3-Bedroom Duplex, Residence Bayview, Flic-en-Flac

Einchecken: Lief Problemlos über einen Schlüßelkasten. Alle wichtigen Details inkl. Google Maps Standort wurden im Vorfeld per Whats app zugeschickt. Die Unterkunft: Sehr viel Platz, Ästhetik ok, große Küche, eigener Parkplatz, Pool ganz nett, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Bett: Ein Doppelbett war mittelmäßig (etwas durchgelegen) und das andere ganz gut. Beide mittelhart, wobei eins härter war. Aber ist in jeden Appartment wahrscheinlich anders. Das dritte Zimmer (mit 3 Betten) haben wir nicht genutzt. Duschen: Heißes Wasser etwas schwierig zu regulieren aber durchgängig vorhanden. Sauberkeit: sehr sauber. Trinkwasser: kein Trinkwasser vorhanden. Die Lage: Super Lage, in ein Paar Minuten ist man am Strand zu Fuß. Lautstärke: -Nachts leise, da die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße liegt -Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört durch die Türen, was die anderen sagen, wenn laut gesprochen wird. Die Vermieter*innen: Sehr zuvorkommend, allerdings nur über Whats app Kontakt (wie fast überall). Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Plus: Aktuell wird nebenan gebaut. Baulärm ist schon morgens zu hören. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört, da wir eh mit ohropax schlafen.

Excellent stay at Bayview Residence. The place was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like home. It’s also conveniently located near the beach, which made it even better. Mr. Vishal was always available by whatsapps, responsive, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

I should have booked for a whole week instead of just those two days as it went by too fast.

Közel van a strand, éttermek, egy nagy élelmiszerbolt (Carrefour). Mi nagyon egyszerű ételeket főztünk magunknak, ehhez kellően fel van szerelve (de bonyolultabb ételeket nem biztos, hogy készíthettünk volna). A szállásadó elérhető és nagyon készséges. A komplexum nem egy turistaközpont, a szomszédok csendes nyaralók (többen lakástulajdonosok).

C'était agreable et tranquille. Vraiment propre.

Manque beaucoup équipements notamment ustensiles de cuisine qui étaient pour la plupart pas en trés bon état

un peu complique pour la remise des clé l hôte était très en retard

table extérieure trop petite pour pouvoir manger dehors et pas de place dans les salles de bain pour poser les trousses de toilette

L’appartement est super bien placé. À 5 minutes de la plage, 10 minutes du carrefour et 5min du gelateria. Les deux étages nous a permis de coucher les enfants dans le silence et de profiter de notre soirée. Il y a beaucoup de place. Les deux piscines juste devant la porte, parfait pour les enfants. C’était vraiment l’emplacement rêvé. Et le propriétaire est super avenant et serviable.

Rien Si, on y est pas rester assez longtemps ! On a fortement regretté d’avoir pris un hôtel pour nos trois derniers jours. On aurait jamais dû bouger de là !

Appartement spacieux et proche de la plage

La piscine mal entretenu, le débit d'eau dans les douches un peu faible.

Host Vishal was excellent and helped us throughout with conveyance and airport drop off at cheapest rates.

Amazing property, immaculate condition and so close to the beach. The host was helpful every step of the way.

Mr Vishal is very approachable and ensured that our stay was exceptional. He was available at all times to politely and quickly inform us of any information which we required. The premises and locality felt safe and peaceful yet they were just a 6-minute walk from the active beach front.

It was spacious and well equipped (kitchen, washing machine). Rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space... the apartment was overall very clean and new-ish. The pool was kid friendly. It was quiet and safe and no loud music during the weekend in Flic-en-Flac. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The minor inconvenience was there was only a fan in the living room instead of air con, it was kind of hot...But all bedrooms had aircon so that was good.

It was a very specious apartament (2 floors) with 3 bedrooms and 8 to 10 people that could sleep there. Kitchen was fully equipped, air condition was working well and bed were comfortable. There is a private parking available and the distance to the center of the beach / restaurants area is just a couple of minutes. Highly recommend.
