Die Lage war Spitze! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fußweg in 5 Minuten, Fußweg zur S-Bahn 5 Minuten, Fußweg zur Anlegestelle am See (max) 10 Minuten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr zügig und hilfsbereit, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert (auch deutlich vor der angegebenen Check in Zeit).

Удобная квартира. 2 спальни. Большой салон. Кондиционер и вентиляторы помогли пережить экстремальную жару. 3 минуты пешком до ж/до станции, продуктового магазина, аптеки. Парковка. Хозяин очень приятный, отзывчивый и внимательный. Рекомендую для семейного отдыха.

市内へのアクセスも良く、室内も清潔。7人で泊まるにも十分な広さと静かて閑静な住宅地なので快適に過ごせます。スーパーも近くにあるしオーナーもレスポンスが早くとても親切。 言う事なしの宿です。

Fantastic little apartment, decor is interesting but super comfortable.

Everything is good and it's a convenient area with train station and grocery store just around the corner. Just be aware that the train is fairly expensive, but it's still much better value to stay a bit outside the main area.

Handig apartement vlak bij treinstation en ook supermarkt. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaar reageerde begrijpend toen we waterkoker kapotmaakten. Werd in onderling overleg goed opgelost.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All as described and plenty of space for our family. Would stay here again.

Th host, Matthias is the best property owner whom I have ever met. He is extremely helpful and genuinely is great person. The apartment is between 2 train lines which makes the trip to anywhere so convenient. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Everything was great.

Fantastic location for exploring Oberrieden and beyond. There's a direct train from the airport and the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the station. Mattias was a great host and the apartment was very comfortable.

Nice location with reserved parking place. Matthias even provided a baby cot + high chair for the 2 year old guest. Thanks for the hospitality.

This is a super comfortable apartment in a convenient location — walkable to groceries and eateries, as well as to two train lines. The apartment has reserved off-street parking and all the comforts and amenities of home. The owner provided clear instructions (with pictures) of where to find all needed elements.
