue noted in one review but overall housekeeping is excellent.

Staff described as friendly and helpful (restaurant staff called out positively). Service is strong overall, though building maintenance/elevator problems created inconvenience for one guest.

Explicitly praised: 'Location was perfect', close to the strip and a 5-minute walk to the beach — very strong location sentiment.

Rooms are described as comfortable with needed facilities, but one guest reported a bathroom problem and another noted missing Portuguese TV channels, lowering the room/room-amenity score slightly.

Pool and on-site restaurant received positive mentions, but elevator reliability issues and limited TV channel options were reported, producing a mixed but overall good amenities score.

Generally very positive (recommendations, intent to rebook) but some guests experienced stress due to elevator/maintenance and minor in-room issues, producing a slightly reduced overall score.
